  • Welcome to another belly fat workout challenge!
    Today we are challenging you to 8 minutes of workout everyday to lose those belly fat in just 7 days! So for a few minutes everyday for the next week, follow along the intensive workout moves in this video and feel those belly fat slowly working its way out of your bodies and creating a leaner, slimmer midsection.
    Good luck and be sure to subscribe to our channel for more workout videos you can perform daily! Comment below and I will make sure to respond to as much questions as I can.

    My wife just finished the 7 day challenge. She continued her regular walking and exercise routine but reduced her calorie intake to 1600 a day. She lost 3/4 inch off her waist and 3/4 " off her hips. She also loss 2.8lbs. She says "Thank you, Roberta."

    Starting from today🎉
    Day 1- ✔️(kinda hard 😢)
    Day 2- ✔️(wasn't that hard today, took a short break in between)
    Day 3- ✔️(its getting easy, and i see some changes, didn't really expected though)
    Day 4- ✔️
    Day 5-✔️( wasn't in the mood actually but still didi it )
    Day 6-❌(wasn't able to do for some reasons)
    Day 7-Sorry everyone i won't be able to continue this exercise, but if you are doing it pls don't stop. Keep moving forward towards your goals. I wish everyone all the best 👍💯.
    I would like to say something more. You all are beautiful just the way you are you don't need to change yourself because of some mean things people say to you or for someone. If a person loves you they'll love you no matter how you look. So don't be insecure. And be happy😊✨.

    I will do this for 1 week.
    Day 1: felt some burn but, easy. (P.s make sure to like or comment to remind me) Day 2: basically the same as yesterday. But, it gets even more easier.
    (Note: everyone is different. So, the results I have may not be the same for others)
    (Reminder: keep going💜)
    Day 3: I barley felt burn this time. And it gets easier. But, it felt relaxing💜
    Day 4: I noticed bits of changes.
    I will summarize all my results basically I noticed some changes my belly seemed to get a little flatter. I took before pictures and after and notice slight bit of change.

    Day 1 - i can feel nothing
    Day 2 - i start to get used to it
    Day 3- i will do it 2 times a day
    Day 4- its okay i think🥺
    Day 5 - i still hope
    Day 6 - i have some changes
    Day 7 - a little bit but i will start something else from robertas video 😍

    How many times should I do it in a day?
    Age:15
    Weight:48kg
    Goal:40kg
    Time:2 weeks. If not possible thn 1 month
    I have belly fat. I’m doing this workout for 1 week but can’t find any difference

    I am so lateee its 2024 and i want to lose weight and im not old enough yo go to the gym so i am h
    Going to do this 4 times a day to see what happens and ill do it for 2 weeks
    Day1: i only did 1 bc it's 00:14 in the morning so.. Sort of hurts
    Day 2: completed got used to it

    doing this for the summer!
    Day:1 IT BURNED AS HELL. but i got through it!!
    Day:2 IT GOT WORSE BC I DID A CHRISTMAS DANCE PARTY THING BC I LOVE CHRISTMAS!! BUT I FINSIHEDD
    Day:3 It still burned on some exercises but it got easier and im kinda noticing differences and i can fit into overalls that i couldnt! before
    Day:4 it barley burned this time wayyyy easier.
    Day:5 it didnt even hurt! only the plank though.. but tysm! ill probably do this for another week or so and im starting to use my treadmill for maybe 20 mins a day today im doing 10 minutes
    Day:5 WAYY EASIER BUT I HAVE CHURCH TODAY SO NO TREADMILL ABD I DIDNT DO YESTERDAY EITHER...
    Day:6 Just a update

    Initially my belly was 36.5 inches Day1 did it one time : no changes Day2 did it 3 times : belly is 35.8 Day3 did it 4 times : result is 35 Day 4 did it 2 times :34.8 Day5 didn't do it bcz of periods cramps 😢😭

      Hi ElliotteStar! Take it easy. It's normal to feel some tightness or soreness after working out, even during, but it will usually subside within a few days once you get used to it. But if it doesn't subside, take a rest until you feel better and come back when you're ready. Good luck!💪

    Day 1: Did it 2 times and feel okay. Didnt have the best dinner though! Wasnt super active:/
    Hopfully i do better!
    Day 2:did a bit better, but it was a bday part so i lowkey binged but not too much. Also was pretty active today😅
    Did it twice
    Day 3:Did it twice and had a but of a heavy lunch..
    Day 4:did it twice! Plus was very active today (played soccer for almost 3 hours and was outside alot)
    Day 5:Today I did it once in the midday, and a 15 minute one in the afternoon
    Day 6:7 minute one + a ten minute one. Pretty average lunch.
    Day 7:pretty good kcal intake, +10 minute one

    Day1:- quite easy but my body burns a little.
    Day2:- same as day 1.

    Day1: it's not that hard really. It was easy for me. So i wait for results on the day 7))
    Day2: it's hard if you doing this in morning like me hah. But i pove this workout! Keep going~
    (I think i should do this for three times in a day)
    Day3: oh...i think i can't do thus fo three times bc of other workouts T.T but i still complete it .
    Day4: wow it takes me so easy
    Day5: still complete,but still no results(
    Day6: ahhh i want to see results(((

    01/09/24(day 2):There was still the usual burn from my belly✅

    I find Reach Through hard to do,my feet lifts off the ground when I do this.And the counting is quite fast for me as well

    Day 1- easy great 😃
