Nicole is the reason I am toned af with muscles though. Did not step 1 foot in the gym in the entire year lol

People are like “love your body!” and “you created life!” but they aren’t the ones with a hanging flab of skin and their entire abdomen-belly, butt, hips, and even my vagin* isn’t covered in stretch marks!! I feel so disgusting, but Nicole’s videos do make me feel good about myself, though it is very hard not to compare myself. She’s so beautiful!

As a yoga instructor, I've been incorporating daily pilates to build strength and tone. I did this as a part of an evening routine, and I LOVED it! This was such a great execution of nice, controlled, movement to help tone & burn the lower abs! I will certainly be revisiting this one!
I recently decided to incorporate Pilates into my workout routine, minimizing my lifting days to 3 and Pilates for 2. It has been a very intense experience for me but I always feel so good after these workouts and I can honestly say my core strength had improved since starting your videos!
This workout is a perfect finish for my "ab day" with ankle weights! I'd love to see an ab burning video specifically for wearing ankle weights. Keep up the great work Nicole, you are something special. ❤

Short are great as add-ons or quick standalone morning workouts. I have had a break from my morning routines due to a small knee injury and I am building my strength up again, so shorter videos are very much appreciated now. This one was perfect, no kneeling just abs :-) Thank you for sharing.
I made the bad decision of doing this after a Pilates Hiit Workout and now I'm drowning in my own sweat 😂😅 such a good workout! I rarely feel my lower abs but this made them burn 🔥
@@lorinperez3959 combined with a diet, yes it can help you lose weight. But the thing about pilates is that, it is so addictive that you´ll do it pretty much everyday and soon your body will be more toned. Nowadays, I only do pilates and a weekly run and it is enough for me, but everybody is different. Don´t just focus on the physical, your mind is also important and as long as you´re moving your body that´s great!
I just want to say that I have switched to pilates on your channel and doing that instead of a normal workout. It’s been amazing! My muscles are actually sore because they are actually working, I love your workouts! I also include a 30 minute run everyday with the Pilates as well❤

Howdy! I took your class. It felt slow at first but felt very engaging as we progressed. Liked the different angles to fire the lower abs and the fluidity. I will do it again for a week every day. One suggestion, as the first set is head down to the floor add some verbal queues on how properly position the neck and warn your audience those sets are meat to be heads down and not lifted. It servers a purpose but the first time I did not hear the queues and spent most of set one watching what you were doing🙏
I love your work outs! I've been switching between videos almost on the daily since I found you just over a week ago. I really enjoy the 15-30 range ones so I can fit them in my schedule! Any tips for breathing though? I feel like I can't take a proper breath as I find the inhale/exhale so close together between moves, then I feel like I'm "running behind" when you're onto the next move.
