I have been doing this routine 3 days a week for just over a month and my core is getting so strong. I can do core exercises like a pro. Already noticed toned arms, toned sides around core, toned legs and bum, I can't believe how much i can bend and how flexible I'm becoming. Pilates is my new obsession.. :) ❤❤
My favorite sentence: Let's finish class.... It makes me feel that i made it one more time. I stayed committed and didn't give up. So when i hear "Let's finish class.." i do it with a huge sweaty smile in my heart. Thank you Nicole for being who you are and helping us become our best version in mind and body. Light and love to you and all 🙏🏾
I am so hooked on Nicole's Pilates and yoga sessions that I have literally ditched my offline fitness classes. I have never picked up weights until I came across her workouts with dumbbells. A steady and gradual journey towards a long-lasting accomplishment. It is a wholesome experience with Nicole. Thank you for doing what you do.

This was really challenging for me and I almost ended up crying I’m so out of shape and I’m not flexible at all but I’m practicing consistency so I’m going to stick to this, really I was so focused on doing it right or at least trying that the time went flying and I’m so proud of myself for finishing. Looking forward to tomorrow exercise
I am finding the classes challenging too. I have been following Nicole for about 2 months and I feel amazing. I can't even manage some of the stretches. I had no idea how much strength and flexibility I have lost. Keep on going, we have got this❤
Dont overwork yourself please. It's much better to do less but what's comfortable for you, so you can stay consistent. Than stop because everything hurts and you're exhausted. Consistency is key.
I'm a 36 year old man. After years of abusing my body lifting weights I have been having a lot of bodily pains and mobility problems. I tried this for the first time today in an attempt to recondition my decrepit body and geeze leweze this was way harder than I thought it would be. 26 minutes in I succumbed to my fatigue. I will continue to try this 2 or 3 times a week and hopefully I'll make improvements. Thank you Nicole! Your guidance has been amazing and very helpful. You look so amazing and graceful when you do it.
I'm in the same boat as you.... 39 now and had to pause the video after just 11 minutes before finisihing tired. I've done squats, bench, deadlifts etc. for well over a decade and now was diagnosed with lower back arthritis, something I never thought I'd deal with. Let's rehab together and let me know if you find any videos that particularly help.
I can strongly recommend to also go to air-yoga - the way you stretch on those ribbons, you feel like every limb in your body is being stretched and pulled and put back in their right places! very good for stuff limbs like mine, so it could help your body. I felt 15 years younger the next day, was floating on air for days.
i struggle with being consistent but doing this about 2 to 3 times a week has really strengthen me. Even after my first session, which was so difficult, it made me feel empowered. Now i am bout 5 weeks in and i am beginning to jog after watching and doing my Pilates with Nicole. Thanks girl!
I discovered you during Covid and your workouts changed my body drastically. I went through a horrible depression this past year and didn’t have the energy to do any sports. I am slowly coming back because your channel is the only one making me love the moment I am working out. It not effortless, but there is no brutality and it’s all I need. I’ll get my dream body in a few weeks of practice, but it’s not the most important. The most important is now, I loved doing this class, and I feel confident to face this day. God bless you, again. ❤
@@leesha0707 only doing one session of 25 or 30 minutes (or more according to my energy), 5 times a week (+walking a bit more) litterlay changed my body in two months. But my 1st advice is: do not look for results too much. Look for a sport you enjoy doing so much its going to become a pleasure !!! And never forget that you are beautiful as you are, right now
Thank you so much for changing my whole life. You changed my relationship with working out and made me feel so motivated. I feel relaxed even tho I’m in pain. You and your workouts are exactly what I needed and I’m so happy I found you, because I’ve been struggling a lot past months. Love you so much Nicole
YES, these workouts are so comfortable and soothing like meditation or something. i used to associate sports with haste and pain so this is literally life-changing /sorry eng isn’t my native language
Loved this workout! I've been doing your workouts since the beginning of 2023 and I love how challenging but at the same time enjoyable and balanced they are. I also truly appreciate you don't use diet culture language like "slimming down", "get rid of ...", etc and instead focus on movement that makes you feel good. Thank you so much Nicole!
Day 1 of doing this class. It was way harder than I thought, but I feel really good. I couldn't do all of it. But iI did my best. I'm looking forward to the day I am strong enough to do the entire class.
