Guys I tried this a while ago for a month I saw results and so did my family and now I’m back full force (I looked for people’s results comments the last time and didn’t find anything so I thought I’ll be the one to share)
To all the people who are waiting for results, I did this before for about 2 weeks and my hip dips are more filled and my butt has gone rounder, KEEP IT UP!
@@abbymopal5076 my friend recommended this to me because I was looking for butt workouts and she said she did this every other day for 3 weeks and got noticeable results. Your diet can help you achieve these results a bit quicker too by adding more protein. Protein helps not only built but also protect muscles. Having protein before a workout helps you build muscle and having protein after a workout can help your muscles feel better quicker (meaning you’d be in less pain after the workout than you would be without protein) so eating things like brown rice, quinoa, eggs, Greek yogurt, peanut butter (or any nut butter, or straight up nuts in general), etc. I hope that answers you’re question and helps you a bit more! I’d also advise measuring yourself so that you can see the improvement even more clearly to help encourage you if your not seeing the difference with your own eyes. It can be hard to spot differences in our own bodies since we see ourselves all the time so having that number to prove it’s working can really help reassure you. Good luck on your fitness journey!

Ladies, here's a tip which actually worked for me. In case u think the problem of always keeping the exercises unfinished, do the harder yogas first. For example, I find the squat jumps quite hard, so I generally start my exercise with it. Then move on to complete the easier ones. No matter what, Never ever give up! YOU'VE GOT THIS BAEBS!

you guys.. this definitely works.. i’ve been doing it for 6 days, and it’s awesome.. it’s not hard at all. the first day is hard and the second day you’re just sore. but after the 3rd day , it becomes easy and passes by fast. definitely do it :)

Even though these are a killer for your glutes, a workout alone wouldn't make any noticeable results if isn't combined with a structured diet aligned with your goals. You need quality nutrients in exact portions to make sure your body will regenerate all these damaged muscle tissues and not store unnecessary fat in the process. I'm following nextlevelddiet fat loss meal plan for 6 weeks now and my boyfriend has already started complimenting my body 😊Great video Ivana, keep up the good work!!
The workout will not do anything at all for your butt size. You need to add more and more resistance over time (like ankle weights) or increase reps. Also these are mere isolation exercises so I would do them a) either to active the glutes prior to lifting weights or b) as a burnout after lifting weights. It is good to work out the glute medius, which is often neglected but very important. So this workout isnt completely useless, but it wont give anyone a thicker butt. In order to grow a really big butt you might need to hip thrust maybe double your bodyweight. It's a long process to get there.

I have been doing this and her boobs workout for 4 months now without break. I do it alternate days. Takes a total of 20 minutes but my body has changed a lot. It’s insane. My body is super toned and I have gained booty. I feel proud of my journey so far and I love looking at my body now. It’s super toned. Keep going guys. Especially during the time when you see no results. You will eventually. In 2 weeks only I started seeing a difference and now in 4 months, I could see a great change. Going to be doing this 5x a week! Day 1:✅burned so much, didn’t manage to finish the whole workout but progress will be made Day 2:✅my legs burn so much, had to take a lot of breaks in between but managed to finish! Day 3:✅legs are still burning so much, took a lot of breaks but managed to finish the whole workout, also seeing little results so motivates me to carry on! Day 4✅legs are on fire, finished workout no problem. Really felt the burn today Day 5✅hurt so much but kept going! Day6- had a rest day!!!! Day7✅starting to see results, looks bigger than usual not by much but progress!!! Don’t worry guys I’ve been doing it, forgetting to log results 😅 2 weeks in - looks more fuller and bigger!! Adding a lot of protein to my diet has been helping me to grow it more!!! Keep up the work guys we got this!
I have been doing this a little over a week and see massive results. If you are debating on wether this workout is effective or not it 100% is. When I first started there were some exercises I was unable to do such as the crab walk and the one where you squat and move your knees inward. Doing this workout every day! Note: Im skinny and underweight but my waist is wide and my legs are really small and thin so I hope this workout gives me a better figure.. I DID THIS 7 DAYS IN A ROW! Let me tell you, every minute of this workout is WORTH IT! I FEEL way more confident, I LOOK better than ever (and i just had a baby 8 months ago... so that is major for me) Everyone on this journey here, keep at it!! I felt like skipping nearly everyday, but just getting my growing booty up and doing this changed so much. BTW, every single time at 5:55 , the beat would drop for the second straight leg kickback and I would kick that leg back soooo hard. It was perfect. @@pardoned9613 focus on getting ur strength from your butt instead of ur thighs. Thats why u get the pain there mostly. But even if you do it right u should expect them to hurt aswell. Its totally normal.

