I don’t care about people saying that Pilates is a feminine experience because this helps me relax and make a difference to my mental state and physical health. 😊😊
Former dancer, thrice birthed children via c-section, nearly died in an accident last year and at 55, appreciate the stupendous things this body has carried me through and the gifts its provided but SUPER excited to work through this post-menopausal body. Several years ago before I knew what was happening & made the choice to take HRT's to assist in this transition I had so many aches & pains, fatigue, brain fog ect that I was no longer able to just dance for fun and stay in shape. Everything seemed impossible, weights (no matter how small) seemed to agressive, any cardio - horrific and I was so sad.... then I found you. I started with your shortest video's and honestly most days still do. I finally found something that I could just "get through" in the early days and now, even when I could likely do some of the shorter ones in my sleep, I find challenge in the graceful execution of your practice that shows you have are a trained dancer I would guess and I just focus on trying to do that as well to satisfy that littler perfectionist many of us dancers have but at this age, I can relax in the process rather than the end result and know that just being up and on the mat - is perfection :))
Totally hear you. I love the feeling of my body making the right lines and moving in the alignment in the way I am so used to as an ex dancer - you are right , it feels almost graceful but It connects me to myself again in those perfectionist ways but ones that feel so natural and ingrained . I love finding the mat each day and doing what I can - through menopause reclaiming some of my body and getting used to some other changes that are probably now here to stay 🙂
This 15 minute version is perfect for the morning before work or if you're short on time and looking for something that will give you a 360 workout. As always your Pilates classes are fabulous.
It is so great that you are doing a voiceover, it is so easy to follow without the need to look at the screen, which is super important when following an intense workout and trying to focus on yourself and your muscles

The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!
Having just come thru menopause my body has lost ALL muscle (arms, butt, thighs, etc.)... I'm desperately trying to find something for us older ladies to rebuild all of that?!

I am so beyond grateful I found your channel on youtube. I've been doing your classes for about 2-3 weeks and I love them, I'm feeling taller and mentally and d physically better. I've stopped doing HIIT and weight workouts as they were doing more harm than good and switched them out for walking, pilates and yoga and my body is so much happier.

Haven't done Pilates in years. I absolutely love it. I saw people on TikTok raving about Nicole so I had to check it out myself. Decided it best to start with a shorter workout. So glad I did this. I'm drenched in sweat but it's empowering. Adding this series to my routine. So happy to have found it.
LOVED the ballet style inner thigh series. The versatility of the exercise made it fun, like it was a dance practice 😂 thank you for taking the time to spice up these for us!!
Loved it! A little complicated but I feel that (like Nicole says at the end) it can take awhile to get familiar with the dynamics of a class. Good clear instructions; centered around the breath, with cues for good technique. A full body workout that strengthens.

I’ve been sick for over a month and feeling bad about having not exercised during that time. I was worried about jumping back into it so I did a shorter class and it was fun and challenging in a satisfying way and I so appreciate the options you have so that I can gain confidence in my exercise routine again!
Nicole, I absolutely love your classes! I stubbled on them during the first year of covid and have been doing them ever since. Never get bored of them. It's funny you say, "each time will get easier and easier". Since I started this mini journey a month ago, this was the first video I did, I have challenged myself to push a little harder each time. Today I wanted to go back to the first one. I remember tapping the screen 3 maybe 4 times to see how much time I had left. This of course is still challenging but I do feel so much stronger, not as wobbly. I could keep my knees straight for the switching one and the lowering one, I didn't drop my knees for the pushup at the end or cut anything short. Thank you for the confidence to keep going today and reminding me why I did it again the next day in the first place.

I have been doing your workouts most days each week for the past 3 years and have found your workouts to be both effective and pleasurable. I need to work on strength training, especially as I age (I'm now in my 60s!) and need to support my bone and muscle strength. I find the 10-20 minute workouts easiest to fit into a busy morning schedule and only occasionally do I have the time to do the longer workouts (though sometimes I have split the longer ones in half over two days). I especially like one like this (Express Pilates!) as it is time effective and feels like an overall good workout. Please continue to do more like this: both full body as well as targeted areas of the body (e.g., lower body, upper body, or a combination). Thank you again for continuing to create such great workouts that make working out both enjoyable and effective! 💫🙏♥

Excellent class! I never tried pilates before until I came across one of your other videos here on RUclips. I love it! I can really "feel the burn". I used to be a runner but I am working muscles that I haven't worked in years. I only started on Monday but I can feel the difference. I was going Yoga alone with Charlie Follows, also on RUclips, but I am definitely going to continue to incorporate Pilates into my daily workout. Thank you!

Wow, what a workout! I burned almost 90kcal only during these 15 minutes (well, maybe with a lil break while my glute was burning lol, even though I have pretty normal posture, but my muscles aren't that trained yet😂) I love that this workout includes most of the body parts, I will sure come back to it! ❤

I have been doing your workouts most days each week for the past 3 years and have found your workouts to be both effective and pleasurable. I need to work on strength training, especially as I age (I'm now in my 60s!) and need to support my bone and muscle strength. I find the 10-20 minute workouts easiest to fit into a busy morning schedule and only occasionally do I have the time to do the longer workouts (though sometimes I have split the longer ones in half over two days). I especially like one like this (Express Pilates!) as it is time effective and feels like an overall good workout. Please continue to do more like this: both full body as well as targeted areas of the body (e.g., lower body, upper body, or a combination). Thank you again for continuing to create such great workouts that make working out both enjoyable and effective! 💫🙏♥

Excellent class! I never tried pilates before until I came across one of your other videos here on RUclips. I love it! I can really "feel the burn". I used to be a runner but I am working muscles that I haven't worked in years. I only started on Monday but I can feel the difference. I was going Yoga alone with Charlie Follows, also on RUclips, but I am definitely going to continue to incorporate Pilates into my daily workout. Thank you!

Wow, what a workout! I burned almost 90kcal only during these 15 minutes (well, maybe with a lil break while my glute was burning lol, even though I have pretty normal posture, but my muscles aren't that trained yet😂) I love that this workout includes most of the body parts, I will sure come back to it! ❤
