I used to work out with this channel way back to 2019-2020 then stopped. I'm back after 2 long years, after some extra kilos gained. I started this specific work out; Well, it's haaard, my body is not used to any physical activity but I I pratcticed to 22 minutes so I am very proud of myself. Thank you!

My weight is 65kg and height is 5'4" My goal is 52 kg. Day 1:Idk man. I'm sweating so much. Day 2:After day 1 my back and legs were hurting. But I didn’t give up and completed the workout now. It's refreshing and I think my body is now cooperating as I don’t feel pain now. Day 3:❌ my legs were hurting so much. Day 4: my health was much better but I skipped workout. Day 5: I was busy. Day 6: I completed the workout. My weight was the same but I'm feeling lighter and confident. Day 7:✔️much easier. I sometimes skip the rest times. Day 8:

I really like this workout. I sweat a lot with these simple exercises. I am looking for some such other 30 mins routines to start with so I have a variety to keep me motivated. Do you also have videos on weight lifting exercises which can be done at home? That would really help to alternate between cardio and weight lifting. I do yoga for stretching. Thank you

I'm on day 4 I have diastasis recti and been extremely self coincidence about my stomach this most I weighed in my life exactly two years ago I had two daughters back to back and after second my rummy didnt shrink back. I'm going do my hardest to do this everyday get my body used to exercising.

Hi, I have been following your work out for few weeks. I had my kidney transplant surgery few months ago so there are some steps we can't do it. It will be very helpful if you upload work out videos specially for kidney transplant patients 🙏🙏.
Just take it easy, Sumee! I suggest you do a quick workout like 7-10mins (you can find tons of these in our channel) and find which one works best for you. The most important thing here is for you to find a workout that you enjoy doing and will make you come back everyday so you'll be motivated to exercise regularly. One that will not burn you out and make you dread working out. Good luck and I hope you do exercise!💪
My weight is varying from 143 pounds to 146 pounds. I am 5'3". I am going to do this for a month and couple days. Start : July 19 Day 1: Felt so tired and sore. Sweating like hell. Day 2: It was not as bad as it was the first day. I am shaking less. I think I am gaining strength!! Day 3: It felt like the longest 30 minutes of my life. I felt weak from the previous days. Day 4: Almost didn't do it bc I was busy. I did it at night and at that time, im usually more productive. It went fast and I even ended up not needing longer breaks than it gives in the vid!! Day 5: Just started my period... (I still did it though). I felt so sick. Day 6: Felt good. Took longer then it should have. Day 7: Easy. Started to add cardio from the treadmill. Day 8: Got everything done faster. I am feeling good! Day 9:

Tbh, I followed your 30 mins exercises last year for about 2 months at 10pm every night and I lost about a kilo so it is working. First time done today ..... I really enjoyed it, it's fun and you feel what you did 😉... I'll try it a week now in combo with interval fasting... I'll update then.. HAVE A NICE DAY 😁 Edit: It's been a powerful week I feel great and my body started changing for the good not on the scale but, my bodyform started getting slimmer especially on my legs. I combined this workout after two days with a 20minutes belly strength workout and a 10minutes arm burn+stretch.... So in total 1 hour a day in the morning ... I can just say that it's worth it.... So stay motivated and confident, if you can't do the full exercise do something easier but don't stop... I'll keep going as well 💪😋

I have found the range of exercises good. There is a suggestion though. In the voice over you should have addition instructions for breathing (when to breathe in and when to breathe out), instructions regading specific muscles that the exercise will target (preferably in Visual format) and definitely common postural mistakes one does while doing the exercise. This will help us avoid mistakes and derive full benefit!!