Trying it out! ⭐ Day 1 (08/07) - Almost passed out due to the lack of ventilation... Make sure to properly ventilate your room! ⭐ Day 2 (09/07) - Hips and thighs were both sore from yesterday but still persisted nonetheless. ⭐ Day 3 (10/07) - Tried this exercise with 0.75x speed. ⭐️ Day 4 (11/07) - Tried again with 0.75x speed. ⭐ Day 5 (12/07) - My muscles aren't sore anymore. ⭐️ Day 6 (13/07) - Pain.
Edit: I’ve been doing them for 6 months now. Sometimes every day sometimes every other day but I don’t see a huge difference because I’ve also been losing weight. My butt doesn’t look bigger necessarily but it’s a lot rounder and lifted than it was before. So overall it’s worth it. I’ve also been going to the gym the past 3 months and I do the seated leg press which I think added to results I’ve been doing these for a week and I see so much progress so far! I used to have flat upper butt but now there’s muscle there so it gives my butt a more round appearance! I think the biggest results have been in my thighs tho because they used to be super jiggly now they feel a lot more firm! I plan on doing these workouts for a month and then go to the gym for bigger results 😁
@@ceryssx. I’ve still been doing them every day and my upper butt has got bigger and it’s really lifted my butt. It’s not huge difference tho I think to see bigger differences you’d need to be lifting weights and also trying to gain weight! But this def works
alright so i did this a while ago and i did it for like 2-3 weeks straight and I wasn’t on no calorie deficit or any diet. I just did the workout and I saw a results like big!! so I’m gonna be doing it again. I’ll try to remember every day!

Day four ✔ : I finished today and I'm still sweating, it sounds silly but I started to see results, it is a little bigger and my thighs have also become bigger. Ever since I was born, I was very flat, and I always wanted to get rid of my thin legs, which were always an insecurity for me, I know that many girls want to make their legs slimmer, but I tell you it's not as good as you think. These days I ate more protein, and I ate even more bread and today some fish (I generally don't eat meat or bread), but these days I tried. Tomorrow is Sunday, so it's no workout day. 💞 Day five ✔ : I finished even though I didn't have the motivation to do the workout today because my legs are so weak rn. Day six : ✖ : today I didn't do the workout because I was very lazy, I had no motivation, and it's very hot outside. But it's ok for us all to take a break. Even though I felt bad because I didn't do it. I just stayed in bed, ate and watched stranger things. 🥲 Day seven : ✔ today I didn't really have the motivation to do the workout, but I got up, looked in the mirror and said to myself " for how long will you be so lazy, andreea? get up and do that stupid workout. " I can really say that I see results, I have a bigger butt and bigger thighs even if my legs hurt a lot. Coming tomorrow to update y'all 🤍. Day eight ✔ : I finished today too, my legs hurt a lot and I sweated a lot. I can see a big difference, now my legs are even stronger. Try to take a break from these exercises and try to run in nature alone or with friends. A few days ago I walked 7 km with a friend and now my legs are more toned and stronger, but take care. 🤍 Soo again: Day one: ✔️my legs hurt a lot, but now it seems that my bottom is a little rounder than before. Before the exercises I drank a lot of water and ate some pizza, don't force yourself to eat only healthy because you deserve a break. After I finished I made a green smoothie (milk, pb, banana, apple and avocado + protein powder if I want). Keep going girlies. 🤍☺️
I’ve been doing this workout for about 3 months, being as consistent as I can. (I had to not do it for like a two weeks since I got sick) and I’ve seen such a big difference, I took pictures on day one and just took another one a couple days ago and the difference is was so noticeable. I’ll update in like a month and tell you if there are still more results

