I don’t usually leave comments on RUclips videos but it would be wrong to not acknowledge how amazing your videos are. I have been trying to lose weight and tone my body by walking 5 miles at least 3 times a week, with weights. After a year I have dropped some weight but I haven’t seen the results I have been looking for, that is until I started your videos about a month ago. Doing some variations of your videos 5-6 times a week has changed my body more in one month than the year of walking. Not only that but I actually enjoy doing your videos, and this comes from somebody that does not like exercise, lol. I find it’s good for my mind and my body. Not only am I starting to tone up but I am also getting stronger. Your videos were my first experience with Pilates so I couldn’t always do all of the movements but I’m getting stronger and able to almost keep up with you now…..I’m just not quite as graceful ❤. Thank you for all of your hard work and guidance, Nicole. You are generous with your time and knowledge but it is definitely appreciated!
That was a perfect quick workout that made me feel like I really did something in a shorter time frame. Now I can go out to may busy day with more confidence. Thank you!

This made me sweat sooo much! I’m really glad I switched from workouts to Pilates because I think it’s actually really intense but because of the stretches in between, I have enough energy to pull through a whole video ☺️ Also, this video is very great and i feel so good now, so thank you! 💗
I 100% agree, those stretches in between really help me push through which I never got with a HIIT workout or anything else. Finally found something I enjoy and will definitely continue doing pilates!

I couldn't get myself to get sports/ work out into my routine. Felt like I never had enough time, not used to it, etc. But with your videos Nicole, I 'm finally making my body stronger! It's so nice! It helps a lot for the lower backpain that can come up from time to time. You're awesome!

Thank you for videos! I love your workouts! I live in Russia, in Siberia. 20 minutes videos helped me to start doing pilates. It was emotionally easier to convince myself to work only for 20 minutes. Now I still love doing 20 minutes pilates in the morning, and longer workouts in the evenings.
this was one of the loveliest workouts i have ever done. I loved the flow, the sea in the bgr and it really helped with period cramps, released the pain! So much harmony and so nice exercise sequence. well done and thank you!

I have been doing your workouts for over a month now (consistently, which is a first for me) and I have found a new added confidence and I feel like I am getting stronger. I have a video suggestion, I am not sure how workable it is but maybe something less knee intense? I have a bad knee (I am not even old) and some of the kneeling aspects has been aggravating it. I have been doing your workouts for over a month now (consistently, which is a first for me) and I have found a new added confidence and I feel like I am getting stronger. I have a video suggestion, I am not sure how workable it is but maybe something less knee intense? I have a bad knee (I am not even old) and some of the kneeling aspects has been aggravating it. Thank you again.
