Hey Roberta, I don't know how much I owe you. As for the Muslims, Ramadan is going on and I was sceptical about not losing my weight and instead gaining. But then I'm hella shocked, how my few clothes got so loose on my body and they fit so well. I kept those inside the wardrobe as to be given to someone as I am not able to wear them anymore! But today after wearing them just to check how my body has changed, I couldn't literally thank enough at that time itself to you. I was thanking you in my mind because, it was possible for the workouts you shared with the world. And now I can wear those unfit clothes like a QUEEN! Alhumdulillah. Diet and your workout was the best thing happened to my life. I was super stressed and depressed due to various alarming circumstances of my life and still I am but your workout has changed my life too because I easily don't burst out and don't go so hopeless nor helpless. May Almighty bless you with immense health and wealth. I still didn't check my weight, because I'll only check it after I take off the full fat from my tummy. Tummy fat is yet on process to get over from. For me it was like a dream to loose as I am a pcod patient and this struggle to fight the weight started from 26th December 2019. @@Aisha-gd6dq nah I don't do it while fasting. I do it around 9pm. And then I pray taraweeh. Because with sudden break of fasting, and then praying with full stomach is not possible by me. I need to take them out and then I go for prayer with free tummy. Also I control my food intake even during Ramadan and I keep myself hydrated as much as possible.
Recurring knee problems from a problem I had as a kid/teenager have been causing me pain but I'm so happy to have found this video that let me workout while I let my knees recover. Thank you!

I start with 1 the first week, the 2do week I add 2 routine and my I’m in my 3rd week I add another routine so my morning exercise is 1:40 minutes. I love the routines ❤️❤️❤️Every week I get stronger and I lost 10lbs with a diet of no sugar and very little carbs and lots of proteins . Thanks 🙏 for your great 👍 routines
This work out is my soul mate. I never expected sweats be falling down with just me standing up and i am just using a small portion of our little bedroom. 😭💕 I will do it this time. (i also love the rest time she's so considerate 🤗)

It absolutely works! Take it from me and I hate exercising. It's not easy but you feel great after every session. Been doing this consistently and I keep hearing people say "Wow, you lost weight" :)
Some of these exercises look a little repetitive, like I've seen them in other Roberta's gym videos. but if that's what works that's what I'll continue to do to burn this fat off my waist! 🔥🔥🔥🧡❤
i loved this workout, there were no expectations and i didnt feel judged by a skinny white girl in yoga pants. it was straightforward and gave you the ability to rest as needed =, def loved this!

Im 66 KG, 4 days doing this exercise. I have a lot of flabby fats on my thigh and arms. this is really great cause i cant do much workout without feeling nausea for overexerting myself Will update the result in a week :)
@@mn-kv3zx i loss almost 2kg in two weeks. Maybe cause i eat what i still eat and not doing much like before i start exercising. By week 3 i join a gym program. I also tried to do their morning exercise, try not to stick on just a single exercise if u want a more noticeable result. 😊

My doctor said for my height and density of my bone, I am overweight. I need to lose 13 kg as fast as possible, because my leg already swollen. I don’t want to push myself too much. Started it today on November 23. This year quarantine was pretty depressing, gained even more than last year. 10 kg gained since the beginning of the pandemic. Today, it’s 71kg with 165 centimeters of height. Will try to stick to it, hopefully will have something to update later... Also, 12 minutes in and I feel like my clothes got quite wet.

I'm in the middle of trying to lose weight so I did this workout after my brisk walk every morning. And you know what, I already lost almost 8kg this year. It's a bit slow but still worth it since I still can enjoy every bite of my favorite foods.

it kinda repeated a bit at the end hehe but I like this a lot because I can exercise even with small space available. I can no longer make excuses for myself that we don't have enough space at home for exercise. Thanks a lot~

Did it for just 1 week as i tried other workouts but for this one I lost around 1kg considering 18-6 fasting as well.

I was doing them a year back and I could easily sweat and reduce.
Now I am renewing them once again and I hope it won't be disappointing

Started it today on November 23.
This year quarantine was pretty depressing, gained even more than last year. 10 kg gained since the beginning of the pandemic.
Today, it’s 71kg with 165 centimeters of height. Will try to stick to it, hopefully will have something to update later...
Also, 12 minutes in and I feel like my clothes got quite wet.

Buna Nina! Felicitari! In cat timp ai slabit 4 kg, ce exercitii ai facut, de cate ori pe zi/cate zile pe saptamana? Si daca ai tinut cumva si dieta. Te-as ruga mult, daca poti sa=mi dai aceste detalii si iti multumesc anticipat! Sanatate multa si spor in toate!

I'm in the middle of trying to lose weight so I did this workout after my brisk walk every morning. And you know what, I already lost almost 8kg this year. It's a bit slow but still worth it since I still can enjoy every bite of my favorite foods.
