    That tightening felt phenomenal! I love how you did it in 7 minute intervals as well because it didn't even feel like 21 minutes, it felt less than! Thank you Queen Lilly 👑💚 ✨

    A great full body workout!
    I was looking for a full body workout that really incorporated all the body parts and this is definitely it! I am personally looking for some back exercises, and I am happy that you included that as well it was amazing!

    I'm really enjoying the slower more controlled movements. They're more challenging than the look though so I'll have to work on getting all some of the moves down.

    This is my favorite workout. The best thing is it’s 21 minutes but it feels like an hour and a 1/2.

    One my my fav british accents. Interesting. My pilates is kinda quick, like this, but when i sub im told the other instructors dont have this much movement.???
    5:02 interesting also. That supporting leg is parallel to the body, how i "picked it up". Its more challengong on balance and easier on the supportong knee.
    Nice "digs" (residence). Soooomone's got $$$ So many homeless or forced to live in shared housing in my area seeing people living like this is almost offensive, to me...almost 😁

    I think your videos are great. Great exercises and super musical accompaniment. However, your texts always obscure your exercises. I think that's a shame. Why don't you put them at the top of the video? Then it doesn't bother you and you can see yourself doing the exercises. That makes more sense.
