Your enthusiasm is contagious! I have a very busy work schedule, and work a lot of hours, and get stressed. Then I drive my kids to their activities, cooking, cleaning, laundry, administrative stuff. Goal: 50kg ( I want to lose more fat than weigh tho ) Starting weight: 61.4 kg Day 1 : 61.4 kg Day 2 : 60.5 kg ( In the morning I weighed 60.9kg and in the evening when I weighed again and I 60.5kg) Day 3: 60.2kg in the morning and 61.05kg in the afternoon. ( IDK WHY IT GAIN WEIGHT. I didn't overeat, and my meals were like yesterday. My sister said this is normal; as long as I lose fat, it's fine.) @@mercyihebuzor7220 I have a slow metabolism and bad genes 😭 What works for me is I stay away from too many carbs (I still eat them but not as much) and stick to vegetables and protein. I only eat until I’m satisfied and about half full. Every time I eat until Im stuffed I always gain it all back. That’s about it! Hope this helps

My only complaint is interrupting the workout to promote a challenge that was already promoted at the beginning of the video. Took me out of the work out.

I love your workouts. Very inspiring! I want to have a routine and work on consistency but I have had trouble with arrhythmia since February (I take medication ever 3 days which is sometimes good sometimes I ferl it makes me weak) and some days I feel like an old lady although I was much fitter last year mountain hiking etc. My fitness has already decreases over the last couple of years. No consistency but I was still able to go running. At the moment running and cardio makes my heart go too fast so I am happy to have your videos to become fit and stronger again. Even did some workouts these days although it's hot summer weather and too warm. 🙈 But I don't manage more than around 20 minutes workout. I just hope I can achieve consistency and do at least 20 minutes (plus a few minutes warm up) every or at least every second day. Any advice on how to achieve consistency if your health is not consistent.? I have summer break now so I am starting now! Before I go back to teaching and having stuff to do like 24/7 🙈 hope I can go on during work days! I am desperate to get fitter and stronger again in spite of my health trouble (tachycardia plus also got dysbiosis and thus IBS), But I want to be able to go hiking again next year like 900 height meters is my goal. This holidays I achieved 445 height meters which was fine but had a beta blocker the day before. Thanks for your inspiration!!! Hope I will have the strength to continue!
I started this today 20feb'24 let's see what happens. Day1 : couldn't do side planks more than once . Day2: struggled but did 3 side planks . A lil' less sweaty than yesterday. Day 3: did 6 side planks struggled on back plank leg lifting thing Day4: right on track. Day5: break Day6: on track Day 7: on track Day 8: could hold more in side planks than before Day9and10 : on track Day11: break
For these exercises you have to have a level because I just had a brutal contracture in my back, I'm recovering but I'll look at less complex things thanks❤❤❤❤❤
I’m going to try to do this until my winter break is over which I think is in like 16 ish days..? Anyway my starting weight is 144 lbs and along with dieting and other exercises I hope to be down to 135!! I’ve been doing this workout for a month and it gets better just stay still for as long as u can rlly push yourself and also make sure that ur hands are under ur shoulders. Keep trying this until you can do the full workout. It still burns for me but my wrist pain is not bad anymore. Also ,are sure to stretch you hands out before and after the workout.

Lilly don’t you think you need to start warming up before doing any workout? I don’t see it in any of your vidoes, you just go straight into the workout, that’s why all our muscles are getting sore.

2nd day doing it and felt immense burn with sweating in just 15 mins. This workout is superb and i already feel that stretch and burn in my belly
