Almost every time I dream I fight with my parents. I despise my mother, and I don’t respect my father. I’m better off without them.
So many sleepless nights filled with tears and sadness. My life has been horrible for me for the past few months, but I almost always listen to this music as I sleep. This one is really special with the soft, slow music, beautiful colorful landscapes, full moon, and water trickling. Both were asleep within minutes.

Reminds me of a place where my late husband used to go on vacation on the gulf of Mexico. All the condos faced the beach. One could sit on the balcony and just watch the sea and hear this beautiful sound 24/7. I'd take a book out on the balcony thinking I would read, but I couldn't read. The ocean was so mesmerizing that I'd just nod off to the sound. With this video, I get to go back and enjoy the sound all over again.

Psilocybin saved my life. I was addicted to heroin for 15 years and after Psilocybin treatment I will be 3 years clean in September. I have zero cravings. This is something that truly needs to be more broadly used in addiction treatment.
