Since my 2nd child was born my weight is goin up to 30kgs then I started IF about a month ago, and doing this wo for a week combined with other exercise from your video and it's so powerful. I can lose 5kgs from 90kgs to 85kgs. My target for the next 1 year is 70kgs, wml to always consistent to do this every morning before activities!

When I start exercising my belly was 36 now after 5days with 15days intermittent fasting I am 😊😊😊 33 but today I am really hurt for 1thing. 6month ago I had a C-section surgery that's why today I have a little bleeding so I need to stop this exercise for someday but really this is amazing to me. and my mom also trying it. I can completely relate. South Indian here who cannot avoid rice, but try to minimise the quantity. Fix to one cup in which u have to segregate some rice for curry, rasam or sambhar and then finally Curd. Plan it in that way and u will definitely loose ur extra weight. All the best 😍👍

This workout is great for beginners! I did this workout today together with the flat tummy workout. Additionally, I skipped the breaks / did some fast steps in-between exercises. Two little Tips for People who are trying this: Do not stop moving when you take a break and focus on your breathing while doing the exercises :)

@@badakconuda254I was not on any type of restrictive diet. I ate everything just smaller portions and not a lot of sweets. I do not eat after 7pm or before 11 am. It works !!

Hello everyone ! First of all just love your body no matter what, looks and scales don’t matter as long as you are happy, comfortable and healthy. I’m starting a small one month challenge because I’ve been feeling a little bad in my body lately so i want to become healthier and lose some weigh. I’m 76kg (167,55 pounds) and would really like to get to 60-65kg hopefully by the end of the year. Wish me luck ! I’m doing this workout as long as another one of her videos everyday. For the food i’m just stopping sodas, junk food and trying to eat less carbs and more vegetables /protein (nothing too strict). Will keep you updated each week !

I absolutely LOVE Roberta's gym I have through all of your workout videos and this on has to be my favorite. I hate workouts when you have get up and down and jump but this was just what I was looking for!! Accepted this challenge , will share my progress here Day 1 : lasted till 20 minutes , sweating a little , feels good already. Day 2 : did the full workout , my body feels really good , there was a bit muscle pain . Overall amazing process

Did u try to avoid food with a lot of calories /sweets/fried etc? Bc not only u have to do the excercises u have to be on a calorie deficit, try some vegies. Just saying, but each person has different genetics so that's all I'm gonna say
This is my first time commenting on this channel. I turned 40 last year and so I started doing these workouts daily back in Oct. 2023. I was getting so healthy and lost some weight and really toned up. For the past year I was super nauseated and had abdominal pain for the first 3 hours after waking up. Then starting in June I was suffering with pain and nausea and my heart wouldn't stop pounding, even when I was at rest. It pretty much lasted all day, and I couldn't sleep more than 2 hours at a time because I would wake up with my heart pounding and in so much pain and pressure in my stomach. I had to stop exercising because it made my symptoms worse. It took me 3 trips to the emergency room (3 straight days in a row) to figure out that I had 2 big gallstones (1.5cm each) in my gallbladder. By the grace of God and a lot of phone calls and visits to their office with crying and begging to the surgical department, my gallbladder removal surgery was scheduled. It's been 25 days since my laparoscopic gallbladder removal surgery. I was really sore and couldn't walk far for the first 3 weeks, even riding in the car was painful. I wasn't able to exercise for almost 6 weeks. I've also been on medical leave from work and been mostly sitting on my butt for 3 of those weeks. Starting a week ago, I started walking 1 mile in the evening and slowly walking more each day. This is my 3rd day in a row exercising again! I was a little weak at first but today I felt normal while exercising again. My leg muscles ache but, that's how you know it's working lol. I just gotta keep moving. I go back to work in 3 days where I stand for 8 hours and do crouching and lifting 50lbs and less. Thank you, Roberta's gym! It's so easy to follow the workouts, I actually jog in place during the rest periods. I also do 2-3 of these videos in one session that I do daily. There are so many to choose from, they are all awesome! I honestly don't think I could go back to my normal work so fast if it wasn't for these videos. I was in good shape when I had my surgery and now, I'm almost back to normal! If you're reading this and you are just starting out or are thinking about making that change, just do it. Stop making excuses and do it. If you make yourself do one of these videos every day for at least 4 days to a week in a row, you will be more likely to continue. It was hard at first and I hate to sweat but now, I absolutely love it. I thoroughly enjoy it.
Ok guys. Here's the report. First day it hurts, and I couldn't finish the 2nd set. Next day it hurts again but I finish the whole work out. Third day I am good to go and now I am doing this work out for the last 10 days religiously without fail. It feels so good to see the work out success trophy in the end 💪🙌😇 . Just loving it and feel stronger and motivated each passing day. By the way, I had lost hope and life felt so meaningless after I lost my dearest pet Molly ( Beautiful 7.5 year old Lab) two months ago. Hi Roberta it's very useful to me. Am 80 kg I felt overweight not able to anything. After doing this past 10 days . I feel very light..my weight reduced. First 3 days very tough to after that it's good. Now am happy totally weight loss in this 10 days... great Thank you so much

