Right!!! Ima be 46 in May & have herniated disc & foot problems but I keep doing Nicole’s workouts because they are gentle but challenging & I like her methods.
Love your classes. Please add more 10 min stretch and 15-20 min Pilates and yoga flow videos. I don’t have enough time for the longer ones and don’t like to stop mid stream and not finish out the workout without a wind down and final zen moment. Thank you for your time and efforts. @movewithnicole I just completed the class and after following you for 3 years, I have to say this is the BEST format and style. Please, pretty please continue doing more dynamic Pilates. I loved the faster pace but still in your calm presence. My heart rate went up, good elongating moves and strength. I often have to go to other channels for that extra bit of sweat or heart rate challenge (but I still always prefer you… after all you are the best!) but todays class had it all! Thank you Nicole! I had severe back pain for the last 5 years (giving birth in the wrong position for my body and epidural really hurt me). So I will see a Kine in a couple of days (again) but a friend of mine told me about your videos and in just 2 days it has released tension in my lower back and I’ve immediately felt less irritated 😢 it’s a huge step forward for me.