Everyone is updating their progress so im going to join in. I use resistance bands starting out with medium but plan to switch to the heavy once I'm comfortable. I eat between 3200 calories a day and 3500 calories a day HIGH IN PROTEIN! Feed your muscles or youre not going to see the results you want. I also drink protein shakes. Day 1 : miserable lmao legs felt like jelly and I considered quitting 😂 (definitely didn't. Dont give up!) Day 2 : today I was super amped after my first rep. I did this routine twice with a 1 minute break in between. I'm definitely feeling the burn from yesterday and today. Im motivated knowing its actually working the muscles I want worked out. If you're not feeling the burn just beginning, fix your posture! This workout routine will have your butt and legs burninggggggg. Day 3 : workouts seem easier but I still felt it afterwards. Im able to do more without pausing and taking breaks. Day 4 : rest day. Day 5 : rest day. I was still very sore from my workout. I did this workout 3 times on day 3. Day 6 : didnt feel sore after doing this workout twice. Legs did feel like jelly for a while lol form was perfect so I know it was still effective. Day 7 : I have upped the time count for each rep and noticed the burn comes back after doing the entire routine twice LOL idk about yall but im obsessed with the burn feeling. Been doing this workout for 30 days already! I already have a big booty this routine has helped me tone my booty muscles. Rest is very important as well so I actually work out every other day. I drink a protein shake and use resistance bands and a 20 pound barbell weight included in this as well. I really love ivana she is positive and keeps me pushing myself and without her confidence and motivation I wouldn't have gotten this far! It's worth the dedication and consistency 💋❤️

Hey guys this is my second day doing this and honestly it feels fucking great. I don’t understand, like you feel the burn and all your sweat, but something about that just makes you feel so good. The music helped out a lot, it kept me going. Im definitely going to keep doing this and hope for the best.

And the feeling of completing this these past 2 weeks motivates me to do more and feel extra confident. I’m going to be doing this every day for 2 weeks , also I had to restart because of vacation Day 1 - ✅ I’m used to working out so wasn’t super hard, it did burn a little tho Day 2 - ✅ I a bit sore but got through the workout by watching tv at the same time Day 3 - ✅ Wasn’t sore which means my body has gotten used to it Day 4 - ✅ got threw it easy and I’m starting to notice a difference Day 5 - ✅ got through it very easily Day 6 - ✅ Got through it very easily, I’ve been seeing a difference Day 7 - ✅ went running right before the workout so I was tired thought out the whole workout Day 8 - ✅ was busy all day so I had to do it late at night Day 9 - ✅ added a bit of more time to some work outs but seeing results Day 10 - ✅ don’t know what to say except I got through it Day 11 - ✅ Day 12 - ✅ Day 13 - ✅ Day 14 - ✅ this 100% works gonna continue it for a few months

I decided to do a chest exercise as well, but then I was frustrated and I didn't do the exercises. I took a lot of breaks. It is difficult, but I will continue and do it. So for anyone who’s curious if this works. I’ve been doing it for about two weeks now and I feel like there is some difference which is making me more confident. It would probably work better if you eat as much as you need to unlike me... Overall I think this workout is good cause it did help with confidence since I see little changes which would probably be more noticeable if I wasn’t so used to seeing my body everyday

Ivana, thank you very much for these uploaded videos! I am over 35 years old, but I feel stronger than I did at 20! Working out has made my life better! For me, starting is always the hardest part, but once I begin, I always realize how glad I am that I managed to motivate myself, even if it's just for a short video! I always feel so much better after I've finished. I also try to give people a bit of motivation (on my Channel) to take that first, hardest step because they definitely won't regret it. I’m doing this so I like SNATCHED before school starts 😛 (2 weeks, maybe even more.) Day 1 - ✅ It was a lot easier then expected. But my legs did shake and I was sweating. Didn’t feel any pain next morning. Day 2 - ✅ It was much easier to do today. I think I already see a big difference! My glutes aren’t as saggy, it is now some sort of round. Day 3 - ✅ Boy. It was definitely harder but I pushed through. Same as yesterday though. Day 4 - ✅ Easier then yesterday. I still sweat and my legs still have to get used to it, yet my legs are shaking a lot less. It’s getting easier and I can tell my glutes are getting round! Day 5 - ✅ My legs are less shaky, I sweat a lot less. A lot like yesterday. Day 6 - ✅ My legs don’t really shake anymore. I still do sweat a bit, my heart races, and I still breathe heavy. My glutes are definitely more round. I’m very proud of myself for almost a week! Day 7 - ✅🎉 A week finished! Very proud of myself. Honestly, the comments do OVERREACT on how much of a difference there is. Of course, I do see a difference but it isn’t huge. I still do sweat, my legs barely shake and now, this exercise feels like a quick 2 minutes! Day 8 - ❌ Very disappointed in myself 😢 I had very little time and had no time to do this sadly. I quit after school started so now i’m get motivated again! Day 1 - ✅ This felt super nice because this was after I stretched and it felt very fresh after feeling so lazy and unmotivated. It’s now 5 months into school! I want to focus on my body now that’s it a new year!

