  • This killer core pilates workout challenge will help get a flat stomach and strengthen your deep core. It's an intense 10 minute at home pilates abs workout that will target your deep core and abdominal muscles to build a functional and stable core, and also help you get visible abs. Keep your movements controlled through this workout to feel the most intense burn. I challenge you to do this for 7 days and let me know how you do in the comments down below!     Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
    1. Being in calorie deficit
    2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
    3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.
    I have hundreds of other home workouts available on my channel, so you can pick and choose which workouts you want to do, to not only make you build a strong body, but also feel amazing.
    Please remember every body is different and we all progress at different rates. The fact that you have shown up and completed this workout is incredible. You should be very proud of yourself for taking the steps to improve not only your physical, but also your mental health.

    Lilly I am OBSESSED with these workouts of yours! You are giving me so much motivation I have never had before and it’s literally unbelievable in so many ways.     Love your workouts Lilly, I do them daily. A quick suggestion is that it would be awesome if you can include breaks in between the exercises during which we can get ready for the next exercise (You can explain the position during the break itself :) ).

    I really enjoy your workouts! I look forward to doing them. I also have to tell you I love that Teddy is joining you! I have a puppy that does the exact same thing. It's hard to exercise when they are giving you kisses too!

    Great workout! Loved it! I was also distracted by my giant Bernese Mountain dog: he sat on my stomach, learned on my back... Dogs are the best workout buddies!

    yes this does work! I've complete for one week. you can deffo see those Abbs showing through, and get skinnier! NO diet needed, all I did was just this work out once a day. and I kind of stopped snacking in between meals, the only snack I had was an apple or any type of fruit. hope this helped. I will answer any questions 😊

    Ho 47 anni ed è un anno che non ho più il ciclo...non posso negare che il mio corpo si mantiene bene(grazie anche a te)ma comunque qualche cambiamento sta avvenendo!!!
    Non ti chiedo un allenamento leggero,ma qualcosa che riattiva il metabolismo....