I had not done pilates since 20 February - owing to job stressors. This was my first session - I'm now putting work to the side and prioritising more important things. This class was a challenge but I enjoyed it - especially the arm and leg exercises. I found the class worked better for me at 0.8-0.9 x speed - to ease myself back in. I wasn't as flexible today but I'm sure i'll soften back in soon. Thank you Nicole!
Pilates is a game changer for me. I never liked working out but when I follow your video I'm actually having fun. I love how gracious the movements are and I feel connected to my body and I reconnect with my feminine energy. It's not easy but it's a pain that you learn to work with and even love at one point haha! Thank you Nicole for those wonderful videos! I feel my body getting stronger and it's a feeling I did not felt for years!
Day 1: It’s my first time doing Pilates and I definitely underestimated how difficult it would be! After doing the workout, I can feel the burn throughout my legs and arms but not much near my glutes or core. It was hard to keep proper form because of how inflexible I am, but I am definitely going to continue doing this to have proper form and achieve a fit body! Day 2: Although it's been more than a week since I did my first session, I'm glad that I can back to it. As for the second class, because I know what's to come in the workout, I have better form and can feel the burn all throughout my body, especially my arms. Day 3: It’s been two days since my last workout (yay being more consistent!). For this session, I definitely improved my form because I can feel the burn through my glutes, arms, and legs. As for the core, I definitely need to work on pushing through. I find it hard to keep proper form because my core is very weak. But I’m starting to feel and see the results because even after two days of not doing the workout, my stomach is smaller and my bum is definitely more shaped! Imagine the results if I’m more consistent! I’m going to try to do it four times a week this week (today is Sunday so three more times this week)! Day 4: I did this session during the morning and it definitely woke my body up! Everything went well and my form was consistent throughout. However, I’m staring to realize that I have trouble pushing through at the 14 minute mark because the exercise was so challenging. That’s the part where it exercises the core so I definitely want to have the right form. Anyways this is my second time doing the exercise this week (today is Monday so two more times this week)! Day 5: The workouts are getting less difficult but I'm still working on the core part (today is Saturday, one more on Sunday)! Day 6: Today is Sunday so I completed my goal of doing this workout four times a week! Overall, I'm improving in form and can definitely feel the burn in my core and everywhere else!
Same I started crying bc I hated how embarrassed I felt bc I was struggling imm continue to do it though it hurts and burns but I wanna loose my tummy and be fit
This is one amazing description. Usually comments like this forget about the video and goal, which often leaves the viewers a bit upset. I don’t really mind them . But this comment really puts some detail into the days which is really helpfull! Stay strong and keep on pushing through 💪
I have been doing this for 5 days straight now, I can say first 2 days i was not doing it properly and leaving many steps, as it hurts! I feel my body very flexible now than before! I will keep you guys updated, because i m going to continue this ❤
I am recovering from the worst virus of my life and my joints are so achy, but I really want to get back to working out. This was the perfect class. Challenging enough to make me sweat but gentle enough to not make my pains worse. Thank you for putting this on RUclips for free, you’re helping out a lot of people.
So proud of you, but working out isn't good when you're recovering from a virus! You need all the mental and physical rest you can get in order to not develop a post-viral illness (like long covid, etc.)
My depression has been kicking my ass lately and I have been having the hardest time getting myself to work out. Today I decided to finally start again, and I already feel like turning off the video only 14 minutes in. I guess it's better than nothing, but I wish I could just beat that negative voice inside my head! Thank you so much Nicole for creating a safe space. I'll try again tomorrow. Who knows, maybe I'll get to 15 minutes ;)
This is a really hard video I think. I was doing this video because I thought it would be an easy semi-rest thing to do but I was sorely mistaken. I would recommend her beginner video on the channel if you’re getting back to exercise. Yoga with Adrienne is also a good one. She does a variety of yoga difficulties.
This kind of exercise after a walk outside (especially the forest!) will definitely help. Being grateful and a sense of wonder helps to keep things in perspective. Give yourself a practical talking - to is good with perspective as well. Make sure you are getting enough rest, Vitamin D levels up and hydrate with good nutrition. I've been there. You got this!
I'm a former athlete rediscovering movement after having really negative relationships with food and exercise. Your workouts help me to love moving again and push myself in ways that feel good! I love your pilates and Barre workouts, thank you
Day 1 ✅ Day 2 ✅ Day 3 ✅ Day 4 ✅ Day 5 ✅ Day 6 (rested) Day 7 ✅ Day 8 ✅ I can lift my upper body with more ease by following her instructions. Breathing works magic. My legs feel like falling off but the thought of having a toned body keeps me going.
