I've been doing this workout every single day for a week by now and I must say I'm so happy with the progress I've been through. My legs already look so much better after just one week and I've lost a healthy amount of weight as well.

This workout NEVER fails me!! I'm not the most consistent person when it comes to workouts so, when I start feeling bloated, I do this workout everyday for 2 weeks and it's like I never stopped. Last summer I received so many compliments on my body thanks to this workout. It's so awesome!! 🥰

This was great! Worked up a set in just one round! Only had time to do it once but still feel good. I think doing this twice would be a great workout
I’m gonna do this for 2-3 weeks, it’s currently day 2 and I can definitely feel like but it feels good when ur done!

I just tried this for the first time and I never enjoyed any workout more! I wondered though, if you may think about a flexibility routine/workout video, since I find it really hard to even touch my toes, let alone any other exercises involving flexibility. I also want to know how to get such a great posture and keep a straight back most of the time like you do!

Do you notice weight gain or weight loss from doing this? Do your legs seem to be getting slimmer or bigger? Im trying to gain weight and look bigger but I've heard that pilates help people lose weight

Thanks, loving your workouts and this was really fun! One question though - 2:55 onwards made my left hip clunk every time - is that okay/normal or am I doing something wrong? Right hip wasn't as bad but happened a little during the kicks on the other side too
