I always start class worried that I’m not going to get as “intense” of a workout as I should and always quickly find out that Nicole is an expert at what she does 😅😅 the lunge series killed me in the best way!
Both the “3..2..1..now 10 more” and “3..2..1..now reverse circle” had me yelling “NICOLE NO!!” 😂 As always, wonderful class!! These have become a part of my daily routine and something I look forward to!! Great exercise!
This workout almost killed me! I used to do ab workouts every day with Pamela Reif, Alexis Ren, and other fitness RUclipsrs but PILATES IS ON A WHOLE DIFFERENT LEVEL! Nicole's voice made me feel at ease despite having a tough time doing the workout!
My sister exclusively and consistently does these types of workouts like Pamela Reif etc you name it and I suggested Nicole to her because I knew I found Nicole's workouts to be on a whole different level just like you said. My sister later said to me that she did one of Nicole's cardio pilates workouts as a relax session between her actual workouts. Like wtf how is that possible? I honestly think that's only possible if you don't concentrate on doing each movement with exact form. This honestly hit a nerve with me like how 😂
I’m in recovery from anorexia (I’m in a very good and stable place where I am able to exercise) but Nicole, you make exercise fun and give me an opportunity to tune into my body and realise what feels good for me. I really appreciate how your commentary is always positive, and encourages people to find what feels good for them rather than telling people to burn X amount of calories. You’ve truly helped me find joy in movement again. Thank you for your hard work!!

yes!!! i’ve been in recovery for a while now, and what you’re saying still 100% resonates. These exercises make it feel like exercise is meant to be enjoyable, not meant to be suffering like most other workout videos portray it
I’m only 15 and have had anorexia last year, i’m fully recovered and do pilates every day for 30 mins. It’s a great source to really de-stigmatise negative thoughts! I really love move with Nicole the most though, i’ve found that in her workouts she carefully explains how to effectively do the movements and hit the spots. 💘
15 year old girl here. I have been extremely underweight all my life (39kg at 162cm). I always wanted to do pilates but never found one that was not challenging or too challenging for me. This left my legs jelly so definitely will do again! 1 month later i gained 3kg muscle. I feel stronger and better
Omg, this one BURNED! So sweaty and exhausting, but so good! I wasn't feeling my best this morning, mentally and physically, but I did this workout and I feel energized now. I didn't have the energy to do all exercises completely and had to take short breaks in between sometimes, but it's not about that. It's about pushing through until the end, even with breaks.
Last December I had an hypoxic brain injury. I came across you Chanel and for 5 months faithfully I have been doing your pilates at least four times a week, in addition to my PT, OT and speech therapies. I have made huge gains. Thank you Nicole for the workouts. I have to modify; however, your easy to follow and I feel the right support at the right times breathing, etc. Thank you. for anyone our there, Nicole is fabulous.

I started your pilates & barre workouts less than a month ago, starting with beginner & gentle ones and this was my first intermediate one! I was worried but i was able to about 80% of the workout ! I couldnt do the last plank series for the whole time & i couldnt do one of the ab exercises plus the last glute one on the side but im so proud of myself for how much i could do! I always struggled with core strength to the point where i couldnt even do a full sit up un-assisted - only crunches (embarrassing i know) and every since starting using your videos im amazed at my core strength and the fact that i could do 4/5 of the core exercise series in an intermediate class! Specifically the one at 13:38! I love how much stronger i feel!
Both of my hips were on fire with the leg circles and lifts, but somehow managed to push on through to the end with the help of some breaks. How is it possible to feel your body working so hard, but at the end you feel so recharged? Nicole, your workouts are unlike anyone else's workouts! Thank you so much 🤎💜💙!
From a physical therapy stand point, these exercises are challenging and fun! I've seen pilates at clinics, but never tried it. Thanks for the workout 🤘💪
I did this one a year ago and found it very challenging. Since then, I have remained very active and have been focusing solely on Pilates for 3 months now. I still found this incredibly challenging today. And I loved it!
I absolutely love this workout, thank you so much for always giving us new and challenging classes Nicole! The best thing about this one is that I can do it even if I have a weak wrists day (which I have quite often). My favourite part of this was the last series because I could feel the burn in my shoulders without having to hurt my wrists. But all the other exercises were nice challenges and after completing it I now feel ready and relaxed for the day.

I don't know who needs to hear this but when i first started pilates and started with this class i couldn't last more than 5 minutes I was 15 back then so I stopped doing it . But almost 5 years later I've again started and I started with her gentle pilates class because it makes your body lot more flexible and after 10 days now I've started to do her this class. It hurts at first but it feels thousand times better after finishing it .

I have started exercizing with you on the daily a month ago and it is amazing how my body has already started changing. my range of motion and my strength have increased and my body feels so different ... in a GOOD good way. The exercizes are challenging and I scream at you regularly but I feel so strong after every video. So thankful for the work you do ❤

Ahh, omg, this was SO GOOD! My glutes and legs/thighs really burned like crazy, especially during the Lunges series & the legs series on our sides. I started your pilates & barre workouts less than a month ago, starting with beginner & gentle ones and this was my first intermediate one! I was worried but i was able to about 80% of the workout ! I couldnt do the last plank series for the whole time & i couldnt do one of the ab exercises plus the last glute one on the side but im so proud of myself for how much i could do! I always struggled with core strength to the point where i couldnt even do a full sit up un-assisted - only crunches (embarrassing i know) and every since starting using your videos im amazed at my core strength and the fact that i could do 4/5 of the core exercise series in an intermediate class! Specifically the one at 13:38! I love how much stronger i feel!

Both of my hips were on fire with the leg circles and lifts, but somehow managed to push on through to the end with the help of some breaks. How is it possible to feel your body working so hard, but at the end you feel so recharged? Nicole, your workouts are unlike anyone else's workouts! Thank you so much 🤎💜💙!
From a physical therapy stand point, these exercises are challenging and fun! I've seen pilates at clinics, but never tried it. Thanks for the workout 🤘💪

I did this one a year ago and found it very challenging. Since then, I have remained very active and have been focusing solely on Pilates for 3 months now. I still found this incredibly challenging today. And I loved it!
I absolutely love this workout, thank you so much for always giving us new and challenging classes Nicole! The best thing about this one is that I can do it even if I have a weak wrists day (which I have quite often). My favourite part of this was the last series because I could feel the burn in my shoulders without having to hurt my wrists. But all the other exercises were nice challenges and after completing it I now feel ready and relaxed for the day.

I don't know who needs to hear this but when i first started pilates and started with this class i couldn't last more than 5 minutes I was 15 back then so I stopped doing it . But almost 5 years later I've again started and I started with her gentle pilates class because it makes your body lot more flexible and after 10 days now I've started to do her this class. It hurts at first but it feels thousand times better after finishing it .

I have started exercizing with you on the daily a month ago and it is amazing how my body has already started changing. my range of motion and my strength have increased and my body feels so different ... in a GOOD good way. The exercizes are challenging and I scream at you regularly but I feel so strong after every video. So thankful for the work you do ❤

Ahh, omg, this was SO GOOD! My glutes and legs/thighs really burned like crazy, especially during the Lunges series & the legs series on our sides. My abs burned during the abs series and were engaged throughout the entire workout. THANK YOU, NICOLE, for this amazing full body workout. Great way to start my Monday & greet the new week!