@@abbymopal5076 my friend recommended this to me because I was looking for butt workouts and she said she did this every other day for 3 weeks and got noticeable results.
Your diet can help you achieve these results a bit quicker too by adding more protein. Protein helps not only built but also protect muscles. Having protein before a workout helps you build muscle and having protein after a workout can help your muscles feel better quicker (meaning you’d be in less pain after the workout than you would be without protein) so eating things like brown rice, quinoa, eggs, Greek yogurt, peanut butter (or any nut butter, or straight up nuts in general), etc.
I hope that answers you’re question and helps you a bit more! I’d also advise measuring yourself so that you can see the improvement even more clearly to help encourage you if your not seeing the difference with your own eyes. It can be hard to spot differences in our own bodies since we see ourselves all the time so having that number to prove it’s working can really help reassure you. Good luck on your fitness journey!

Ladies, here's a tip which actually worked for me. In case u think the problem of always keeping the exercises unfinished, do the harder yogas first. For example, I find the squat jumps quite hard, so I generally start my exercise with it. Then move on to complete the easier ones. No matter what, Never ever give up! YOU'VE GOT THIS BAEBS!

Even though these are a killer for your glutes, a workout alone wouldn't make any noticeable results if isn't combined with a structured diet aligned with your goals. You need quality nutrients in exact portions to make sure your body will regenerate all these damaged muscle tissues and not store unnecessary fat in the process. I'm following nextlevelddiet fat loss meal plan for 6 weeks now and my boyfriend has already started complimenting my body 😊Great video Ivana, keep up the good work!!

The workout will not do anything at all for your butt size. You need to add more and more resistance over time (like ankle weights) or increase reps.
Also these are mere isolation exercises so I would do them a) either to active the glutes prior to lifting weights or b) as a burnout after lifting weights. It is good to work out the glute medius, which is often neglected but very important. So this workout isnt completely useless, but it wont give anyone a thicker butt. In order to grow a really big butt you might need to hip thrust maybe double your bodyweight. It's a long process to get there.
I started today for the first time on the way, now it's 05:35 I don't want to give up because this training is one of the best, with which I can already see small results after the first time!!

I have been doing this a little over a week and see massive results. If you are debating on wether this workout is effective or not it 100% is. When I first started there were some exercises I was unable to do such as the crab walk and the one where you squat and move your knees inward. I DID THIS 7 DAYS IN A ROW! Let me tell you, every minute of this workout is WORTH IT! I FEEL way more confident, I LOOK better than ever (and i just had a baby 8 months ago... so that is major for me) Everyone on this journey here, keep at it!! I felt like skipping nearly everyday, but just getting my growing booty up and doing this changed so much. BTW, every single time at 5:55 , the beat would drop for the second straight leg kickback and I would kick that leg back soooo hard. It was perfect. Thank you for a better growing booty, my husband will take notice soon. 🌻🍑

@@pardoned9613 focus on getting ur strength from your butt instead of ur thighs. Thats why u get the pain there mostly. But even if you do it right u should expect them to hurt aswell. Its totally normal.

Guys I highly recommend doing this every morning and every night Because when you wake up your body reacts the most because the senses have just been woken and at night it’s where they are preparing to slow down and doing it gives the most effective because it remember it and work off of it

2weeks gone and my butt n hip has increased Soo well...just do it d right way
Edit: I’ve been doing them for 6 months now. Sometimes every day sometimes every other day but I don’t see a huge difference because I’ve also been losing weight. My butt doesn’t look bigger necessarily but it’s a lot rounder and lifted than it was before. So overall it’s worth it. I’ve also been going to the gym the past 3 months and I do the seated leg press which I think added to results
I’ve been doing these for a week and I see so much progress so far! I used to have flat upper butt but now there’s muscle there so it gives my butt a more round appearance! I think the biggest results have been in my thighs tho because they used to be super jiggly now they feel a lot more firm! I plan on doing these workouts for a month and then go to the gym for bigger results 😁

@@ceryssx. I’ve still been doing them every day and my upper butt has got bigger and it’s really lifted my butt. It’s not huge difference tho I think to see bigger differences you’d need to be lifting weights and also trying to gain weight! But this def works

