Oh my gosh. The swan dive is on different level. Tried to do it just for the feel of it.. Nicole looked so elegant meanwhile I literally look like a fish struggling out of water. 😂 Another added to the list of poses that I am aiming to perform as elegant as I could.. Thank you Nicole! ❤

Don't worry, the swan dive is really one of the most awkward moves ever! It's hard to take yourself seriously while doing it hehe so you just have to have fun with it. 😂 Sending you big hugs.💗

This was my very first intermediate class and omg I couldn’t even lift my hand off the mat when doing the swan dive prep, I cannot wait to feel strong enough to even lift my hand off the mat even just a little. Thank you so much for this class!

It's the 4th time I do this workout. I do remember my very first swan dive. After watching a demonstration, I thought :" OH,no. I break my spine that way." However, now I can perform ,when not 100%-swan dive, but at least 45-50%( let's say duck dive). I hope, a little bit more and I'll do it .❤ Thank you,Nicole. I feel myself stronger

Loved it! I did this one with ankle weights and got a great burn out of it! Nicole I found your workouts a month ago when my Pilates studio closed and started doing your workouts every day at home. I can honestly say Ive seen the biggest difference and my body looks so much more toned! Thank you! I would love to see more of the longer workouts and ones with resistance band/weights as I feel they are the most challenging.

Love this workout, love this channel. I spent years doing Olympic lifting and powerlifting but as I get into my mid-30s I'm more about "exercise that won't ruin my knees", and your channel is superlative for that. I love discovering which aspects of your workouts feel easier (triceps!) and which are hard (the flexed leg lift combos, luckily not in this one---yeowch!). I could only do three swan dives but it felt like such an achievement, I'll definitely come back to this one. Thanks for all you do to promote sustainable and encouraging fitness.

Omg, this was such an AMAZING full-body workout! My abs burned, and my glutes and legs/thighs were on FIRE! I even managed to do the swan dive & really felt my arms/triceps during the last few exercises. THANK YOU, Nicole, for this amazing start into the new week!

Nicole! Thank you so much for these videos. I decided to take a break from lifting to focus more on mobility, overall strength, flexibility, and longevity. I've done pilates in the past, but your classes have simply become my favorite. It's been about two months and I've seen such an improvement in all of these things and so much more, not to mention what it's done for my mental health too! I started with both consistent back and hip pain and now have little to none which I credit to your classes. They have easily become one of my favorite parts of the day. I was just excited to see a new video I didn't realize it was intermediate level. I did this session with you as a beginner and I was wondering why it was so hard until I read the title again at the end 🤣 I tried at least, didn't do anything perfectly, but at least tried 🤣💪🏼
