- I get asked all the time how to lose weight in certain body areas. And while there are workouts that involve those certain muscles, the weight loss rule of thumb is this:
If you reduce your body fat in general, you will also lose weight in those problem areas that you have.
With that reasoning in mind I created this simple workout routine you can do at home to burn belly, side, and thigh fat. Not only does this workout burn fat, it will also strengthen the muscles in your glutes, thighs, and legs!

Have been doing this for a week. First four days were horrible after the workout as my thighs were paining but after that no pain at all. I lost 2 kg in a week , of course with the aid of other stuff like intermittent fasting for 18 hours, green tea on an empty stomach, 2L of water everyday, no fast foods especially noodles. I struggled to lose weight but small changes make a huge difference. Don't give up and remember you're doing it for yourself and not others.
Only with exercise you lost 2 kg or else did you do any other exercise

DISCLAIMER: This is a motivation comment to remind me every day that I have to do the exercise routine and update you!
Every time when exams period starts I realise that I gain 2-5 kg every time. Not only because of sitting on my desk studying, but also because I am anxious and everything I eat turns into more fat. Belly and inner thighs are my biggest problem when it comes to gaining wheight. So I decided to start this routine.
DAY 1✅: I just did the whole thing and I got exhausted. Thank God it had many breaks between the exercises. The truth is that my belly wasn't empty enough, so i struggled a little bit more, but that's ok. I already feel better with myself. I'm gonna do it tomorrow morning without eating anything and then I'll drink some green tea.
DAY 2✅: Just finished and i swear guys I'm sweating. I did the exercises much better than yesterday and I feel the fat burning. It was the first thing that I did as soon as I woke up and I feel grateful for doing so. It was much easier with a complitely empty stomach. My stomach is already much flatter than yesterday. Now I'm gonna drink a cup of green tea and then jump into the shower.
DAY 3✅: This time I did it much easier. Ofcourse I started getting tired with lunge jumps, but I made it. My thighs hurt but I feel stronger every day.
DAY 4✅: I just complited it succesfully for 4 days in a row and the first signs of improvement are starting to show. My thighs hurt a bit still, but my belly got pretty flat and my legs feel a lot stronger. Only if you start exercising you will see how weak your feet and hands are. Each day is more easy to complete the routine and with a balanced diet you will see a lot quicker the results. I stopped eating sugar, not even in the tea, i eat veggies and mostly chicken for meat. You feel better with yourself and gain more confidence.
DAY 5✅: My legs don't hurt as they used to. The difference started to show (flat belly tight thighs, even butt is more peppy). I measured my belly and thighs before starting this exercise so in 2 days from now I'm gonna measure my body again to see how much of a difference it has. But for now it's shower time
DAY 6✅: Completed once again! I don't struggle with lunge jumps anymore. A cool shower is the only thing that I need right now.
DAY 7✅: I measured myself, because it's been a week since i started. So my old measurements were: belly 94cm, right thigh almost 59cm, left thigh 58cm. My new measurements are: belly 87cm, right thigh: 57cm, left thigh: 57cm. Advice: drink a lot water throughout the day, eat veggies and chicken, drink green tea while your stomach is empty
DAY 8✅: For the first time I didnt check not even one time how many exercises are left. It went by fast.
DAY 9✅: I feel very good with myself, cause for the first time I'm commited to an exercise routine.
DAY 10✅: Time went by fast today. It's summer and in Greece it's super hot, this is why I'm sweating so much. Shower time!
DAY 11✅: Today I didn't miss a single lunge jump. The difference in my body is beyond imagination. Shorts that didn't fit me anymore before starting the exercise now fit me as they used to.
DAY 12✅: Accomplished!
DAY 13✅: Completed! Tomorrow I'll measure myself again and move on to a new exercise routine.
DAY 14✅: Finished it for the last time. I'll move on to a new routine tomorrow. Overall it's a very efficient to lose weight

Hi, I quite agree with the viewer who said that it’s impossible to do the lunge jumps immediately after doing the squats. When I couldn’t, I thought that this was it, I’m a given up case, but when I read her views, thank you, now I have all the happiness in the world that I’m no the only one who feels this way. Thank you Roberta, you have so much strength, I’m amazed.
It sure is hard! I suggest that you do it on a daily basis, gradually, until you pick up your pace and you learn to do it with ease. Of course don't overdo it because I don't want you to hurt yourself :) Like I said, gradually, and you'll get there. Good luck and keep exercising!❤️💪

I’m starting this because I’ve done so many exercises but I always quit like on the third day so I’m gonna update every day. My measurements on the first day are 18in for my left leg, 18.2in for my right leg and my tummy is 30in. I’m gonna measure after 7 days.
Day 1: Completed!!!!✅I just finished the workout and I’m so hot I feel like I’m in a volcano and my face is tomato red😂 My legs are hurting so bad but I know they won’t soon and it’s worth it. Just a reminder to everyone doing this workout please try to eat healthy because it will speed up the whole process and make it easier. I’m gonna go take a cold shower😁
Day 2: Completed!!!✅ I’m sooo hot and sweaty.I woke up today and my legs were really sore but it made me stronger. Every workout I did today was just a teeny weeny bit easier than yesterday. No change yet ( obviously) but I have high hopes. I’ve also been counting how many calories I’m taking in and trying to eat healthy. I’m craving a nice and cold bath. Byee😊

Day 5: Completed!!✅ Idk why but today was extra hard.I did it earlier than usual. Maybe that’s why. I ate unhealthy yesterday:( I will only eat healthy food today😁 I’m also wet (from sweating 🤮🤮)! In two days I will measure again and hopefully there is a change.
Day 6: Completed ✅ Today time went by so slow because in the middle of the workout I got a headache☹️ but I still finished it😊 tomorrow I will measure 😃
Day 7: Uncompleted❌ I couldn’t complete today because I got bit by a dog 😭😭 I tried to do it but I just couldn’t. I will try to do it tomorrow:(
Day 8: Completed!!✅ I will measure today. My measurements for my right leg are 18in right leg, 19in left leg and 28in tummy😭😭 But i think i measured wrong the first time because i definitely see a change!!
Day 9: Completed!!✅ I did it in the morning today before I ate breakfast and it felt way better it’s an empty stomach. Another piece of advice to do it in the morning! Stay strong everyone! I only have 5 more days!

Day 1:-feeling energetic and sweating horribly, but completed successfully, there are no squats , so from tom i will squats furst and all these excersizes.

Day 3:✅the workout was easier today
Day 4:✅my stomach got slightly flatter and lunge jumps were easier
Day 5:✅the workout was A LOT easier. My stomach is getting flatter.
Day 6:✅Same as yesterday
Day 7 (1 week mark 🎉🎉):✅Slight change but my stomach is flatter than it was on day one! This is the most consistent i have ever been with an exercise!😁
Day 8:✅Getting closer to end results! My stomach is getting flatter but its not where i want it to be yet.Honestly, I love doing this workout and its helping me to get more in shape. When i get the result i want from this workout,im going to start doing another workout for getting abs!Everyday im getting closer and closer to my dream body and im honestly super proud of myself ❤️✨💅
Day 10:✅its not letting me add an update on day 9 for some reason (frick you youtube) but yeah i did day 10 and on day 9 i got home really late and i was so tired
Day 11:❌got home late at midnight,i was tired
