I’ve been doing this for around 2 weeks, along with a 28 day fitness challenge of 30 min body weight work out and it’s helping with my c-section tummy. I’ve also been fasting doing the 16/8 method and I’m seeing a big difference in the last 2 weeks and it’s this work out that’s helping. Hope this helps anyone ….keep going! ♥️

I follow your formations of Monday-full body Tuesday-legs and so on. I do these exercises for 20 mins and I feel a burn and they are perfect for me. I have a simple question though. I am still not losing any weight and there have been no signs of results and I don’t know what to do. My weight is draining me and i don’t know if I have body dysmporphia. Please tell me any tips or tricks on how to get results and perfect body (like yours) for summer. Lots of love ❤❤
Question: So when you post a new workout every day is the idea for us to do those workouts on the day you post it. Will that give great results? Cause honestly I love your channel and want to follow along with you but there are so many videos and workouts that I don't know where to start and how to order them so they all compliment each other...
You're also using neck muscles doing this ab work. It will take a while to strengthen those muscles. Just rest your head on the mat if it starts to hurt.
@LillySabri so i've been doing 99 percent of all these exercises upgraded to yoga ball planking ab exercises pelvic & more. i've also updated to treadmilling to give a extra push kick boost of energy or energy loss to my body with all the healthy foods blends im pushing into my body sometimes staying super hydrated & consistent just between you & me like crazi upgrade or quicker weight loss like updating my body quite fastly & im still working on smaller rib cage Abs, super tight tight skinny toned legs not just visible through the mirror or to others like indoor outdoors i swear its not working when i know for a fact it should be this method of exercises im doing would even work for super elderly & im not even a super crazi female lift trainer to get a lot of bulked up gains been treadmilling for 2mos now with incline i like being always on the go super adventurous but haven't had a duo to really do all that adventuring atm preferences so im not getting enough exercising in it feels like or effects of exercise impacts
goals is just to feel really good about myself my own female preferences to lose 20-30lbs roughly in kgs 12 13kgs then balance the weight from there healthy
Okay I’m a chubby girly so I want to lose my fats but don’t want to lose my butt. In 2022 I was at my skinniest due to working out but I could literally feel my butt bones 😂. Any suggestions ?
go on a slight calorie deficit but eat primarily protein everyday (chicken, protein shakes, fish etc) and do cardio in the morning and do glute growth workouts in the evening. You will lose weight around your body but grow your glutes.
Because this is an ab workout, to build an muscles and make them more defined.You can’t workout one part of your body and lose the fat there, you have make your whole body lose weight , but you just can’t choose where you lose.It’ll happen gradually everywhere you have fat.Most of your weight loss will come from your diet(less calories, fasting, less carbs and sugar, just depends on what your eating habits are like as well as your height).HIIT exercises really helps weight loss as well, but definitely focus on the diet.Your diet is what made you gain the weight
Because abs are made in the kitchen. We need to be in a caloric deficit and some type of exercise preferably resistance training to lose fat and get abs
Since i discovered you , Lily over 2 months ago, i have banned all other instructors and kept you only Absolutley love your workouts. As someone with a very bad knee, love your Pilates. Would be great if you can perhaps do more knee friendly all over body Pilates. Thanks. What a breath of fresh air you are girl.
