You have the best Pilates workouts. I have searched high and low and have done SO MANY different Pilates workouts on RUclips, but yours are always the best. Best choreography, direction, your voice, etc. All of it. And I especially love the 30 - 40 minute full body ones. Have done all of them!
I cannot tell you how much I loved seeing your workout partner with you today. My four legged workout buddy was demanding some attention too. Sometimes he helps by jumping on my back during a plank.... he's 20 lbs!

I like the moderate to intermediate sessions sometimes (as opposed to intermediate to advanced) because they remind me to focus on posture and I still shake a lot while doing the exercises. Thanks again for a great class!

Great videos. As a very unsupple, unfit, approaching middle aged man, these are just what I need. The BBC did a radio program called just one thing, with Michael Moseley, praising and promoting the benefits of pilates. Was very interesting and something I thought I should try which was within my capabilities. Your manner is very calming and easy to follow. Thanks again.

I'd love to get some advice, in that "sides" series, I couldn't feel my glutes or side of the body, in fact I couldn't even get to the full exercise and had to quit since it KILLED my shoulders. I made sure to have my elbow underneath my shoulder and tried not to collapse into it. it didn't help though... what could be wrong??

This is by far the best non-active workout after intense resistance work on other days. Complete control, stretch, isometric, and corrective training all in one beautiful flow.

I was used to preview and timers for excersices, it was difficult for me to catch-up with your pace at first but after 30 days it feels so good to start my morning workout listening to your voice and now i don't often look at screen to match your pace! Thankyou nicole!❤

This was a great class! So centred and calm, with a lot of focus on inner strength and balance! And thanks for the reminder of inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth! That came exactly at the right moment. 🙏🏼✨

I cannot say HOW MUCH I love these classes with you. Since doing these sessions I don't have my massive headaches anymore. I used to have them for the past 12 years (especially when the weather was changing etc) but since doing these pilates workouts my headaches are gone. wow!!! also, I always feel very happy afterwards and I embrace the feeling of having achieved something that is good for my soul, body and inner emotions. Thanks a lot! (what good pilates can do....🥰)

Have you lost any weight
My goal is not to lose weight, I was always bored exercising but with these workouts I love exercising every day! The benefits I see are both physically and mentally. After the workout I feel so relaxed, happy and energetic. Also my body is more toned!

Hi Nicole! Your videos are helping me recover from tibial plateau surgery. I broke my leg 6 months ago. I still can’t do child’s pose but your exercises are helping me increase my range of motion so I’m not too far away! I've been doing your videos consistently since December, and I can't believe how much stronger you've made me! I used to have to modify so many of your exercises, but not anymore. @@wareeshakhushbakht5802Hi! Not the og commenter, but I’ve done Nicoles workouts since the summer of ’22. My body is definitely more lean but most importantly a lot stronger and every day tasks feel easier. And my back pains are gone! I hope you have been able to keep up your motivation! It’s really hard sometimes😅 You can’t really target only one body part when trying to lose fat. It might reduce belly fat in the long run, esp. if you’re able to do the cardio workouts too, but you also need a balanced diet (of which you probably are aware of, I’m not trying to be mean😅). I wish you loads of motivation for working out 😊

Idk what it is about your pilates classes.. i just did a whole 35 pilates workout when ive been struggling so much with my asthma that it prevents me from doing any other workout.. after about 5 minutes i feel like my lungs are on fire & i cant breathe but your workout my lungs felt fine! Thank you!

I have started a morning routine which I include 10,15 or 20 minutes morning yoga, Pilates or stretches. It really helps set up my day. Please do more of these of workouts. I am up at 4:30. Thank you.

@@alina.therealtor yes. I lost some kilos. I did 20 minutes for several months, paying attention to any pain.....and then when I feel that my body doesn't feel any pain anymore I started doing 30 minutes....to lose weight you need to be constant.
I really love this workout! I just started pilates since I´ve heard i´ts great for your body and your workout was the first one I found, and I am happy I did! It´s not too tiring while doing the workout but afterwards I feel like my whole body is shaking (in a good way)!!! I love the fact that you´re syncronising breathing and workout, I think that´s really important. Often times, workout youtubers just tell you what to do with some music and that´s it, but you really take time and importance to every single movement. I never thought I´d say this but this is truly the first workout I´ve done where time has literally flown by. A-MAZING that´s all there needs to be said.

Hello Nicole :) I rarely comment but I discovered your pilates classes after broken ribs that forbid me to do my usual boxing and High intensity tranings; I was sceptical and never enjoyed pilates to tell the truth but thanks to your discovery I kind of enjoy them now :) well even if I cant wait to sweat like hell again but in the meanwhile you are just a great alternative :) thank you!
