The thing that I love about your classes is that it go by so fast cause it's so enjoyable. Like 30 minutes be feeling like 10 minutes and 40 minutes feel like 20 minutes ❤️

January 2024 Week 4! This first class was such a great workout! You're so focused on the breathing (and muscle shaking 😂) that I didn't even realize how fast the class went. I can't believe it's week 4 already, but I'm feeling so strong. Thank you, Nicole!
Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!
I used to do some really intense workouts, lifting some heavy weights, doing some super cardio. But no workouts worked for me the way your Pilates workouts do! Thank you ❤

I just adore the flow of movement in your classes! Almost like a dance, the way everything builds up on top of the last movement.

I just found your page and I’m so happy I did!!! I have been struggling with my workouts and dreading them I’ve done weights and running and got tired of both! But doing your workouts is amazing!!! I can’t even believe 30 minutes went by! Looking forward for tomorrow again :)

I started with your beginner videos and they have become easy so now I tried this video and let’s just say I’m sweating shaking and out of breath 🤣 I can’t wait for these to become easy as well thank u so much I feel so much stronger!
I love how you’re doing harder classes. I got into Pilates like two years ago and then the easier ones where nice to learn but now it’s time to upgrade haha❤
