The rain and lush green in the back were so soothing- almost my favourite background so far. Loved all about this workout. The perfect amount of everything. My daughter walked in whilst I was pushing through the side plank series..., when she realized it, she quickly said:"Sorry Nicole!" This is how much you belong to our week...😅my kids apologize to you when they interrupt...thank you as always!

Really needed this pilates morning flow. Location is sooo soothing while doing your workout. Going through menopause not easy but daily movement helps me so much on my lifes journey. Really appreciate your videos. Coming from Beautiful Macedon Ranges Victoria Australia.❤💪🌷💖🤗🌻🏞

I have tried SOOO many different workouts to hiit, dumbbells, abs, butt workouts, cardio, and traditional strength training. Pilates by far is the only workout I actually get excited for! Nicole has made me so motivated to get up early and move my body!! Soooooo grateful for these workouts!!

Love your focus on breath instead of being in the pose for a certain period of time. Helps to connect the mind and body in the movements and if you are taking deep breaths, it adds a nice challenge to sync it up! Great job!

this was my first time doing pilates . i have such bad anxiety and i feel so much better after. i’m really fit and it’s hard to find a workout that’s challenging enough for me. i really enjoyed this so thank you. i think i will be even adding it to my daily routine :)

I have a terrible cold and thought "OK, a nice easygoing workout is in order"...I didn't see that this was intermediate/advanced until after I clicked, but I refused to chicken out! This was a fantastic workout, well-paced, and challenging. While I don't recommend anybody push themselves too hard while they're sick, it was great for me to discover that in 2 years of doing your workouts at least once a week (on top of my other workouts) I've become noticeably more flexible, and could do this even while not at 100%. Thanks for another incredible, thoughtful, and satisfying workout.

Wow!! This one was out of my comfort box! I did at my own pace. Jackknifes we’re new to me. I didn’t do too bad. I am walking away proud of myself and feeling like my whole body was worked!

Initially I was really intimidated when I saw it's intermediate/advanced, But I made myself do it and I was getting ready for the tough move, but I'm so thankful I was able to do most of them except the legs over hips up to sky. I appreciate the mini breaks after each exercise. Thank you! Now I'm not so scared anymore. I have been following your exercises since 2021. Guess I'm now in intermediate/advanced class :D
I would love more videos like this, as well as more 15 min morning stretch videos! I aim to do a morning stretch and a 25-30 min session several evenings a week and love being able to switch up the videos to keep it interesting! I love how strong and grounded your workouts make me feel, both physically and mentally.
I've been doing this workouts for the third week now and I want to say one BIG thank you. I have some problems with the spine and they give me issues with my neck and headaches. So I decided to do pilates to make my muscles stronger. Now I feel my spine to be more relaxed and my head doesn't hurt anymore. What a relief

Wonderful workout as always, Nicole. A good intro to more advanced moves. Had to take a few weeks off of pilates due to a lower back injury so this was a perfect class to ease back in (and it's great to be back in practice)!