GUYS I DID IT!!! I made it through the full video without needing a break!🤗 I’m on day 8 of my 30 day mat Pilates challenge and this is the first time I made it through any of Nicole’s videos💕I started out on day one with this video and I was VERY exhausted and paused it several times, but compared to now I’ve improved so much!💝💝💝
Officially, one of my favourite classes. It reaches every part of the body and takes me to a comfortable limit, not a bit beyond. Please never stop these classes NIcole, you are making a difference to millions of lives.
I was so out of shape before I started doing your classes. I was not flexible, i struggled to stay balanced in most exercises, and in just 2 weeks I’ve noticed how much more flexible I’ve become and my balance has also improved. I’m actually so impressed by how well your classes work, they are challenging but not too challenging where it’s impossible to do the exercises. It’s perfect. Thank you for these classes, they are really motivating to do more exercise at home. ❤
@@mariamfahmy2838 not yet, it’s only been 2 weeks. I think for Pilates to change your body shape it would take a very long time, heavyweights would change body shape quicker
I've been doing one of your videos daily since January and I can't believe the change in my shape, the weight I've lost and how much more flexibility I now have. Thank you so so much, my confidence has been boosted and my health massively improved. You do a wonderful job with these videos ❤
Hey, weird to ask i think, but my legs are a bit bigger and my stomach is a bit chubby, will my body become skinnier from pilates ? or will i get bigger ? „bulky“ i wanna look lean and toned, flat stomach, skinner legs - but i’m always scared no matter what workout i do that i will become bigger and won’t lose weight.. 🥹 That’s why i’m only in a calorie deficit and not working out at all. But that’s also why my body isn’t „toned“ I‘ve lost over 30 kg but now i’m scared of weights, pilates, hiit etc and idk why
@isa-mi4nm I've toned up alot, I've really notice it on my abdomen and legs the most. I don't really do any other forms of exercise other than taking the dog out on walks and daily pilates. I dont count calories but ive been trying to make healthier choices and i think combined with the pilates its made a very noticeable difference to my body shape. I'd highly recommend trying it out 😊
@karinapuigserver8671 I started just picking one of Nicole's beginners videos everyday to build strength, but now I just pick a video at random as I can do much harder classes. The only thing I try to do is make sure it's at least 25mins of exercise so sometimes I might do 2 shorter videos. And I just fit it around the children and work, my little boy who is 4 likes to attempt the classes so we often do them before his bedtime 😊
I cannot explain how happy I am to do your workouts. Ive been dealing w procrastination and inconsistency for so long bcz no workout really went by without exhausting me. Your workouts are the only one that motivates me to return every day. I love you workouts so much. Genuinely thanks to you from the bottom of my heart.
at first i doubted i'd like nicole's workouts. its been 6 months and im still doing them every week. forever grateful that ive found work outs that work for me. bless you.
Hello, I am a 54 yr old male whose physical fitness routine has always been inconsistent. It’s feast or famine as far as that goes. I lifted weights and did HIIT. I used to think Pilates was just a woman thing, but I notice that a lot of male professional athletes do Pilates. Your videos look very compelling and I am going to give it a go. Thanks for all the wonderful content you have put out and I look forward to this new endeavor.
Thank you, Nicole! You are amazing. I've never thought I'd enjoy a workout, but through your videos I fell in love with pilates & been doing it for about two months now. This particular workout is by far my favorite! Thank you again and God bless you 🌷🌷🌷
I was doing reformer pilates classes in a studio for a year and a half until I got a new job and didn't have time. I sweat more doing your videos for 30 mins than I did in an hour class! Thank you for this channel I hope I'm able to keep and continue the progress I made in classes.
I've never really done a full pilates workout, but can I just say I really appreciate how graceful it is(or rather how graceful you make it look) and the mind body connection through breathing and using your whole body through a lot of the workouts is different and important. Congrats on your new home, it looks beautiful and I love your vibe.
@@tehyapeacock1132 I personally do her workouts 2-3 (usually 3) times a week for 2 almost 3 months now and I can say that I definitely see results I feel stronger and more energized and my body is more toned! I definitely would recommend her workouts ❤️
@@tehyapeacock1132 i have had a significant change in my body doing her workouts daily for 2 years. I also lost 40lbs (130lbs now) so that also makes a big difference. She's the reason i love exercise.
