Updates its been 2 weeks of me doing this. ;Brethren, this is a testimony. Im feeling healthwise good and my bones have strength from the stretching. Previously i couldnt go jogging without constantly stopping. Today 4th day of 5.2km jogging without having to stop on the way. My waist line continues to be small. I try to eat healthier as i dont follow any diet. I cook often and avoid processed sugar as much as i can. My skin is giving 😊. My work causes back and joint pains but for now that is history. Im so grateful. My birthday is this month 24th and i want to have attained my desired waistline. Thank you Roberta ,God bless you

Doing this for a month ❤ Day 1: feeling SUPER tired but fine 🎉 Day 2: feeling strong and better! Can already see the mucles building!!❤ Day 3: feeling AMAZING! It might be a little progress at a time, but i can defenitely already see resaults! Its getting less and less tiring and painful ❤ Day 4: feeling a bit Tired but definitely worth it! Starting to enjoy these 😊 Day 5: had a long day, came home did this workout, feeling 10 times better !🥳 Day 6: feeling goood and after this i did a butt workout! Day 7: feeling SUPER light 😅 Day 8: started doing this excersize as well as a removing butt fat workout everyday! Me personally, i struggle with reach throws, and knee tuck crunches most ❤

Thanks for the encouraging comment. I love her videos. I always try to do 2 videos a day. 5-6× a week. At 59, having a good level of fitness gets more important than the scale. Hopefully I can lose 15-20 lbs in the process. I definitely feel better do these videos. Good luck and hang in there!

Well I only started your workouts because in Highschool it’s hard so I get shamed a lot even for jokes it’s hard for me so I went on a journey to prove them wrong I lost a lot!
My goal is to lose 5 kg of fats so I can play football with my friends. Day 1: kinda exhausted, but I'm proud that I finished it Day 2: Day 3: felling better but still kinda exhausted Day 4: Day 5: It's becoming less exhausted but it still exhausts me a little. So here i am I'm starting this 30 mins workout along with gymming its my first day to do this session of 30 mins with roberta but i have followed her 10 mins morning routine for warm up in initial dayss so heres my reviewsss Day 1 - it was a josh filled day of workout i was not so perfect at some but did a pretty good job .....huhh my arms are hurting lil bit but thats okay😅 So day 2 :- it was good.. able to do lil more perfect legs are hurtinggg but yeah it is better than day 1st Stay tuned.......! The most important thing here is for you to find a workout that you enjoy doing and will make you come back everyday so you'll be motivated to exercise regularly. hi doing this workout and the 20 min workout since past 2 weeks and i have lost 3.3kg very effective did no heavy diet too just avoided sugar
and also the 50 mins of daily were like burning helll!!!!!

Remember that in leg raises raise only so much without losing alignment of your body. Also, keeping feet flexed and knees locked will deepen the move.

Yes girls I was weighing 211 pounds and I started doing this exercise over two weeks now. And now am weighing 165 pounds. And still a little bit confused. Asking myself can I loose so much in such a little while. Even wanted to speak to my doctor to see if anything is wrong with me.

The most important thing here is for you to find a workout that you enjoy doing and will make you come back everyday so you'll be motivated to exercise regularly.
