    Start: 55cm
    Day 1: was burning but better now not too bad
    Day 2: same as day one no burning after workout though
    Day 3: missed because I went to the gym but I’ll do 2x tmr
    Day 4;1: same as everyday thighs are the same I think😂
    Day 4;2: I was wrong! My legs have gone down 1cm and are a bit more toned. Legs also not burning after workout only while doing it

      Doing the workout for two weeks 💗
      Starting off with visible cellulite and my normal diet. I don't eat heavy meals during the day and dinner is often the heavy one. Also, I eat THREE meals a day and snacks aren't an everyday thing
      Day 1: ✅
      Day 2: ✅ I felt the burn and I also focused on my form!!
      Day 3: ✅ struggled a little because of the pain from doing cardio (I haven't done it in almost a year)
      Day 4: ✅ finally felt the burn in my inner thighs!! Visible cellulite reduction 😲
      Day 5: ✅ it burns!!! Doing it on Christmas Eve 😉
      Day 6: ✅ locked in on Christmas morning
      Day 7: ✅ hoorah!! The inner thigh burn is more intense this time and in here for it. Can't wait to begin week 2 tomorrow x
      Day 8: ✅ I have noticed a difference in my thighs; they are more defined 😻
      Day 9: ✅ it still burns!!
      Day 10:✅ nearly skipped but decided to get it in after I got a glimpse of the results in the mirror
      Day 11: ✅ the results are so motivating and the burn feels so good in my hips. Going to finish the workout in 2025 😲
      Day 12: ✅ New year's Eve still locked in and I noticed it worked for my hip dips too but not my saddlebags
      Day 13: ✅ First workout of 2025. Feels goood
      Day 14: ✅ last day and it still burned like it was the first!!
      I feel like for more difference you should readjust your diet and add in more workouts like cardio or just move throughout the day!!
      Don't give up guys, it works

      It happened to me all the time and I chalked it up to me needing to lose a few lmao but try and slightly roll back onto your hip. That’s when I finally got a gap.

      you’ll start seeking results in the first 2-4 weeks is when you’ll initially start seeing progress but for really noticeable results about 2-4 months! hoped this helped and i’m sure google has more credible resources than me lol❤

    🧁I don’t know if you’ll be able to help us but we overtrained our lower deep core because the flutter kicks were just so easy and fun bt then now my HIPS have actually shrunk!!! Making me look like a box 😭😭😭 before that, I was a curvalicious sex god but then now my hips are like even with my waist and my upper abs are just the slightest bit larger. They also protrude from the front just a bit while my lower belly has flattened a lot. Is there a way to make hips bigger maybe ? Or spit train the upper and middle deep core only?
    Lilly sabri, the fountain of knowledge please hear our plea! (I also know some people who overdid the flutter kicks and now they have the same issue as me lol) we want the small waist back!!