@@tehyapeacock1132 I actually switched from Pamela Reif's workouts to Nicole's workouts fully and what I noticed first was no puffiness, bloating as I experienced with higher intensity workouts from Pam and in about 2 months I noticed my body become more toned even though I trained before 😊
Slowly working myself out of a slump (mentally and physically). Pilates is an amazing way to really connect with your body. Your attention to breathing and movement make all the difference for this 42 year old mom; injury can happen so easily, so your videos are perfect. Thank you, Nicole!
OMG this is genuinely best form of workout. I was having diastasis recti from last 4 years after my pregnancy and those 2 cm gap in my abdomen was not healing. Doing your workout for past 1 month and now the gap is refuced to 1cm. Can't wait to see my abdomen muscles goes back to normal 😊
I didn’t feel like going to the gym today so I had the brilliant idea of trying out pilates at home instead only to find out that it’s so much harder yet it looks so elegant and smooth
Nicole, since doing your workouts daily I am so much stronger, more centered and grateful 💛 I honestly can't thank you enough for sharing your gift with us all 🙏
I started doing your workouts back in December and they honestly changed my life for the better!! Unfortunately, back in February I broke my arm, and haven’t been working out a whole lot. I’m finally(!!) feeling better, and I am so happy to get back to following along with your videos! They are tough but oh so worth it. Thank you so much!❤️❤️
100% Nicole is one of my favourite fitness instructors out there. The calmness in her voice, the way she just motivates you is such a hard find. Thank you so much for your passion and dedication Nicole!
So glad my daughter referred me to you Nicole. I'm 56 years old and looking forward to doing Pilates with you. I love everything about you and I am excited to join in and see the results. Thank you so much! ❤
this was my first time trying pilates. i have very very mild scoliosis and constant pain in my right hip/shoulder. i’m going to try and start making this a regular thing, because it felt so good to stretch those areas! it is a great set esteem booster too. i was so proud of myself for being able to do all the poses for the full 32 minutes! thank you for the super easy to follow instructions and encouragement. will definitely be back to this workout!!
I've been using your videos for the past couple of months as I'd done yoga for a while but wanted to start doing pilates too. This video is already one of my favourites! I can feel myself getting stronger already, as I'm having to take fewer breaks. In this workout, I was able to complete all the exercises without giving up. It's crazy how you are able to change people's lives all over the world (like me in Engand). Thank you for all your hard work! 💖
I did not want to workout at all today, motivation was at a all time low, but I convinced myself that 30 minutes of pilates wouldn't be too bad. I'm so glad that I chose this video, I felt the burn for sure but it was still a kind workout for my body that wasn't up to doing much today.
I have quite a few chronic illnesses and I've been so sick that I haven't done your workouts in a year! But I'm starting to get back into it. And wow, this was challenging!! It's strange, because I used to think your "beginner" videos were lighter and not so bad, but this was so hard. I think mat pilates is maybe a lot harder than reformer pilates. I kept having to pause the video for a few seconds at a time, to catch my breath and drink some water. But you are amazing! I'm so shaky at the end. But those endorphins feel so good! And so does the idea that I'm doing something good for myself, both mentally and physically. Thank you so much, Nicole!!
This was such a good class! Nicole is an excellent teacher! She explains each move thoroughly and says when to exhale and inhale , which is very helpful. Thank you for sharing your Pilates with the world, Nicole! You are a very talented Pilates Instructor. 🎉
I love your classes, I did reformer pilates for 2.5 years and have now switched to personal training and home mat pilates videos. They’re the truth 💪🏾💪🏾
It is so validating to know I’m not the only one who can’t even get through this beginner friendly class 😅 today was my first try and I’m not going to give up! Really want to build muscle and and flexibility.
so happy to find a new video from you :) I was getting worried after a couple of weeks without some news from you. Although I wish and hope you took the time to relax and balance yourself. Every output from your side is greatly appreciated though. You are by far the best pilates instructor I came across. Sending you loads of love and deep appreciation for all your wonderful work.
I can online second that - best pilates teacher ever ❤❤❤❤ Thank you for the always productive workouts that are only outshone by your gentle and kind motivation 😘
I absolutely loved this workout. I feel so tight because I haven't done any exercise in months. I decided, why not search for pilates. I came across this video and my body feels like 10% better. I am so tight throughout my legs and hips and upper back pain so this was great!