I don't want to record my progress, I just want to know I did it every day. Plus, I didn't implement any changes to my eating habits (when I did, I grew resentful and gave up) Day 1: ✅️ (wasn't that hard) Day 2: ✅️ (my whole body was hurting so I didn't do the squats. also got my period) Day 3: ✅️ (did half of the squats. my cramps are pretty bad...) It is interesting how sometimes we have no idea just how significantly we affect other people. I have a growing channel of my own... but before I could make myself get on camera I had to be ok with how I look. Hate to admit it but yes I care. I've tried diets and workout regimens and quit so many times I lost count. Well... then I found your channel. I love all your workouts. I've stuck with them for months! I've even been motivated to turn a portion of my basement into a gym. Hung a TV in the corner and had friends over and worked out to your videos. Bought a different bikini... felt good for my honeymoon.. started my channel... and firmly believe I'll be like a whole new person as I continue to work out through the winter. So much memories 😢 I started my journey back in September 2022 and this was one of the only workouts I was able to complete without pausing or taking breaks. Even after completing the 14 days, I still continued to do it until I had gotten to day 35! Present day, I have lost 78 pounds and out of those 78, this workout helped me lose about 12. Maine 12 days complete kiya coz mujhe 13th day par viral fever hogaya lekin 12 days main mera weight 71.3 sey 69.2 hua and mujhe pcod hai and haan aur maine sugar lena band kar diya tha sirf subhe chai mai sugar liya tha and 8pm max 8.30pm ke baad khana nahi khati thi aur basic ghar ka khana khaya but I would suggest agar aap aachi diet follow kare toh best results aasakte hai...try it

I did this today and I was able to complete the workout til the end. I burned 239 kcal but I honestly didn't find it fit for my liking as the rest is too long. I find myself doing random stuff during rest time just to get the burn going. Still, thank you for uploading this video for people working out at home. Hey there!... I have been watching your videos for quite a while now.... Have been exercising at home through the videos uploaded on your channel.... And I do truly enjoy these workout routines.... But I have been trying random routines which I feel isn't really helping me much.... So from today, I will try and follow this routine for the entire month of November and record my everyday progress here in the same comment. Lets see how it goes. 🤞🤞🤞🤞 Day-1 (1/11/2022) Weight: 79 kg Calories burnt: 205 Working out today after almost 10-15 days. I couldn't workout because of festivities and now when today I started, man it was tough. But still went well.... I completed the entire routine.... But the most difficult part for me was oblique twist squat..... Also side leg raises.... Maintaining balance in it was difficult... But I guess I shall be good at this after few days..... Daily practice shall make things easier.... So ya that's it for today..... I shall see you tomorrow with day-2 of my workout.... Also I will now weigh myself on the last day of this month, i.e. on the last day of this challenge Day-2 (2/11/2022) Ahhh! Day-2 went really bad. Hate myself today.... Even while writing this.... I love working out after dinner cuz I'm not a morning person but it feels good to workout then shower n fall asleep lol ( I use to sleep late now I sleep earlier thx to using all my energy on working out)

