Hello cuties 😅 I am doing this from 7 days My waist is 26 inches (66cm) Thigh is 17 inches (43cm) Day 1 ✅️ Her exercises are so painful but so effective😅. I was feeling very much of pain and burn😢.I can't just express it,but I think I should recommend this exercise😊. Day 2 ✅️ For Day 2 I was not feeling painfull. I always laugh after seeing her hands in side leg raises. Thank u for making me laugh 😃. Day 3 Keep liking to remind me. 😅
My weight was 70 kg before 2 months now my weight is 61 kg I lose 9 kgs in 2 months than you Roberta. The question you may ask, What was your diet Nothing, I just removed junk food from my diet, done this workout and One more. Gone for a walk for 15 mins. And take a morning drink that is jeera tea on 7am. Now my goal is to loose more 11 kgs to get my ideal weight that is 50

Hi I'm a 14 year girl. I didn't get periods for past 2 months when I went to doctor she told that I am having a disease she advised me to do some exercises and she gave iron tablets cause I am having a low haemoglobin 😢and this is my first day I feel lot fresh thanks roberta!

the speed of the movements is perfect. its exactly the time a person would take doing it while raising hands or legs ,balance and getting back to normal position
It's almost 1year and I am able to change me a lot, everyday I try your different exercises and try to change different areas of my body, your every vedio,timing,rest times and music helps me a lot,I think in future I'll able to follow you, thank you sooo much Roberta.....
Previously I tried to search for comments to check whether this works or not but gradually I started following this twice a day plus intermittent fasting. Two weeks later, I can already fit into my old jeans. I don't really know how much I have lost but there's definitely some changes I can feel. That feeling of fitting into old clothes is amazing. Thank you Roberta's Gym. I will continue this routine forever. It seems easy and very effective.

Yesss this workout works guys! I was 64 when I started it..and now I'm 54.. but with this workout I took care of my diet.. and I used to drink minimum 3.5 litres a day.. so give it a try!! 🌻

I dont have any specific diet plan.. after waking up I drink 500 ml lukewarm water.. and follow it up with overnight soaked dry nuts...then I do workout... post workout I gulp 500 ml water and eat breakfast (usually Poha, Upma, Besan Chilla and all) then I always drink water after 1 hour after each meal (this helps in proper digestion). In lunch I eat 2 chapati with sabzi and salad..then for evening snack I take 1 cup of milk with turmeric milk and roasted peanut and puffed rice...and I don't eat anything in dinner.
Wow i tried this for the whole month of last august my waistline 34 turn 29 and i dont check my weight but it feel better and my friends was shocked when they saw my improvement. Do this with no excuses and followed by small portion deit too for quick results Try everyone its working

Hello everyone. I'm also doing this workout every morning. I am doing two workouts each day and then I complete 4 rounds of stairs climbing in my house. These workouts really helped me in losing weight. I was 49 ibs and now maybe 35 (I don't have weighting machine in my house 😅). I don't do dieting just eat home made food. Now in this situation don't keep your stomach empty 😉 Day 1: Completed (I sweated a lot) Day 2: Completed (difficulty in knee tuck crunches 😅 but did jumping jacks without stopping 😎) Day 3: Completed 😎 Day 4: Completed Day 5: Completed

3 and a half weeks in, lost 7 pounds. Staying active with the kids also helps, and slightly watching what I eat. Great workout great results! Just waiting for my thighs to slim up more.🖤 119 March 29th down to 112 now.

Day 1 : succesfully completed. Day 2: successfully completed , feeling good😊. Day 3: i was bit tired. Day 4: successfullly completed Day 5: successfully completed, it is fun. Day 6: done👍 along with these exercises i am also trying to be calorie deficit. Day 7: successfully completed the task. Day 8: i can see my belly gettting toned and i can feel my body is liking it very much. Successfully completed today's workout. Day 9: took rest. Day 10: did it with full motivation. I took some rest during periods. Day 11: Day 12: Day 13: Day 14: successfully completed. To be honest i didn't get any major results in such a short period of time. I think it is been 3 days that I do Roberta workout in the first day I had a terrible pain all over my body and I couldn t complete the workout easily but now I don t feel pain and I can finish the workout so much less hard .thanks for the workout videos

I work out on my nights off. I work 13 hour days 3 days a week and I work out 3-4 days a week and doing these work outs for a week or so I feel better even though nothing else has changed.

