Happy Tuesday 6/13/23! I just completed my very 1st wk-out w/Lilly and . . . W-O-W!!! LOVED IT! The workout definitely got my heart rate up, made me sweat and made me burn everywhere LOL! I am 56-year-old woman who unfortunately has not worked out in a very long time!! I really enjoyed this. As others have said, i thiught i was in a decent shape haha. I did this 2 weeks ago and almost died from it, then after bein ill started with some shorter core workouts. Today, doing this again, I felt a massive improvement. Thank you Lilly!

Thank you so much. I've been in sports for three years, so I knew a bit. The only think I could recommened to others - do the warmth up work out for your knees before. There's a lot to do for the knees and mine are hurting now. But it is fun and heart beats as hell. :) Thank you.
It isn’t knee friendly, but just modify some of the moves or don’t go down as much and you will be fine. If you are focusing on good posture you won’t feel it in your knees so much. I have been taking Pilates for 20 years and BARRE. And this video is awesome. She incorporates a good balance of Pilates moves and BARRE that is lower body targeted. I felt like I got a good work out in 15 minutes, which really accommodates my lifestyle. I will subscribe for my challenge days.

14th august: 1st day done🎉 ✔️ I have Been weightlifting somehow throughout this year but I'm still overweight decided to add pilates to my routine to burn fat 🔥 the first 3/5 minutes I had lots of breaks but the end was kinda easy felt the burn!! LOVE IT!!! 15th august: 2nd day done🎉 ✔️!! It was kinda hard cause i ate a lot today especially the first session, had lots of brakes but still sweated and burned some fat 🔥 16th august: 3rd day done🎉 ✔️ the workout was hard and sweated a lottt 17th august: 4th day done🎉✔️ I really felt the burn in my inner thighs and quads, the abs part was hard I had to take some little breaks (5s) but still sweated 🔥

I have a condition called Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and I have heard Pilates is the best way to go. This one definitely is rough on the knees but my God woman you almost killed me with this one in a good way lol I haven’t had to work out like that in quite some time, and I do all your other Pilates videos but this one was special.🎉😅

I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.
Sep2: So this is my first day doing this workout and omg it was so good. I did take a lot of breaks but mid way of the workout I felt like I didn't need to anymore
This was great for the bottom half (I didn't feel a full body workout, though). Also, not sure if you still do it now, but not having a mic clip or headset on makes your voice fall far to the back of the audio, and the music washing in and out constantly was quite distracting. THAT SAID I am sweating my butt off and I will definitely do more of your workouts. I had to put my amazing dog to sleep yesterday so I'm a bit terse and emotional. I want to get consistent with my working out and I have done a couple of these now. Thank you.

This was awesome! I'm new to this kind of exercise. Can you do this with weight training? Seems like may be good for warm up too? Anyone incorporate pilates and weight training?
I don't usually comment, but let me tell you. This work out is tough. Do your best though. I wouldn't say results are immediate but I had a nice pump within a few hrs. I do this every other day and my bum has since become fatter and rounder. Doing it every other day allows my glutes time to rest without ever losing the pump from this workout! If your thinking about doing it, do it!
I took a pilates classes he said to put your scapula in your pockets shoulders down roll and down then we did a breathing technique in out maybe 5 times to tighten our core each time you breath out you tighten so having that girdle around the mid section
I love the music and the lunges with kickbacks are similar to something I already do. But I dislike 5-6 minutes of arching the foot with that being held so long. I think better is press with the feet, circle feet, and glute presses that eventually go into releves w arms lifted.

This is a great 15min workout it works everything, gets your heart pumping and you sweat. I feel it needs a stretch at the end though. 😊