i stop at 23:00 because i feel like i want throw out. its okay, maybe because its been a long time since I workout. Let's try again tomorrow. I just start my 2 week loss weight challenge. I will take this as my daily workout routine. I also take care of my diet. Let's together wait for the result after 2 weeks. Since my 2nd child was born my weight is goin up to 30kgs then I started IF about a month ago, and doing this wo for a week combined with other exercise from your video and it's so powerful. I can lose 5kgs from 90kgs to 85kgs. My target for the next 1 year is 70kgs, wml to always consistent to do this every morning before activities!

When I start exercising my belly was 36 now after 5days with 15days intermittent fasting I am 😊😊😊 33 but today I am really hurt for 1thing. 6month ago I had a C-section surgery that's why today I have a little bleeding so I need to stop this exercise for someday but really this is amazing to me. and my mom also trying it. I can completely relate. South Indian here who cannot avoid rice, but try to minimise the quantity. Fix to one cup in which u have to segregate some rice for curry, rasam or sambhar and then finally Curd. Plan it in that way and u will definitely loose ur extra weight. All the best 😍👍

Hello everyone ! First of all just love your body no matter what, looks and scales don’t matter as long as you are happy, comfortable and healthy.
I’m starting a small one month challenge because I’ve been feeling a little bad in my body lately so i want to become healthier and lose some weigh. I’m 76kg (167,55 pounds) and would really like to get to 60-65kg hopefully by the end of the year. Wish me luck ! I’m doing this workout as long as another one of her videos everyday. For the food i’m just stopping sodas, junk food and trying to eat less carbs and more vegetables /protein (nothing too strict). Will keep you updated each week !

I hate workouts when you have get up and down and jump but this was just what I was looking for!! Did u try to avoid food with a lot of calories /sweets/fried etc? Bc not only u have to do the excercises u have to be on a calorie deficit, try some vegies. Just saying, but each person has different genetics so that's all I'm gonna say
This is my first time commenting on this channel. I turned 40 last year and so I started doing these workouts daily back in Oct. 2023. I was getting so healthy and lost some weight and really toned up. For the past year I was super nauseated and had abdominal pain for the first 3 hours after waking up. Then starting in June I was suffering with pain and nausea and my heart wouldn't stop pounding, even when I was at rest. It pretty much lasted all day, and I couldn't sleep more than 2 hours at a time because I would wake up with my heart pounding and in so much pain and pressure in my stomach. I had to stop exercising because it made my symptoms worse. It took me 3 trips to the emergency room (3 straight days in a row) to figure out that I had 2 big gallstones (1.5cm each) in my gallbladder. By the grace of God and a lot of phone calls and visits to their office with crying and begging to the surgical department, my gallbladder removal surgery was scheduled. It's been 25 days since my laparoscopic gallbladder removal surgery. I was really sore and couldn't walk far for the first 3 weeks, even riding in the car was painful. I wasn't able to exercise for almost 6 weeks. I've also been on medical leave from work and been mostly sitting on my butt for 3 of those weeks. Starting a week ago, I started walking 1 mile in the evening and slowly walking more each day. This is my 3rd day in a row exercising again! I was a little weak at first but today I felt normal while exercising again. My leg muscles ache but, that's how you know it's working lol. I just gotta keep moving. I go back to work in 3 days where I stand for 8 hours and do crouching and lifting 50lbs and less. Thank you, Roberta's gym! It's so easy to follow the workouts, I actually jog in place during the rest periods. I also do 2-3 of these videos in one session that I do daily. There are so many to choose from, they are all awesome! I honestly don't think I could go back to my normal work so fast if it wasn't for these videos. I was in good shape when I had my surgery and now, I'm almost back to normal! If you're reading this and you are just starting out or are thinking about making that change, just do it. Stop making excuses and do it. If you make yourself do one of these videos every day for at least 4 days to a week in a row, you will be more likely to continue. It was hard at first and I hate to sweat but now, I absolutely love it. I thoroughly enjoy it.
Ok guys. Here's the report. First day it hurts, and I couldn't finish the 2nd set. Next day it hurts again but I finish the whole work out. Third day I am good to go and now I am doing this work out for the last 10 days religiously without fail. It feels so good to see the work out success trophy in the end 💪🙌😇 . Just loving it and feel stronger and motivated each passing day. By the way, I had lost hope and life felt so meaningless after I lost my dearest pet Molly ( Beautiful 7.5 year old Lab) two months ago. And this workout has helped me a lot to gain back all the confidence and look at the brighter side of life. Thank you Roberta. Love from India ❤🌹 🙂

