    Guys, if you are confused whether this works or not, then know this. I've been doing this for about a week now and my waist has shrunk by 5 cm. My weight was 50.7 kg, but after a week of this workout I weighed 48.1 kg. The most important thing is that I drank zero cola every other day, ate whatever I wanted (I didn’t limit myself to sweets.) So, exercise for your health, I believe in you, honey ❤

    My daughter has been crying a lot this year . I always ask her what’s wrong but her reply is always I’m fat and I eat too much . I give this video to her to see if she wants to do it . She has been doing this every day now and she has stopped with the “ I am fat “ and “ I eat too much.” Thank you Roberta, you are a total lifesaver

    I want to write my honest opinion on this workout, and for anyone who’s wondering if it actually makes your waist smaller….I personally have a small waist but I wanted to do this workout because I have a belly. I did this workout for 3 days every morning, and night and not only did my waist get smaller but also my belly
    became flat. I also wanted to say that I don’t follow a strict diet….good luck and I recommend this workouts so much🥳

    Guys this is my first day trying this workout, I have discovered this channel a few years ago but I never found the perfect exercise to follow today is day 1 for me with this exercise, I wasn’t sure if it would have much of an effect on me or maybe I’ll quit in a few days from laziness, but seeing these sweet comments❤ made me even more excited for my dream body and it made me feel more confident and more into exercise so thanks to all of your encouragement and a special thanks to Roberta’s gym this channel deserves a subscribe and way more keep going❤❤❤

    Im 11 and I've always hated my body but ever since I discovered this Chanel I suddenly knew I had a chance of getting my dream body so I was scrolling through and I found this video I've been doing this for around 5 days so far and I can already see my belly fat slowly disappearing and I do eat healthier so I do recommend this video also I'm doing another one before this and some morning stretches

    starting this workout today! im now just realizing how insecure i am about my tummy and stuff. after not seeing ppl for awhile i just didn’t really workout or genuinely take care of myself and now im taking a step up!!! (going to bed earlier, journaling, etc) ASLO, remember not to give up and that there’s probably a lot of us doing this in our rooms ❤
    Day 1: ✅i did this workout today after reading the comments about how it was effective( ik it’s different for everyone) but i really liked this workout because it included jump jacks and i feel like it’s super important to add something that gets ur heart going. other stomach workouts haven’t worked for me and after this one my stomach definitely feels tighter!!
    Day 2: ✅i got cramps during the jumping jacks shows how out of shape i am.. went out for lunch and my stomach looked different and better
    Day 3:❌ didn’t do it had work all day and ik it’s important 2 take break days
    Day 4:✅ i did it this morning no hesitation!
    Day 5: ✅ woke up late but still did it
    Day 6:❌ woke up wayyy to late didnt do it but my stomach results are crazy
    Day 7:❌ had a b day party today and i was breaking out and had no motivation but no more breaks from now swear
    Day 8:✅ did it today

    Day21: ✅ yeah! Today i complete my 21 days challenge and my current waist size is 33.5 . One of the bestest exercises which i have done in my entire life and also i did little bit diet. These exercises make my waist visibly changed and also is gives the pretty shape to my body. I decide to continue it for next 9 days to complete my one month.

    I'm a 12 year old female and I have been very insecure about my body. People at my school used to talk about how my body was and how I didn't have the "perfect hourglass body" so I decided to start doing this workout daily when I have the time.     I wanna try to do this workout everyday for the next 30 days!
    Day 1- Felt fine but a little tired
    Day 2- Still sore from last time but doing okay!
    Day 3- Almost stopped but powered through!
    Day 4- Def still tired but got it done!
    Day 5-Took a little rest day but had PE
    Day 6-Got it all done! Getting easier so far!
    Day 7- Didn’t have time
    Day 8-Completed it!

    (P.S also doing a 5 minute Pilates video as well, no diet as of right now.)

    I've been doing this workout for a week now, I stick to a light diet (simply reduce eating food with trans fat, instead of fruit snacks and dark chocolate, etc.) and I can say that I already see a change from what I was, my stomach is flatter than it was and even takes on an hourglass shape!
    I thank you and myself that I am holding on.