Thank you for posting this new workout video. I have not really worked out aside from a walk here or there for the past several weeks, and this video seemed like a good option for getting back into exercising. It was challenging but calming at the same time.
I have been doing mat pilates in a group class for 6 months now. I have a great instructor who really works us out but I decided to do it at hone now and I can say this was definitely a challenging workout. I will be back!
Best Pilates Instructor I've found for my needs. Love the breath connection and at the end I always feel like I've worked but instead of feeling fatigued, I feel energized and strong. Thats the power of working out with your breath. Thanks for seeing that Nicole!
Everything looks brilliant, the scenery, the pilates teacher and all the exercises you created for us. Can't wait to do this ( today is a rest day though 😊). Thank you as always❤
This woman is a magician!! This is my 8th beginner video that I have done of hers in the last two weeks... I have been doing them every day for two weeks and I swear, I have abs forming and my arms are getting so defined. I lost a whole bunch of weight last year via ozempic for 6 months and then I switched over to using Inositol and L-theanine since the start of this year and losing more weight than I was on Ozempic but really needed definition. And let me tell you, Nicole is getting me there, I'm so pleased! Scares me a bit what her Intermediate classes are like! 😅
I haven’t worked out in forever and tbh lifting weights I feel insecure but I tried this video and omg so happy I got a sweat in while bein in the comfort of my home lol. I can’t wait to try more of ur workouts!
I'm currently working out in the gym BUT this workout was even harder than most of my gym sessions. Love it! Will come back to it and integrate more Pilates into my life ✨ I appreciate your soft music choice and voice. This is a big thumbs up as I'm very sensitive to sound. Thank you🤍
Thank you, Nicole! I'm in between gyms as my last one closed down and your classes are the best we can find online. Always professional and carefull with the audience, you manage to make different classes every week and always with challenging new moves, either in intermediate pilates or in other classes. Brilliant!
Thank you Nicole! You have completely changed my perception of Pilates during the last 6 months I have been following your channel & regularly exercising with You. Wishing You all the best❤
I have been doing this exercise nearly everyday for the last week and gradually I can see my improvement after each class. After the 4th time doing this class I kinda remember the process so dont have to look at the screen constantly, and can focus on adjusting bits by bits, follow to her every sentence closely. After each time (the 10th time ish now), I notice sentences that I heared but didnt listen to before and fix bits by bits. I am so happy how much good this exercise is doing for me. I can feel my mood is better. I feel more flexible. Thanks so much Nicole! Such a quality exercise to move our body everyday (or at your own frequency😊).
For years I have been missing the fun part in working out. I never knew what people meant wo said they liked "the feeling" because I never had it. For the first time a work out makes me feel strong from within and I feel connected to my body. Even moving in everyday life feels different since I have started. I do a class of yours everyday 7 days a week but this one is somehow my favourite and I come back to it regularly.
Started reformer pilates & become obsessed. My first ever at home pilates & loved it just as much. So calming, makes me feel so strong. Thank you!!!! ❤
Today I started off with a more cardio kind of workout, but I immediately noticed that my body was protesting. It's that time of the month. So instead of pushing myself over my own boundaries, I came across this pilates session and started joining this one. Now, half an hour later I feel so positive, more relaxed, and proud of myself for working out. Thank you so much for this session!
I'm a runner doing Pilates for the first time, hoping to improve my hip flexibility. Really pleased at the difference this workout is making after just a few sessions. Thank you.
This was my first Pilates workout and workout of yours. I really felt the burn. I was looking for something low impact after weights. Im over 200lbs by the way and i loved this
Thanks! I love your videos, they always improve my mood and I have a great day after them! I fell in love with pilates because of you and i look forward to working out cus of your videos!! Your energy is beautiful!
Thank you, Nicole!! This was one of my fav's. It was a complete workout. It had a good core, thighs, {(without lunges), and arms. You make it easy to do a push-up by reminding us to utilize the breathing intervals. Thank God for the stretches at the end which help us get ready for the day free of tension. Thanks again. Have a good day!!!
I typically weight lift, but I Felt like I needed something to really work my abdominal muscles, and I think this is it! Also great when I don't feel like lifting weights but still want to get a workout out in and feel the burn. Muchas gracias!
