I love how you don't clickbait in your videos. There is no 'abs in 2 days' or 'booty in a week.' You've helped me feel so much more comfortable in my natural body, and I can't thank you enough for that
when I search for a workout video I always check their channel if they have that kind of content “abs in 2 days” “booty in a week” “hourglass body 3 days” if they do I remember to not watch their content.

I've been back to bodyweight exercises for a few days now after using mostly weights these last few years. Nothing is more humbling! And I'm sore in all the best ways!

Hi Nicole, this is my third time doing this workout and I will definitely keep coming back to it! I love your no-standing workouts focusing on lower body in the evening when I just want to wind down and have little energy to stand up or do planks! day 1: I stopped at 15:17 cause I'm pretty much shaking lol
day 2: I finished all the workout in this video until the end
day 3: I finished it, and it gets better, less shaking, and i take less break
rest day
day 4: I feel kinda unmotivated but proceed to try, and I stopped at 15:40.
Day 5: Finally I'm able to finish it again, with almost no additional break other than instructed.
I do this workout along with another home workout for the upper body, and I do cutting my calories. I will tell if there is a clear visible result 🫶🏻
My stomach is still a bit bloated, but I can see some definition as in 11 line abs and the one line in the center, especially if I hold my breath

If you're looking for upper body workouts etc.. Nicole's full body workouts are great too.. They kind of cover arms and shoulders in combinations etc.

Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!
I have been doing this for months along with changing my diet, to say the least my stomach and body overall had never looked the way it is now without Pilates and strength training. I never had a line down my stomach or abs before I started working out and doing Pilates so thankkk youuu Nicole❤️❤️ not only physical results but mental ones too of me taking care of myself!
What would I do without you! That was such a fun workout with a perfect combination of abs and booty exercises. Everytime I thought "I can't hold any longer", you seemed to know and switched to the other body part. I feel so empowered and relaxed after this one. Thank you for keeping us fit, healthy and happy. This was the most intense workout I’ve done in a while. I’ve been going to the gym again but wasn’t seeing results and decided to give Pilates a try and I’ve never felt more accomplished. I was able to do most of the workouts except like four or them due to space.
Nothing like attempting Pilates to humble you quick smart 😅
This was such an awesome workout. Every move is for a short time, which is awesome. Because then you can really focus and give each move your all, instead of being exhausted in 2 minutes. Fun workout, while still being just challenging enough! Love it😊❤️.