    I am a 14 year old and am very insecure about my body so im going to start doing this exercise. I will try my best to remember to update you guys to see if it actually works, if I forget to sorry bout that 🫠 I might do this for 50 days because school starts then and I want a body glow up because apparently im pretty when I dont think I am at all.     🎉 Happy workout guys! Today day one of my work out, and I’m so excited to share results! I’ll also be updating the message as I go and how long I do these workouts.
    I do this routine 2x, averaging about 26 minutes each time I workout. Once in the morning, evening and night.
    I’m also pescatarians so I only eat seafood as a main source of protein. I’ll also be giving what I meal prep!
    2 Month Update as promised!
    I’ve been noticing such a difference in my figure already! I’m so satisfied with my results! I’m a lot slimmer on the stomach and waist and I fit into more clothes easier!
    Meal preparation:
    Week 1-2:
    Grilled salmon fillets: Season salmon with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Grill and divide into portions.
    Shrimp stir-fry: Cook shrimp with your choice of vegetables and sauce. Portion out.
    Tuna salad: Mix canned tuna with mayo, diced onions, celery, and seasonings. Portion into containers.
    Week 3-4:
    Baked cod fillets: Season cod with herbs and spices. Bake and divide into portions.
    Seafood pasta: Cook pasta and mix with a seafood medley (shrimp, scallops, etc.) in a tomato or cream sauce. Portion out.
    Canned sardines: Stock up on canned sardines packed in olive oil for quick lunches or snacks.
    Week 5-6:
    Fish tacos: Grill or bake white fish and serve in taco shells with cabbage slaw and salsa. Portion out.
    Seafood curry: Make a big batch of seafood curry with your favorite curry paste, coconut milk, and mixed seafood. Portion into containers.
    Smoked mackerel: Buy smoked mackerel fillets for easy salads or sandwiches.
    Week 7-8:
    Lemon garlic shrimp: Sauté shrimp with lemon, garlic, and herbs. Portion out.

    I’ve always been a little insecure about my tummy and so I did this workout for my first time today morning and I will update in the night😅 my goal is to do this for five days and I will tell you if this works for me

    comments: I am much more confident now that I've tried this workout. Throughout these 5 days I've seen myself losing some weight and my body having the hourglass shape, denting the area around my hips. I did this work out without changes in my diet and I still saw progress. I hope this comment inspires you guys to try this!! I will be sure to use this even more to improve my insecurities!       @@Arohi756 yes like i said i didn’t change anything in my diet, i think i eat pretty balanced between normal foods and sweets so i’m pretty sure it’s safe to have sweets!

    Easy for beginners, makes u sweat a lot and so fun to do, i’ll do this for a week and update, depending on the results I’ll probably do it for some more weeks. Good luck to you guys, i hope you get your dream body :)
    Update: i did the exercises like twice a day and obviously i cant see the results but i’ve lost weight and havent gained any since, but im actually planning to do harder workouts and i wont stop this time, the more u do it the more fun it gets, i like to try new workouts all the time and you should do what u like too, remember to not overwork yourself and be patient, good luck aaa :)))

    Trying out the workout, I'll stay updated when I can!
    Day 1: ✅ -A tiny bit exhausted while doing the workout, hope there's results later on❤️
    Day 2:✅ -Decided doing 20 instead of 14 on some of the workouts, definitely improvements and I don't seem exhausted as yesterday:)
    Day 3:✅ -Feeling a bit sore from yesterday but completed!
    Day 4:✅ -Much easier doing the workout, but still feel a tiny bit sore

    I am a 14 year old girl, and I'm insecure about my body as I look like a box with belly fat. I am setting a goal for me to do this for 30 days. I hope to see improvements.     I'm 15yrs and doing this because there is only one week till school

    Day 1: It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be I will update you tomorrow.
    Day 2: Very easy, but these next 2 days I won't exercise because I will be busy, but I will continue this on Monday.
    Day 3: I did awesome and I will do it again tomorrow
    Day 4: I kinda see the difference the workout was a success I will update again tomorrow.
    Day 5: I am starting to get the hang of this and i enjoyed this workout see you tomorrow.

    Everyone's been saying this workout works so I've tried to keep up to date:
    Day 1: Did it! Quite easy and fun icl.
    Day 2: Tried to see results a lil too early but noticed subtle changes. Didn't do it.

    Attempting to do this until January 30th! (Twice every day)
    I currently weigh 95.2 pounds
    Day 1: ✅ Pretty decent workout, obviously nothing happened that you can tell.
    Day 2: ✅ Easier than last time, the plank was so much easier than before.
    Day 3: ✅ The exercises are getting much easier! I'm losing weight little by little!
    Day 4: ❌ I honestly forgot since it was new years, I'll make sure to do it today! (Time I'm writing this)
    Day 5: ✅ I feel like my stomach is different from before. Making progress!
    Day 6: ✅ I can slowly the hourglass shape forming. The exercises are a lot easier than in the beginning!
    Day 7: ✅ I did this, but forgot to update my comment! Yesterday this exercise definitely changed a lot in my body. My hips are more curved than before!
    Day 8: ✅ Still about the same as
    Day 7: ✅ maybe the slightest different, but not much!!
    Day 9: ❌ Went to a museum and didn't have time!
    Day 10: ❌ Felt sick but still went to school anyways. Didn't have time still, sorry!
    Day 11: ❌
    Day 12: ❌
    Day 13: ❌
    Day 14: ✅ Going to get back on track!!
    Day 15: ✅ Working on it! ✨👍