I have the lowest level of membership at my local pilates studio due to my budget and wanted to suppliment it with at home pilates, this is a great video based on what I've learned in the 6 months I've attended classes. Thank you!
Thank you so much for this video! I’m normally into weight lifting pretty hard, but since I started paramedic school two months ago weights feel tiring and overwhelming now for me. Thank you for giving me a workout that feels rejuvenating and brings joy to me right now! It reminds me of when I did ballet! I love it! Will be doing more of your workouts! 💕
I was looking for a comment like this one that motivates me to start
Haha same 🙈@@laurasantos9366
Thank you for sharing your experience. This is the motivation I needed to hear. Hope I can achieve the same!

Romans 8:38-39 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm-neither hot nor cold-I am about to spit you out of my mouth. You say, ‘I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.’ But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked. I counsel you to buy from me gold refined in the fire, so you can become rich; and white clothes to wear, so you can cover your shameful nakedness; and salve to put on your eyes, so you can see. (Revelation 3:15-18) you cannot live for this world and not try to stop sinning (being cold) and only believing in God(hot) without turning from sin or sinning and saying God will forgive you after or not read the Bible, pray, worship/obeying God. Which is being a lukewarm. If we are neither cold or hot, God will spit us out his mouth.
Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders 10nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. 1 Corinthians 6:9-10

Revelation 3:15-18 explains that we can’t be cold and hot at the same time which is being a lukewarm. In other words, if we are hot, which is really repenting and turning from sin) if we are cold we just completely don’t really follow God. If we mix those together it makes a lukewarm which they will be spat out Gods mouth and won’t inherit the kingdom of heaven.

It's much, much easier and cheaper to buy a house in Thailand than anywhere in the West
What a lovely message! ❤
You got this!
Don't give up
u got this! I believe in u 👍
consistency is key, we’re proud of you!
I underestimated how hard this was going to be haha my first ever at home pilates session. I love it! Thank you.
Same I was fighting for my life
@@thecur8orthe glute stuff when you’re on your side, I was yelling it burned so bad lmao I’m so out of shape
@@kaileykiki17at least it’s a good burn! You know it’s working!!
Same but it's so good actually!
Lmao I’m glad I’m not alone
You got this!!
i struggle with being consistent but doing this about 2 to 3 times a week has really strengthen me.
I feel the same way.
How long did it take to see visible results?
I feel the exact same way!!!
+1!
Yes ❤ these classes - they're so healing!
Sending you lots of love ❤
Loved this workout! I've been doing your workouts since the beginning of 2023 and I love how challenging but at the same time enjoyable and balanced they are. I also truly appreciate you don't use diet culture language like "slimming down", "get rid of ...", etc and instead focus on movement that makes you feel good. Thank you so much Nicole!
Day 1 of doing this class. It was way harder than I thought, but I feel really good. I couldn't do all of it. But iI did my best. I'm looking forward to the day I am strong enough to do the entire class.
Hey comebackkkk😂
I felt the burn! I love your classes - the soft music, voiceover, exercises - thank you so much, Nicole!
❤
You very accurately described my first session..... Started today, hope to continue...
Same I started crying bc I hated how embarrassed I felt bc I was struggling imm continue to do it though it hurts and burns but I wanna loose my tummy and be fit
I started today aswell 😀 we just have to go on our own pace until we are able to catch up. We will push through!!! Lets go!!!
did u lose any weight ?
This is one amazing description. Usually comments like this forget about the video and goal, which often leaves the viewers a bit upset. I don’t really mind them . But this comment really puts some detail into the days which is really helpfull! Stay strong and keep on pushing through 💪
I have been doing this for 5 days straight now, I can say first 2 days i was not doing it properly and leaving many steps, as it hurts! I feel my body very flexible now than before! I will keep you guys updated, because i m going to continue this ❤
What does this exercise target? Does it highlight and tighten the body or sculpt it? My body is thin, but I want to strengthen it and make it tight.
I give major credit to the Pilates girlies because babyyy I was not prepared to do all of this! 😅😅. But I enjoyed myself and I will be back 🫠
My depression has been kicking my ass lately and I have been having the hardest time getting myself to work out.
