Hi Lilly does Pilates help in improving one's breathing pattern? They say Pilates emphasizes proper breathing techniques. By learning to breathe deeply and efficiently, one can engage their diaphragm and core muscles more effectively, including the waist muscles. Is it right?
One my my fav british accents. Interesting. My pilates is kinda quick, like this, but when i sub im told the other instructors dont have this much movement.??? 5:02 interesting also. That supporting leg is parallel to the body, how i "picked it up". Its more challengong on balance and easier on the supportong knee. Nice "digs" (residence). Soooomone's got $$$ So many homeless or forced to live in shared housing in my area seeing people living like this is almost offensive, to me...almost 😁

I think your videos are great. Great exercises and super musical accompaniment. However, your texts always obscure your exercises. I think that's a shame. Why don't you put them at the top of the video? Then it doesn't bother you and you can see yourself doing the exercises. That makes more sense.