Day one ✔ : It seemed very easy, and I felt good after I finished the workout. The last exercise seems very difficult to me though.
Day two ✔ : I did it today, and even if it sounds weird, I can already see how my ass is a little bigger and my legs are stronger.
Day three ✔ : I started to like this workout very much and with each passing day I do it faster and easier. The last exercise kills me though.
Day four ✔ : I finished today and I'm still sweating, it sounds silly but I started to see results, it is a little bigger and my thighs have also become bigger. Ever since I was born, I was very flat, and I always wanted to get rid of my thin legs, which were always an insecurity for me, I know that many girls want to make their legs slimmer, but I tell you it's not as good as you think. These days I ate more protein, and I ate even more bread and today some fish (I generally don't eat meat or bread), but these days I tried. Tomorrow is Sunday, so it's no workout day. 💞
Day five ✔ : I finished even though I didn't have the motivation to do the workout today because my legs are so weak rn.
Day six : ✖ : today I didn't do the workout because I was very lazy, I had no motivation, and it's very hot outside. But it's ok for us all to take a break. Even though I felt bad because I didn't do it. I just stayed in bed, ate and watched stranger things. 🥲
Day seven : ✔ today I didn't really have the motivation to do the workout, but I got up, looked in the mirror and said to myself " for how long will you be so lazy, andreea? get up and do that stupid workout. "
I can really say that I see results, I have a bigger butt and bigger thighs even if my legs hurt a lot. Coming tomorrow to update y'all 🤍.
Day eight ✔ : I finished today too, my legs hurt a lot and I sweated a lot. I can see a big difference, now my legs are even stronger.
Try to take a break from these exercises and try to run in nature alone or with friends. A few days ago I walked 7 km with a friend and now my legs are more toned and stronger, but take care. 🤍

Day one: ✔️my legs hurt a lot, but now it seems that my bottom is a little rounder than before. Before the exercises I drank a lot of water and ate some pizza, don't force yourself to eat only healthy because you deserve a break. After I finished I made a green smoothie (milk, pb, banana, apple and avocado + protein powder if I want). Keep going girlies. 🤍☺️

(I had to not do it for like a two weeks since I got sick) and I’ve seen such a big difference, I took pictures on day one and just took another one a couple days ago and the difference is was so noticeable. I use resistance bands starting out with medium but plan to switch to the heavy once I'm comfortable.
I eat between 3200 calories a day and 3500 calories a day HIGH IN PROTEIN! Feed your muscles or youre not going to see the results you want. I also drink protein shakes.
Day 1 : miserable lmao legs felt like jelly and I considered quitting 😂 (definitely didn't. Dont give up!)
Day 2 : today I was super amped after my first rep. I did this routine twice with a 1 minute break in between. I'm definitely feeling the burn from yesterday and today. Im motivated knowing its actually working the muscles I want worked out. If you're not feeling the burn just beginning, fix your posture! This workout routine will have your butt and legs burninggggggg.
Day 3 : workouts seem easier but I still felt it afterwards. Im able to do more without pausing and taking breaks.
Day 4 : rest day.
Day 5 : rest day. I was still very sore from my workout. I did this workout 3 times on day 3.
Day 6 : didnt feel sore after doing this workout twice. Legs did feel like jelly for a while lol form was perfect so I know it was still effective.
Day 7 : I have upped the time count for each rep and noticed the burn comes back after doing the entire routine twice LOL idk about yall but im obsessed with the burn feeling.

Been doing this workout for 30 days already! I already have a big booty this routine has helped me tone my booty muscles. Rest is very important as well so I actually work out every other day. I drink a protein shake and use resistance bands and a 20 pound barbell weight included in this as well. I really love ivana she is positive and keeps me pushing myself and without her confidence and motivation I wouldn't have gotten this far! It's worth the dedication and consistency 💋❤️

Day 3: ✅ Y’all don’t know how much I wanted to sleep and not do this, but I remembered hard work is the key to success. Definitely felt the burn and was kinda sore but I pulled through. 100% worth it, starting to see results. Not much ofc but definitely progress.

