We make our kids eat veggies & such because they're good for them & teaches them how to take care of their bodies. Kids don't come out of the womb with the knowledge of how to be a healthy adult, as parents It is our job to teach them. 😊

My parents used to force me to eat tomatoes even when I begged in tears not to and then I would have to fight back the vomit as I swallowed the slices without chewing. They never apologized and stand by it, claiming I was so picky and they had to do it or I wouldn't have eaten anything (I was never that picky). Found out later I'm autistic and their actions are actually what lead to me having restrictive dieting issues and an ED. I do not currently eat tomatoes and have no plans to ever in the future.