I pray the blood and peace of Jesus over you friend!❤ may it be well with you
This is a really hard video I think. I was doing this video because I thought it would be an easy semi-rest thing to do but I was sorely mistaken. I would recommend her beginner video on the channel if you’re getting back to exercise. Yoga with Adrienne is also a good one. She does a variety of yoga difficulties.
You got this!❤
This kind of exercise after a walk outside (especially the forest!) will definitely help. Being grateful and a sense of wonder helps to keep things in perspective. Give yourself a practical talking - to is good with perspective as well. Make sure you are getting enough rest, Vitamin D levels up and hydrate with good nutrition. I've been there. You got this!
I was gonna quit at 24 minutes but I wanted it to be even so I went till 25 then ended up forgetting and finishing the whole thing!
I'm a former athlete rediscovering movement after having really negative relationships with food and exercise. Your workouts help me to love moving again and push myself in ways that feel good! I love your pilates and Barre workouts, thank you

Did you notice any changes in your body shape?
That’s why i’m only in a calorie deficit and not working out at all. But that’s also why my body isn’t „toned“
I‘ve lost over 30 kg but now i’m scared of weights, pilates, hiit etc and idk why
I'd highly recommend trying it out 😊
@@linny17111988 Thank You for your reply ! 🫶🏻
Hi babe! May i ask what's your routine, i mean you just do some video at day or do you have some "routine" whit several videos?
Genuinely thanks to you from the bottom of my heart.
at first i doubted i'd like nicole's workouts. its been 6 months and im still doing them every week. forever grateful that ive found work outs that work for me. bless you.
Love this! Just 4 days in and already toned 😮 I normally go to the gym but this really helps me more than lifting weights
Thank you again and God bless you
🌷🌷🌷
God bless you
I was doing reformer pilates classes in a studio for a year and a half until I got a new job and didn't have time. I sweat more doing your videos for 30 mins than I did in an hour class! Thank you for this channel I hope I'm able to keep and continue the progress I made in classes.
Try the hardcore Pilates classes , you will sweat more with more pain.
I've never really done a full pilates workout, but can I just say I really appreciate how graceful it is(or rather how graceful you make it look) and the mind body connection through breathing and using your whole body through a lot of the workouts is different and important. Congrats on your new home, it looks beautiful and I love your vibe.
her videos never cease to make me feel productive and keep my body stretched so i can sleep easy.
Aw that makes me smile so much! 🥰
Your 30-40 minute full-body workouts are the best! Thank you so much, I do your workouts every day ❤
how long until you saw results

@@tehyapeacock1132 I personally do her workouts 2-3 (usually 3) times a week for 2 almost 3 months now and I can say that I definitely see results I feel stronger and more energized and my body is more toned! I definitely would recommend her workouts ❤️
@@tehyapeacock1132 i have had a significant change in my body doing her workouts daily for 2 years. I also lost 40lbs (130lbs now) so that also makes a big difference. She's the reason i love exercise.
@@tehyapeacock1132 I actually switched from Pamela Reif's workouts to Nicole's workouts fully and what I noticed first was no puffiness, bloating as I experienced with higher intensity workouts from Pam and in about 2 months I noticed my body become more toned even though I trained before 😊
Please enjoy the journey and not be just waiting the results one day you are going to be surprise for your toned body ;)
Which videos did you do? And how many times per week?
Doing the 75 soft challenge with this workout.18 days in and my core is getting stronger.
I didn’t feel like going to the gym today so I had the brilliant idea of trying out pilates at home instead only to find out that it’s so much harder yet it looks so elegant and smooth
She tricks us into thinking that pilates is effortlessl 😭she's a dream
same like i am pure bulk i am not made for pilates
Literally the exact same thing just happened to me haha
Nicole, since doing your workouts daily I am so much stronger, more centered and grateful 💛 I honestly can't thank you enough for sharing your gift with us all 🙏
I will never find a Pilates course that is as invigorating, challenging, and relaxing as yours. These go at a perfect pace
I like the fact once you start following her the time just flies by! 30 minutes just flies by
So glad my daughter referred me to you Nicole.
Ever since the pandemic started, Ive been following your videos and never stopped since. Its such a core part of every week for me. Thank you ❤
Aw that means the world to me. Thank you so much for practicing with me for all this time. 💗
Me too!!
Thank you so much. I’m 54 and am grateful for you being here on RUclips.