Day 1: I didn't expect it to be so difficult and I didn't know that my legs were so weak. At the beginning of the exercise, I felt it was easy. I decided to do a chest exercise as well, but then I was frustrated and I didn't do the exercises. I took a lot of breaks. It is difficult, but I will continue and do it. Come on, girl, you can do it. It is only because of my appearance and I am also for my health 👍🏻 take care and keep going

Day 1: easy but in squats a little hard
Day 2: easy
Day 3: getting easier
Day 4: still a little hard
Day 5: not hard but a little in squats
Day 6: done
Day 7: done
Day 8: I'll take a rest this day..
I didn't count days I forgot but anyway my booty has grown bigger thanks to this girl❤

okay ladies it’s AMAZING!
Day 1- TOOK 2 breaks specially at the last few exercises
Day 2- Motivated much … legs & butt muscles are too! .. completed it all without breaks💪🏻
Day 3 - already seeing results which was my main motivation to work although i was too tired yet finished all without any breaks!

So for anyone who’s curious if this works. I’ve been doing it for about two weeks now and I feel like there is some difference which is making me more confident. It would probably work better if you eat as much as you need to unlike me...
Overall I think this workout is good cause it did help with confidence since I see little changes which would probably be more noticeable if I wasn’t so used to seeing my body everyday
oh honey please eat....your body needs it. it’s very dangerous to not eat as much as your supposed to. i believe in you girl! you can do this. if you focus on this workout for so long as you want, as well as balancing out good and plentiful meals, you’ll have a big booty in no time snd everyone will wish they were you! i believe in you girlie you can do this

Ivana, thank you very much for these uploaded videos! I am over 35 years old, but I feel stronger than I did at 20! Working out has made my life better! For me, starting is always the hardest part, but once I begin, I always realize how glad I am that I managed to motivate myself, even if it's just for a short video! I always feel so much better after I've finished. I also try to give people a bit of motivation (on my Channel) to take that first, hardest step because they definitely won't regret it. Jan 6th✅ (I woke up and my thighs were BURNING and I honestly wanted to give up during the workout because it burned but I kept pushing somethings I would suggest is to make sure to engage ur butt by squeezing so you feel it there and to hold some positions for 2-3 seconds so you feel the burn a bit more!)

I’m doing this so I like SNATCHED before school starts 😛 (2 weeks, maybe even more.)
Day 1 - ✅ It was a lot easier then expected. But my legs did shake and I was sweating. Didn’t feel any pain next morning.
Day 2 - ✅ It was much easier to do today. I think I already see a big difference! My glutes aren’t as saggy, it is now some sort of round.
Day 3 - ✅ Boy. It was definitely harder but I pushed through. Same as yesterday though.
Day 4 - ✅ Easier then yesterday. I still sweat and my legs still have to get used to it, yet my legs are shaking a lot less. It’s getting easier and I can tell my glutes are getting round!
Day 5 - ✅ My legs are less shaky, I sweat a lot less. A lot like yesterday.
Day 6 - ✅ My legs don’t really shake anymore. I still do sweat a bit, my heart races, and I still breathe heavy. My glutes are definitely more round. I’m very proud of myself for almost a week!
Day 7 - ✅🎉 A week finished! Very proud of myself. Honestly, the comments do OVERREACT on how much of a difference there is. Of course, I do see a difference but it isn’t huge. I still do sweat, my legs barely shake and now, this exercise feels like a quick 2 minutes!
Day 8 - ❌ Very disappointed in myself 😢 I had very little time and had no time to do this sadly.
I quit after school started so now i’m get motivated again!
Day 1 - ✅ This felt super nice because this was after I stretched and it felt very fresh after feeling so lazy and unmotivated.
It’s now 5 months into school! I want to focus on my body now that’s it a new year!

Day 1✅: day 1 was rlly hard for me and i felt super sore but i powered through and completed the workout! ( i did it twice) i'll let you know if i see results!
Day 2❌: Today was a Sunday so i was pretty busy but i got AMAZING results from yesterday. This is one of the most effective workouts i've ever done because it's only Day 1 and i can already see the results.
Day 3✅:I did it!! For some reason this time i felt wayy less sore but i think it's because i only did it once
Day 4✅: Workout completed!! I did it twice today. Definetly felt wayy more sore than yesterday because i did it twice. im proud of myself :)

Ok I started doing this July 30th 2024
Day 1: Did the workout, my knees gelt pretty week, not much a difference
Day 2: Did the workout again, still sore from yesterday, not much but a little butt appeared
Day 3: workout felt easier, I checked the mirror and omg it looks so good already!!
Day 4: had a lot to do so I only made it halfway through, but still looks good
Day5: skipped
Day 6: no change.
Day 7:
