Another year older, and my athletic body has naturally slowed down, and when I would try to do my usual routine, I would injure my back, and my worn knees. My chiropractor told me to try pilates using mat only. So, I searched You Tube and found The Girl with the Pilate Mat! Yay, Rachel is a really good instructor, and the instructions have really helped me so that i can do my regular daily activities because the tightness in hips, lower back and knees are gently stretched out! I love all your standing exercises! I had horrible knee pain, no balance. I've started supplements for inflammatory and your routines. Took me 6 mos, but I can balance without leaning on a chair now. Thank you so much!

i love your videos. been active all throughout the pandemic doing cardio and weights. but this year, turned 56 and something happened to my body, pain everywhere, every joint and i injured my rotator cuff. thought i woudn't be able to exercise again but i found you. thank you!

Thank you so much. I am 44 and I have Ankylosing Sponylosis. I do "look" fit but I am not! I am also very iron deficient, which I am currently working on. This was rather strenuous for me. However I plan to do this every day until I am strong and then I will venture out on your other videos. I have a very hard time lying on the floor and part of that will be to gain strength and muscle along my spine. Just very thankful to have found this as I recover from thyroid cancer and try to heal the Crohn's disease. ❤

And also I wonder Why that whenever I do Yoga or Stretches I keep on Yawning... perhaps bc I am Breathing a lot.. I listen to your Directions of the Breathing, ty. I love how your are so Calm when you Speak, it so Relaxing.
