I am 72 and want to say the same DITTO to your comment. I have started incorporating the resistance band workouts also. i have tried the back pain one also and it does help! My gratitude to you and all the effort it takes to make these videos! I have been following you for 5=6 years now.!

I enjoy doing these repeated exercises and the Beauty of it is I can do them wherever I am, like now visiting my daughter and getting ready for our family travel. I’ve been lately diagnosed with heart failure at the young age of 66 despite my routine good exercises and no alcohol or smoke. Devastated I continue to do your Pilate where I find a healthy diversion. Thank you as always!

Having only one balance nerve after brain surgeries, you are so right about having to work at it every day - vital part of my recovery, and my goal to continue aging safely! I did keep a hand on a table for lunges for safety, but tried to let my 🦵🏻 and 🍑 do the work😉😂💙💚💛🧡💜🩵 thanks for all you do, love those opening credits, you make Brighton look 🤩! Hope you’re enjoying your Italy vacation!

Great length video. Think the breathing is so important along with sideways exercise and back flexibility movements. Easy to keep doing regularly, even if you sometimes have to push yourself a bit some days!

Just a question about the bow and arrow move please Rachel - was this the same stance for both legs? I was rather confused as it seemed the arm drawing back was ‘over’ a differently poised leg each time. Forgive me if I’m wrong but I have watched twice. But thanks anyway Rachel - love your channel. 😊
Hi Sharon, well spotted. It shopuld be the right leg forward when I changed sides with right arm drawing back. My mistake as I have to do it all the opposite way round when I film it so it looks like the right and left leg to the viewer, confusing for me but better for you! Hope that helps x

grreat alternative to floor work while dealing with prolapse issues. Fighting tummy buldge without the stress on the organs.
