The thing that I love about your classes is that it go by so fast cause it's so enjoyable. Like 30 minutes be feeling like 10 minutes and 40 minutes feel like 20 minutes ❤️

I love these workouts so much especially the glute focused ones, they really bring me to find my core and I can't help but feel my muscles(or booty in this case) burning from all that mind muscle connection!! Thank you for making working out a celebration of our bodies and a time to breathe and feel both beautiful and badass at the same time. You encourage us to practice self-love and to workout because we love our bodies and want to be the best versions of ourselves, and to show up for ourselves to feel our best. I feel like fitness has become very aesthetic with a focus to fit a certain body image which is very toxic. Nicole is a breath of fresh air with her channel! If you are reading this I hope you feel beautiful, because you are! Love you Nicole!!

January 2024 Week 4! This first class was such a great workout! You're so focused on the breathing (and muscle shaking 😂) that I didn't even realize how fast the class went. I can't believe it's week 4 already, but I'm feeling so strong. Thank you, Nicole!

She done did it again! I was beginning to think I was taking it too easy because I mostly stick to the legs and booty work outs, but this class definitely changed that feeling lol. Those arabesque-lunges really pushed me and my glutes/thighs are still tingling. Thanks for keeping it spicy!

I just love love love Move with Nicole. I have transitioned from high intensity crossfit style workouts to yoga and pilates. I am trying to be purposeful with my movements and enjoy slower living. This is really challenging, I enjoyed the initial easier parts and the new variations like the hand on top of the other crunch, by the end I was panting and sweating and puffing like I had ran a mile. The child's pose at the end was so sweet.
