I’m completely new at Pilates, and all of your videos challenge me in a low impact way but I feel the burn more than if I had gone to the gym. I’ve tried other Pilates videos, but yours are by far the most structured and direct. They leave me feeling relaxed, stretched, and worked out. I’m finding myself feeling better overall since I started! Thank you so so much for making these videos.

Just finished this and I'm laying here crying on my mat. I've been doing your routines 5-6 days a week for maybe 2.5 years now. The past couple months of my life has been so incredibly stressful, I've been so depressed and stopped working out, save for going on a walk a couple times a week.
I wanted to work out today and this is all I had the energy for. I needed this so badly.
This phase of my life won't last forever and I have to keep reminding myself of that. Your routines have helped me through some other tough times, they make me feel so much better and comfortable in my skin. Thank you again for being such an amazing instructor. You've changed lives and helped so many of us through challenging times. Can't thank you enough.

Nicole, you're a Godsend honestly! Your videos inspire me to challenge myself, to look as good as you do and to keep healthy. You make 30 minutes feel like 5 honestly and the workout is so fun to try. I love love love the colors and calming aesthetics in your videos. Thank you so much.

I do one of these everyday and I hated working out but these videos bring me so much Joy and helped me so much with getting fitter. I use to have back fat and my stomach had some flaps as well and it’s was there for years but just doing one of these and eating clean has changed my body so much. I can wear anything I want and feel good in it and that was so hard for me before. My stomach has Definition and abs now and I have the cutest most toned back and my ass got was more perky. But I am so confident in crop tops and lowrise jeans and I wear backless dresses and tops all summer and I never went to the gym just ate clean and worked out for 30 min thank you so much for these videos ❤❤❤❤ (been eating clean aka no junk food for over a year rip)

@@WiolettaStasinskihi ! I'm not OP but I do have back fat so i can understand you, for now I have been doing Nicole's beginners pilates workout since the first of this year and my back fat has significantly felt less in recent days, you know when you're moving and they don't feel as heavy as they used to ? yeah exactly that, my t-shirts are fitting me looser in that particular area so I think doing regularly 45 minutes to 1 hour of pilates will help you like it did to me ! i wish you luck on you journey ⭐ !

I can't say enough good things about Nicole and her channel! I have never experienced a workout that facilitates focus, hard work, and calmness at the same time! She is brilliant at describing how to set up alignment of your body and perform the movement correctly. Also, this class was perfect for my level, once I felt the burn, she pushed it just a little bit more, then gave me a break and a perfect stretch for the movement we just did. However, your Pilates workouts are slower paced, I can execute the exercises, I feel connected with my body, I feel my muscles working but after the workout I feel relaxed and happy. I also like that I don't sweat much, even though the burn is there. All in all, I think is the perfect way for me to be more active. Thanks a lot!!

I felt miserable today and all I dreamt of was sleep for 12hrs. But I knew moving my body will help release some sadness and pain, and it really did. It wasn't a day for challenging myself. This was a day for being gentle and soothing. Thank you Nicole so so much!

im new at pilates and have always used high intensity cardio as a means for exercise until i felt the effects on my hips and joints. This is very helpful in not only getting my own fitness goals met, but staying mindful of the connection between my mind and my body, and having an exercie routine that is beneficial to more than just burning calories. Thank you!!

This was the perfect video to come back to pilates after a breakt because I was grieving the loss of a dear one. Now I'm slowly able to come back to my self care routines and feeling so much better for it. Thank you Nicole for your videos and the way you guide us through the routines! I always feel encouraged and manage to persist more than with previous instructors!

I'm using your most basic workouts to build strength again after occult tethered cord surgery, being unable to afford post-surgery physical therapy, and unable to do cardio anymore with LongCovid. I have to be careful with my neck, and sometimes my back, and I had to start really slow, but your workouts have me feeling better than I have in YEARS. Your positive attitude and command of pilates is realllllly helping my daughter and I, both. Thank you, Nicole!!!

I'm completely new at pilates and this was actually my first ever pilates class and it was amazing. Challenging, yet I never found myself slacking. I have done other forms of exercising dreading every moment but these thirty minutes passed so quickly. I loved it and especially the fact that there was no timer and I really felt connected to Nicole.

I presume that you didnt change your mind in the past 2 weeks..
      Are you OK?
Can you come by yourself to your cell and type without robot hands?
      Than I will try this...
Starting first thing tomorrow, promise 😊👍