Guys it really works I was about 244 and I was doing intermittent fasting and eating small portion and did this work out everyday I lost about 10 pounds like a week I’m very young so that is why I lost quickly but sadly I gain that weight back and I’m starting again
Day - 2 It really hurts I did this exercise and but of another exercise. Drank lemon water and I am going to eat 3 times of day (including fruity breakfast)

I am started it from today (weight:- 64.8kg) i am updating you regularly wish me luck 1st day :- feeling tired sweating not too much normal but after work out feeling more energetic 😅 2nd day :- feeling too much sweat and also body pain but I can complete it I also follow other 2 vedios of same channel and proper diet and intermitting fast and 1 hours walk at night let's see the results after 2 months....wish me luck Day 3 :- completed I saw little bit difference in my belly I lost 1.5inchs from belly and .5 from waist and hips but I didn't see any difference in my thighs but I am continuing this exercise Day4:- completed Day4:- complete

I've always been insecure about my body and have tried but ended up failing after not doing it for days after but I'll make I'll be doing it this time will update the results everyday!
I actually used to have an exercise such as squats, belly fat dance-exercise, jumping jacks and sit up and stretch. I was 46kg when I started but lost 4kg as I am not 42kg, and also because I got sick before I started doing the exercise. And I stopped exercising once it was almost Christmas and started just January 9/10 with just the last type of crunches. Now I wanna try this work out, starting tomorrow. I hope I can successfully do it.

DAY 6 !!!! i haven't noticed a visible change however ive noticed that my clothes fit looser around my thighs and stomach !!! alongside this workout everyday ive cut down on my sugar consumption, increased my fibre consumption so 💩 regularly and i actively drink more water now !!! ill update at 2 weeks :))))

Hi, Reading wise I havent yet noticed a difference.. Since there was new year and Christmas in between so that is also a factor. But otherwise it helps me with morning bloating so I will continue with this exercise .. If I notice any difference in reading after a month will update..

Did this for 2 months now, just 15 minutes a day, and went from 56,5 kg to 53 kg. Slimmer thighs, waist and but. No specific diet, but I did quit every product with refined sugar in it. Have been a vegetarian for years.
So you just ate stuff without sugar? And didn’t eat a lot of calories? Cause I keep thinking I need a diet for better results and also does this actually work?

I think it is been 3 days that I do Roberta workout in the first day I had a terrible pain all over my body and I couldn t complete the workout easily but now I don t feel pain and I can finish the workout so much less hard .thanks for the workout videos

I work out on my nights off. I work 13 hour days 3 days a week and I work out 3-4 days a week and doing these work outs for a week or so I feel better even though nothing else has changed.

Guys it really works I was about 244 and I was doing intermittent fasting and eating small portion and did this work out everyday I lost about 10 pounds like a week I’m very young so that is why I lost quickly but sadly I gain that weight back and I’m starting again

I actually used to have an exercise such as squats, belly fat dance-exercise, jumping jacks and sit up and stretch. I was 46kg when I started but lost 4kg as I am not 42kg, and also because I got sick before I started doing the exercise. And I stopped exercising once it was almost Christmas and started just January 9/10 with just the last type of crunches. Now I wanna try this work out, starting tomorrow. I hope I can successfully do it.

DAY 6 !!!! i haven't noticed a visible change however ive noticed that my clothes fit looser around my thighs and stomach !!! alongside this workout everyday ive cut down on my sugar consumption, increased my fibre consumption so 💩 regularly and i actively drink more water now !!! ill update at 2 weeks :))))

Reading wise I havent yet noticed a difference.. Since there was new year and Christmas in between so that is also a factor.

Did this for 2 months now, just 15 minutes a day, and went from 56,5 kg to 53 kg. Slimmer thighs, waist and but. No specific diet, but I did quit every product with refined sugar in it. Have been a vegetarian for years.
So you just ate stuff without sugar? And didn’t eat a lot of calories? Cause I keep thinking I need a diet for better results and also does this actually work?
Twinphays cut out carbs. I find way better luck with diets and workouts when I cut carbs not calories. ;)