Hi Roberta it's very useful to me. Am 80 kg I felt overweight not able to anything. After doing this past 10 days . I feel very light..my weight reduced. First 3 days very tough to after that it's good. Now am happy totally weight loss in this 10 days... great

I don't want to record my progress, I just want to know I did it every day. Plus, I didn't implement any changes to my eating habits (when I did, I grew resentful and gave up)

It is interesting how sometimes we have no idea just how significantly we affect other people. I have a growing channel of my own... but before I could make myself get on camera I had to be ok with how I look. Hate to admit it but yes I care. I've tried diets and workout regimens and quit so many times I lost count. Well... then I found your channel. I love all your workouts. I've stuck with them for months! I've even been motivated to turn a portion of my basement into a gym. Hung a TV in the corner and had friends over and worked out to your videos. Bought a different bikini... felt good for my honeymoon.. started my channel... and firmly believe I'll be like a whole new person as I continue to work out through the winter. I actually look forward to your workouts. When I feel in a funk, I turn your video on because it mentally helps also to blow off steam. Thank you!

So much memories 😢 I started my journey back in September 2022 and this was one of the only workouts I was able to complete without pausing or taking breaks.
Even after completing the 14 days, I still continued to do it until I had gotten to day 35! Present day, I have lost 78 pounds and out of those 78, this workout helped me lose about 12. Thank you so much, Roberta. I will never give up on your workouts ❤.

Maine 12 days complete kiya coz mujhe 13th day par viral fever hogaya lekin 12 days main mera weight 71.3 sey 69.2 hua and mujhe pcod hai and haan aur maine sugar lena band kar diya tha sirf subhe chai mai sugar liya tha and 8pm max 8.30pm ke baad khana nahi khati thi aur basic ghar ka khana khaya but I would suggest agar aap aachi diet follow kare toh best results aasakte hai...try it

I did this today and I was able to complete the workout til the end. I burned 239 kcal but I honestly didn't find it fit for my liking as the rest is too long. I find myself doing random stuff during rest time just to get the burn going.
Still, thank you for uploading this video for people working out at home. I'm sure you've helped a lot through their fitness journey. Cheers!

Hey there!... I have been watching your videos for quite a while now.... Have been exercising at home through the videos uploaded on your channel.... And I do truly enjoy these workout routines.... But I have been trying random routines which I feel isn't really helping me much.... Working out today after almost 10-15 days. I couldn't workout because of festivities and now when today I started, man it was tough. But still went well.... I completed the entire routine.... But the most difficult part for me was oblique twist squat..... Also side leg raises.... Maintaining balance in it was difficult... But I guess I shall be good at this after few days..... Daily practice shall make things easier.... So ya that's it for today..... I shall see you tomorrow with day-2 of my workout.... Also I will now weigh myself on the last day of this month, i.e. on the last day of this challenge

Ahhh! Day-2 went really bad. Hate myself today.... Even while writing this.... I feel disgusted by myself.... I didn't complete the workout today.... Left it half way..... I love working out after dinner cuz I'm not a morning person but it feels good to workout then shower n fall asleep lol ( I use to sleep late now I sleep earlier thx to using all my energy on working out)
