- Losing stubborn fat around your belly can be a difficult task. But if you follow a balanced diet and include exercise everyday in your routine, you'll have a good chance of getting a slimmer, sexier body and dropping off the belly fat!
If you want to start blasting off the fat from your belly and start seeing more visible abs, you may want to try today's workout video. This is a 30-minute at-home workout that will make your lower body work hard to create a well-toned midsection.
No equipment needed for this workout. It all depends on your strength and body weight!

Happy New Year everyone! I just complete my first ever 30 minute work out. Day one has begun. I want to keep going for the next 4 months before my 27th birthday and see how far long I came. Pray for me I continue on this journey of health!

Omg ‼️ Omg..‼️ I'm really shocked with the results .. I'm in the Day 3 now ....by doing this just for 3 days I can seee a drastical change in my belly ( Lost about 3 inches ) ... literally I can't believe guys & I did this workout by skipping rest time.. Alright started yesterday and i'm doing this along with one hour (3 miles) of walking everyday but here are my logs so far: (started at 175 pounds)
Day one: i wanna die i wanna die i wanna die i wanna die.(172 pounds)
Day two: it got somewhat easier and didnt feel as long as yesterday did but i still wanna perish. (170 pounds)
Day 3: it still hurts to do but its definitely getting easier. (170 pounds)
Day 4: i wasnt in the mood to do anything today but i did anyways. (171 i went up today lmao)
Day 5: i swear the walk downs are the worst. (back to 170)
Day 6: the walkdowns are seriously going to be the death of me bruh. even though its just eight it makes me want to perish haha(169 pounds(AYEEEE))
Day 7: im starting to enjoy the sort of pain you get in your core when you do these but like THE WALKDOWNS JuST piss me off jsdnajdnasjdnja (im gonna start putting EXACTly wht the scale tells me so im at 168.8 pounds)
Day 8: not gonna lie kinda ate too much and went up but the exercises no longer have me catching my breath every five seconds, they've become easier to bear. (170 pounds again)
Day 9: not gonna lie x2 ive been eating so bad for the past three days and missed working out yesterday because i had to go shopping at walmarts looking for supplies. (im back to 173 pounds i-)
Day 10: i forgot to update this but i dont remember how day 10 and 11 went im sorRYYYYY! (weight probably 171)

Day 12: i skipped the workout this time because i did so much beforehand but i still got my 3 miles in! (168.9)
Day ??: SO UM I hAVENT UPDATED THIS IN A WHILE BUT THATS BECAUSE I SIMPLY FORGOT BUT I HAVE BEEN WORKING OUT EVERY DAY AND AM NOW AT 159 POUNDS! ill keep coming back every now and then to write my improvment and if/when i get any physical changes. Please remember dont go too hard on yourself AND HYDRATE. Love yall
HIIIII its currently May 13 2020 im here to update yall, i started doing the chloe ting 2 week shred thing and boy, im so glad i did this workout for a few weeks before starting chloe ting. Anyways, i'm now currently 152 Pounds and i still see literally no difference in my body. maybe its just me but ive still got a lot of time in my hands so ill continue working out!
AYEE HEY AGAIN ITS ALMOST AUGUST RIGHT NOW ITS *JULY 30* AND UUUH bad news i stopped working out because we had to go on an emergency trip that lasted about four weeks and so im back to my original weight from last check in which is 159 pounds BUUUUT im back home and ready to start working on my core and thighs (i have hip dips an had no idea until now😭) but yeah still going strong and ive developed a love for working out daily. If i dont workout at least a lil every day i just feel kind of bored or slumpy and gross. Im not sure if thats a bad thing but hey at least im always down/motivated to exercise! ill check in again once ive gotten closer to my goal ;)

I had a question too, would this be better to do in the morning or night or maybe in the day? I like to do it at night to burn the calories but I just wanted to ask bye!

Kinda hurts me when I see young kids looking at these videos like 10-12 . When I was that age I was worrying about my weight too and honestly it’s not healthy . Be a kid and enjoy yourself , that’s what your supposed to do!

@@red.is_sus134 you should decrease you junk food consumptstion a lot if not totally cut it to zero and sleep and wake up at the same time and do a little warm up if not exercise your fat will burn significantly in a matter of 2 weeks and yeah don't eat any meat at all for protein stick with veggies and don't eat too much egg yolk whites are good tho.

That's great, Levi! Next time to avoid feeling so burnt out in the middle of the exercise, just start with some of our quick workout exercises. We have those that range from 7-15mins. Just do a quick one until you get the hang of it and then gradually increase the minutes you're working out each time you feel you're more ready. Does this make sense to you? Hope so! Feziwe Sodwele you should try your best to finish it, first couple of days will be hard but in my experience this workout isn’t as exhausting as it is right when I started it, I’ve lost 3kg in 2 weeks with this workout alongside a couple of others and a decent diet, one thing I used to get through the workouts was thinking of myself with a shredded body

I got my diet plan from Agoge Diet and lost 2kg in just 10 days. So far, so good. Can't wait to see numbers on scale after 20 more days. I am so excited about this.
The only hard part is feeling that second hand embarrassment when your parents see you working out and they’re like “Uhm.. what are you doing-“ and I tell them I’m exercising and they say “Oh your fine you don’t need to.” When really kids should always get 1 hour of exercise every day to make sure they are healthy- it’s may not be necessary, but I wanna be healthy! :)
You got this, •granoly•! I suggest you do a quick workout like 7-10mins (you can find tons of these in our channel) and find which one works best for you. The most important thing here is for you to find a workout that you enjoy doing and will make you come back everyday so you'll be motivated to exercise regularly. @@jen-ih4kf Your so skinny- Im 150 and thats my goal weight. In my opinion I dont think you need to do this unless you want. Im very insecure so I do exersises and un acress the whole neighborhood everyday. Its for soccer. Well, gl.

It's been 1 month and 1 week and i lose 11.7 kg by doing this and combining dance and another 45 minutes of work out all in all it's been 2 hours everyday sometimes it exceed, it's been hard for me at first but if you want to lose weight it's not impossible from 90 kg to 79.3 kg still doing this until i reach my dream weight , so after i reach my dream weight i can do light work out to maintain it so don't lose hope if i can do it you can do it too💖
