This is my day 1 of this challenge. Successfully completed except that oblique twist squat. Day 1- weight 89.75 Day 2- successfully completed except oblique twist squat. Weight 89.20kgs Day 3- quite tough. Hardly completed second set. Wt 89 kgs Day 4 rest day
Great no jumping fantastic , still sweating not as much as the other exercises like some of the new ones, trying to catch me out, thank you so much lost in 1 1/2 inches to my legs, 1/2ihch off top arms, and 1/2 off my tummy, my tummy upsets me the most, it's floppy and have lost from since here which is 15inches, now my tummy is slowing down , anyway doing great and rejuvenating 💌😘 ..till next time...Mazza!

My weight is 67.6kg and I am 164cm I am gonna do this and walk 30 minutes to lose weight i am gonna update you guys Day1: I did this workout It was quite hard but it isn't that hard honestly and I had a lot of sweat. Day2:COMPLETED IT oh god it was tons harder than yesterday idk why maybe my body was sore but yeah I completed it thanks to God

Well, Pyari, you're really going to have to do it to find out for yourself, because weight loss results differ depending on things like your current weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, and how hard you train. Remember that you would also need to watch your diet--avoid grains, sugar, and junk foods. Good luck and I hope you do exercise!❤️💪
I still have an injured knee from one of the work outs. I still exercise but very careful with the knee.
