I must be a glutenous pig cause I don't understand this..... if I eat veggies separately from protein and carbs, and protein without carbs - how do I enjoy the meal? 😂 I enjoy the combination of textures and tastes and fish without mashed potatoes and tomatoes - it makes potatoes in the end useless. I understand the concept and if that works for you? I'm happy for you. I'd rather never eat any carbs than eat them separately without my meal.
Question about the order of eating fiber, fats, protein.. so that it coats your intestines - I thought food remains in the stomach for awhile before it gets released into the intestine. Would it all mix together anyway before entering the duodenum?
I tried 1 table spoon of organic apple cider vinegare before every lunch for a month. I've lost some weight indeed❤❤❤ and felt incredibly good, but strangely it hurted my stomach and caused eczema on my face even if my diet was healthy so I was obliged to stop it and my rash and stomack pain are much better....😢what a pity this vinegar made me wear taille size 38 again in my trousers again after being 42 for more than a decade...I wonder why does it hurted my skin and stomack ?

She’s not highly regarded in the medical community btw…
This was fantastic - thank you so much!
Genius!!!! I have her book!! I'm pre diabetic and has helped me understand soon many things that I was not being conscious about!!!
I can't mention enough how much I adore her. She's fantastic. 🎉
What I really love is how easy to implement these are. So many other healthy, gurus and healthy eating plans are quite restrictive and therefore can be very difficult especially for people just starting out.
I absolutely agree with your suggestion to switch to savory breakfasts! I have not had a sweet breakfast in years!
@jessyblake457 any recommendations for savoury breakfast?🥹
Thanks for these wonderful reminders! I love your videos
SO WELL DESERVED. subscribed to her back then because of her knowledge and STYLE.
Riight? I love that she does not only share incredible tips but she is so likeable!
Love Jessie! Her tips are so simple and amazing
Very useful video!! I loved seeing how to put the theory in practice. Thank you all!!
you can still have protein and fat in the morning without having a “savoury” breakfast… greek yogurt with nuts and berries, chia seed pudding with protein powder, protein pancakes made with eggs and protein powder, etc…
Very informative and clearly explained. Thank You.
Thanks for this terrific video. Love the hacks! I've slowly started to implement them. 👍🏽
Wow this is so good! So many good tips. Thank you!! 😮
Loving your style ❤
Love this series Vogue! Thankyou❤
Jessie, thanks so much for this! What vinegar did you use for the mocktail? ❤🙏
Thumbs up for whole milk, butter and cream!!!! Could never give up ❤
Start with vegetables, continue with protein and fats, and complete your meal with carbs. Sounds like a good advice. I will try!
Love your videos, I’m omnivorous and pension off at 37 now 43 getting $83,000 biweekly. This video has truly inspired me in so many ways!!!
I’m feeling truly inspired.
Can you provide additional insights about the bi-weekly subject you mentioned?
I raised 184k and Anna Kathleen Sanford is to be thanked. I got my self my dream car 🚗 just last weekend, My journey with her started after my best friend came back from New York and saw me suffering in dept then told me about her and how to change my life through her. Anna K. Sanford is the kind of person one needs in his or her life! I got a home, a good wife, and a beautiful daughter. Note!:: this is not a promotion but me trying to make a point that no matter what happens, always have faith and keep living!!
Whoa 😲 I know her too!
Miss Anna Kathleen Sanford is an incredible person who has brought immense inspiration and positivity into my life.
I meagerly kicked off with $2k, and the results have been Jaw-dropping TBH!!!
Please include the recipes for whatever you make. What did you add to the mock-tail besides vinegar?
Love it; great tips, easy to remember.
Très intéressant.
And most of all : she's fun!!
She is just so likeable! I love her and dr berg
Vraiment très intéressant, j'ai pris des notes !
She is amazing. Love her books and hacks!!!!!
Yes, those reload bonuses can be a lifesaver, especially when you hit a rough patch. Helps to keep playing without breaking the bank
In Greece they serve the bread 1st ! But at least they never ever serve butter . As Olive oil is our thing ... Happy to see 2 Greek healthy choices
Whats wrong with butter?
@ It’s healthier than butter
i love this woman!
Do we not have a stomach with acid and fluid that moves and mixed everything? So how the order keeps in place ?
She's so fun to watch. I really do, however, recommend working with an MD or medical professional if you have serious glucose questions.
MDs do not take nutrition courses during their college years! They almost always
resort to medication. Eating habits have everything to do with your health
@@TerrieF-e5j that's not been my experience at all with Type 2 or with GLP1 treatment. They've been great. Maybe I'm lucky. There are other medical professionals who do work with nutrition and generally I'd trust them over an influencer any day. I do like her recipes--I just don't think she's the most sound resource for medical information.
Vinegar based drinks before carb heavy meals do indeed help a lot!
This was SO GOOD Jessie!! 🩷🩷
Jessie is the Frenchest French person that ever lived. She's mesmerising.
My favourite section was the snack one, it gained so many good ideas!
Life changing health advice, thank you ❤

The googly eyes! 👀 😍
The best video ever ...thanks ❤
Love Jessie ❤ her tips work.. all of them 🙌🙌🙌
I must be a glutenous pig cause I don't understand this.....
if I eat veggies separately from protein and carbs, and protein without carbs - how do I enjoy the meal? 😂
I enjoy the combination of textures and tastes and fish without mashed potatoes and tomatoes - it makes potatoes in the end useless.
I understand the concept and if that works for you? I'm happy for you. I'd rather never eat any carbs than eat them separately without my meal.
Was hoping to see the recipe for the miso dressing 🥲
I’ve been eating this way for years, and from my intuition. Fiber w each meal and savory breakfast. Flat whites w whole milk works for me.
Question about the order of eating fiber, fats, protein.. so that it coats your intestines - I thought food remains in the stomach for awhile before it gets released into the intestine. Would it all mix together anyway before entering the duodenum?
Exactly what I thought. Wouldn’t it just be a big mush in the stomach anyway, so what is the point of a sequence?
Thanks for the practical video thank youuuuu❤❤❤❤❤
I feel this may have changed my life! 😮❤
You look soooo amazing Jessie😍😍😍
Thank you for sharing this ❣️
She's so lovely and helpful ❤
Thank you so much , please do more .
cet episode est BEAUCOUP TROP CHOUETTE, I C'ANT.
Jessie, thx so much for this vid ᥫ᭡ a question about veggies: can those be boiled or raw only?
Love your unique hair style
Loved this! ❤
Please Make more of this stuff
I tried 1 table spoon of organic apple cider vinegare before every lunch for a month. I've lost some weight indeed❤❤❤ and felt incredibly good, but strangely it hurted my stomach and caused eczema on my face even if my diet was healthy so I was obliged to stop it and my rash and stomack pain are much better....😢what a pity this vinegar made me wear taille size 38 again in my trousers again after being 42 for more than a decade...I wonder why does it hurted my skin and stomack ?
You might be sensitive to yeast and fermented stuff? Following her other tips will still help with glucose spikes, and maybe the salad as a starter with some vinegar dressing can help?
Did you dilute it?
