everyone with hip issues: remember this workout is hard, even on people with well functioning hips, so it'll naturally be very challenging for us. take all the breaks you need to, skip an exercise if needed, and listen to your body! this could either be very helpful or harmful. if it hurts while doing the exercise, but feels good when you take a break, it's healthy! if it hurts while taking a break too, it's probably not the right class for you. be proud of yourself either way for doing your best and taking care of yourself

This is the BEST glute workout I've tried. Every workout I've tried has not had enough burn for me or was hard to do, but this was perfect. I'll be doing this 2 - 5 times a week and calculating my progress here, this is a 100% honest review you can trust. Week 1: I did this workout 4 times this week, and I still feel the burn when I do it.

Love these shorter sessions, good when you are feeling tired. Once I start the session I feel energised and can go on to another shorter one or even two!!
I had a hard time deciding between the Cuisinart ruclips.net/user/postUgkxbHS6iDzgurU5HDfOQwM9gHX0K703-UyJ (rated # 1 by America's Test Kitchen) and this KitchenAid hand mixer. After receiving the KA, I inserted the beaters and turned the KA unit on in the air. The beaters seemed "wobbly" and I was worried that I may have made a mistake. Then I actually beat egg whites into a meringue (a good test) and found that they whipped up much quicker than usual. Now I think the "wobbly" beaters are built to orbit that way to improve the mixing. The "slow" start is a nice feature, too, and it keeps a thin batter from splashing out when the beaters are first inserted. Because there is little splashing, I find that it's also easier to clean this mixer. About two weeks after purchasing the KA mixer, I was delighted when I read that this year the KitchenAid is rated #1 by America's Test Kitchen! Official validation for my own good taste/instincts.

Love this one! I needed to do some strengthening with my right glute as I was injured 6 years ago and finally thought to work on strengthening it. The Physio had given me similar glute exercises to this. And Id rather do this as it was more enjoyable to do with you. So thank you for this! I'm going to save this one to my favs.
