I'm Turning 16 this year. I'd just came across ur workouts last year December and i have started doing them. I've never felt strongest and these workouts have helped me so much. I feel so confident about my body now and i pray that u keep up these amazing workouts allowing more people to become the best version of themselves ❤️💕
I was already sore from working out yesterday, and this BURNED my core. I love how you also incorporate stretches in between, and show how to have the proper form, it is very helpful!
if you don't mind me asking how it was for you at first? my mom is currently at the age of 60 and i want her to do some exercises but i'm afraid [ilates won't be easy for her knees
@@Liliesnlilac-cc8hk Hi, I came across Lilly about 3 years ago. Honestly my body is in way better condition now since doing Pilaites. I was a gym junkie before hand and things were hurting me. I find with especially Lilly she explains this to you as you go along as well. I just turned 57 yesterday so we are of similar ages. You also could google knee friendly Pilates workouts as well. You know she does also have an app. I still do some strength training but no where near what I used to do. I was lifting way too heavy and incorrect form. I do all my training at home now as well. Hope this helps a little.

If anyone is doing the 2 week sculpt and fat burn thing I just want to say that it actually does work over time. I generally don’t eat a lot of junk food I always kinda like to have a lot of nourishing food in my system I jusy never dieted. I weigh 149-151 lbs and I’m 5,1 so i do have some fat. I only made it to day 4 in week 1 bc I got so busy I just didnf have tbe time to workout but I could feel the difference. I couldn’t SEE a difference but my jeans were like not as tight on my legs and my waist looked smaller in bikinis, etc. I also felt so much more happy and energized every day and so motivated to do the workouts. Lilys workouts really do work they just take time and consistency. You don’t need to go on any serious diet just try to find better options for when u eat. For example if you want to have Dunkin donuts or Starbucks for breakfast, instead make something at home like a peice of toast with a banana, or a fruit bowl with Greek yogurt. I still eat junk food here and there but it’s not very often that I do. I changed the way I ate more and I made sure I ate plenty of protein and fiber and got a good amount of carbs in. Whoever is doing this 2 week sculpt and fat burn please do not give up and please believe in yourself. You’re gorgeous , amazing, and strong. You can do this!

I just wish that on some of them that are challenging moves, You could explain where we’re supposed to be feeling the burn because I’m feeling it in the other leg than the one I’m lifting wondering if I’m doing it incorrectly just a little bit extra explanation will go a long way.❤
Oh I will try the challenge for 14 days. Well, I study in school, so sometimes I feel ravenous for food. And because I am in my last year of high school, I want to increase my fitness level, and I will continue. 🇸🇦🇸🇦
I loved this work out. My only criticism is.. the music is too loud. I realized the next movement began when having to look back at the screen. Other than that small thing this work out is super affective. Feeling my abs burn
My muscles are really burnt after this. I just wish that the volume of the background music is kept consistent while you're talking and your voice would be louder, because every time I turn up the speaker to hear you better, the music is too loud. Overall, great workout and it makes me really sweat ;)

thanks for the workout! unfortunately I couldn't do it all because my lower back was constantly off the mat and at the end it started hurting. Maybe you could specify that for this workout you have to be really fit and trauma-free

I am currently at 200lbs, and I just started losing weight, and I just couldn't get through this workout. I just can't hold up my leg and arms for that long....I'm super disappointed in myself... any recommendations on how to get through this for an obese woman just starting out? Should I do something more gentle and lose more weight first?

Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

Agree. The music was annoying and detracted from the great workout. Suggest scrapping the tunes altogether. It's not needed.
Agreed. I found it extremely distracting because the music kept changing volumes and it was hard to hear her speak.
