A 15 second rest won't make a difference regarding results, it could even help to have a short break just to reset and take a couple of breaths. Without breaks you might risk getting too tired and losing form = risk for injuries and perhaps less effective workouts. BUT this is just my personal opinion, some people love going without breaks! Try it out and see what works for you, you can just keep going when Sophie's taking a break and go right on to the next exercise.😊
have you tried to integrate a reverse crunch? according to research this would be one of the best excerise (besides hanging leg raise). If the commonly done incorrect form of just swing your legs up and down it won´t be effectiv. Instead try to take up a posteric tilt position when lying on your back and then curl you pelvis up towards your belly button and really try to contract your lower abs even if this won´t feel much at the beginning.. this will target your lower abs and after 15 slow quality reps 3 times a day for a few days practise your lower abs will start grow and you can consciously contract them in other ab exercises as well :D it is not easys to isolate them from the other abs muscles, but it is possible.. take the time you need and don´t give up :) hope I could help you
The problem with RUclips exercises is only few authors of videos will explain the way to do them which play huge role in order to achieve results! For example: breathing and to keep pressing your lower back to the floor (this is probably you can’t get the result)…

I had a question. I've been doing this workout for the past 6 weeks and I have got 2 entire layers of abs so far, but unless I flex them I cannot see them. I'm assuming it's my diet but, I think I'm not burning enough fat. What should I do?
u should really include an example of the next exercises, i miss seconds cuz i watch how u do it then i have to rewind… great exercises but could improve on editing