This was such a good class! Nicole is an excellent teacher! She explains each move thoroughly and says when to exhale and inhale , which is very helpful. Thank you for sharing your Pilates with the world, Nicole! You are a very talented Pilates Instructor. 🎉
I was waiting for this one, missed you ❤ thank you Nicole
😊
So glad you are back! 5 weeks is too long to wait! Thank you so much!
I'm one of your pilates fan from Thailand. Hope you like the weather here and thank you for such wonderful pilates class ❤
so happy to find a new video from you :) I was getting worried after a couple of weeks without some news from you. Although I wish and hope you took the time to relax and balance yourself. Every output from your side is greatly appreciated though. You are by far the best pilates instructor I came across. Sending you loads of love and deep appreciation for all your wonderful work.
I can online second that - best pilates teacher ever ❤❤❤❤
Thank you for the always productive workouts that are only outshone by your gentle and kind motivation 😘
Thanks! Loved today’s class, Nicole❤
I absolutely loved this workout. I feel so tight because I haven't done any exercise in months. I decided, why not search for pilates. I came across this video and my body feels like 10% better. I am so tight throughout my legs and hips and upper back pain so this was great!
This went by so much faster than expected! Not going to lie this workout had me making some weird sounds lmao going to do it for a month!
Thank you for posting this new workout video. I have not really worked out aside from a walk here or there for the past several weeks, and this video seemed like a good option for getting back into exercising. It was challenging but calming at the same time.
Oh Nicole. I really enjoyed this. I am 66 and in the best shape of my life! My girl Gemary pointed me your way. You have a new subscriber!💪🏼👵🏼❤️
Best wishes in your new home and country. I so enjoy the pace of your videos. No time wasted between exercises. A beautiful flow!!
I have been doing mat pilates in a group class for 6 months now. I have a great instructor who really works us out but I decided to do it at hone now and I can say this was definitely a challenging workout. I will be back!
Almost 3 months doing Pilates and I love it, my body is changing, I look and feel better. I love this class. Thanks Nicole ❤
Best Pilates Instructor I've found for my needs. Love the breath connection and at the end I always feel like I've worked but instead of feeling fatigued, I feel energized and strong. Thats the power of working out with your breath. Thanks for seeing that Nicole!
My first class with you and I loved it! I've been recovering from an injury and struggling to find a workout that fits my current situation.
Thank you🤍
This was my first class and wow, I lift 5/7 days a week. This is going to be a new commitment for me. Thank you so much❤️
Thank you, Nicole! I'm in between gyms as my last one closed down and your classes are the best we can find online. Always professional and carefull with the audience, you manage to make different classes every week and always with challenging new moves, either in intermediate pilates or in other classes. Brilliant!
I've seen so much progress since following your routines. Thank you for the motivation!
Thank you Nicole! You have completely changed my perception of Pilates during the last 6 months I have been following your channel & regularly exercising with You. Wishing You all the best❤
Aw thank you so much. That means the world to me! Sending you so much love. 💗
I’ve had the exact same experience lol Nicole is the BEST
Feeling myself progressing so much with your classes Nicole, I can't thank you enough for the effort you put into them! It gets easier every time :)
My body is clicking doing these exercises this is how I know I need this, can’t wait to see the results this is my day 2
Update?
I love how she adds yoga in between the workouts it makes it feel less intense and gives me more motivation!!
Love your classes ... started doing them when lockdown happened and have been them ever since ! Love how every part of my body aches afterwards ❤
THANK YOU!! I´ve been struggling to get back to working out and this was the perfect workout I needed! I feel so good and calm
I used 2 lb weights at the end for the arm segment and it really got my heart rate up! Another great one. Thank you so much.
I would last only 18 minutes 6 months ago. Now 32minutes seem so easy. I am very grateful for your work!
Have a good day!!!
the queen is back!!!
thank you for your hard work
I typically weight lift, but I Felt like I needed something to really work my abdominal muscles, and I think this is it! Also great when I don't feel like lifting weights but still want to get a workout out in and feel the burn. Muchas gracias!
i have been doing this for three days and GORL you are so amazing my heart feels so relieved after every workout
I have the lowest level of membership at my local pilates studio due to my budget and wanted to suppliment it with at home pilates, this is a great video based on what I've learned in the 6 months I've attended classes. Thank you!
My wife and I love doing your sessions. I appreciate the hard work that goes into this, as a RUclipsr myself, so keep up the great work. James
Yay! So happy to see you back and LOVED the new workout! 😍