I just completed my 115 th day of belly workout excluding 20 resting days so total 135 days I have been persistent in my exercise that's equivalent to more than four months four and half months exactly, honestly thirty minutes of workout is a must ! For example first two months I worked for thirty minutes no stretch routine included I got sculpted abs ! Then later two months I worked out for fifteen minutes belly workout and fifteen minutes stretching I gained weight I am happy but sculpted abs were not that toned so started with thirty minutes of belly workout again not to loose weight but to have toned sculpted abs which anyways I have slim body but still and started thirty minutes workout and it's my sixth day of thirty minutes of belly or total body workout and in just five days I saw such amazing results my body is so so toned and looking good again hence thirty minutes of workout is must and now I have added daily stretch routine middle split and back bending on alternative day for fifteen minutes and it gives amazing results honestly so total fourty five minutes of workout out a day and at least fifteen minutes meditation Vipassana daily morning and evening each time ! Thanks to this channel your workouts are amazing !

I'm extremely grateful I found this workout. I'm on day 4 I have diastasis recti and been extremely self coincidence about my stomach this most I weighed in my life exactly two years ago I had two daughters back to back and after second my rummy didnt shrink back. I'm going do my hardest to do this everyday get my body used to exercising.

Hi, I have been following your work out for few weeks.
I had my kidney transplant surgery few months ago so there are some steps we can't do it. It will be very helpful if you upload work out videos specially for kidney transplant patients 🙏🙏.
Just take it easy, Sumee! I suggest you do a quick workout like 7-10mins (you can find tons of these in our channel) and find which one works best for you. The most important thing here is for you to find a workout that you enjoy doing and will make you come back everyday so you'll be motivated to exercise regularly. One that will not burn you out and make you dread working out. Good luck and I hope you do exercise!💪

My weight is varying from 143 pounds to 146 pounds. I am 5'3".
I am going to do this for a month and couple days. Start : July 19
Day 1: Felt so tired and sore. Sweating like hell.
Day 2: It was not as bad as it was the first day. I am shaking less. I think I am gaining strength!!
Day 3: It felt like the longest 30 minutes of my life. I felt weak from the previous days.
Day 4: Almost didn't do it bc I was busy. I did it at night and at that time, im usually more productive. It went fast and I even ended up not needing longer breaks than it gives in the vid!!
Day 5: Just started my period... (I still did it though). I felt so sick.
Day 6: Felt good. Took longer then it should have.
Day 7: Easy. Started to add cardio from the treadmill.
Day 8: Got everything done faster. I am feeling good!

I am back to exercising again after I got lazy doing it bec of my wfh set up. Tbh, I followed your 30 mins exercises last year for about 2 months at 10pm every night and I lost about a kilo so it is working. I like that there are variations of 30 mins exercises coz I get bored doing the same everyday. Lol. Thanks for your videos. I am from the Philippines 💗🇵🇭💪

Edit: It's been a powerful week I feel great and my body started changing for the good not on the scale but, my bodyform started getting slimmer especially on my legs. I combined this workout after two days with a 20minutes belly strength workout and a 10minutes arm burn+stretch....
So in total 1 hour a day in the morning ... I can just say that it's worth it....
So stay motivated and confident, if you can't do the full exercise do something easier but don't stop...
I'll keep going as well 💪😋

I have found the range of exercises good. There is a suggestion though. In the voice over you should have addition instructions for breathing (when to breathe in and when to breathe out), instructions regading specific muscles that the exercise will target (preferably in Visual format) and definitely common postural mistakes one does while doing the exercise. This will help us avoid mistakes and derive full benefit!!

I just completed my 115 th day of belly workout excluding 20 resting days so total 135 days I have been persistent in my exercise that's equivalent to more than four months four and half months exactly, honestly thirty minutes of workout is a must !
For example first two months I worked for thirty minutes no stretch routine included I got sculpted abs ! Then later two months I worked out for fifteen minutes belly workout and fifteen minutes stretching I gained weight I am happy but sculpted abs were not that toned so started with thirty minutes of belly workout again not to loose weight but to have toned sculpted abs which anyways I have slim body but still and started thirty minutes workout and it's my sixth day of thirty minutes of belly or total body workout and in just five days I saw such amazing results my body is so so toned and looking good again hence thirty minutes of workout is must and now I have added daily stretch routine middle split and back bending on alternative day for fifteen minutes and it gives amazing results honestly so total fourty five minutes of workout out a day and at least fifteen minutes meditation Vipassana daily morning and evening each time !
