      I like this because the music is upbeat and something I can do with my daughter. A lot of these fitness channels use songs I wouldn't dare play in front of my children so thank you for this! Just subbed bc of this!

      Stay strong, I am trying to lose weight and getting into working out again after severe depression. I know how you feel❤ I beliwve in you, if you can only take half the work out, that is still perfectly fine, as long as you try your best and keep a good routine❤❤

    Nossa conheci esses dois hoje 22/02/024, faz 3 dias que estou me exercitando, não gosto de academia. amei as aulas deles, suei bastante, a partir de hoje vou fazer esse treino, precisei adapta 2 movimentos, mais os outros conseguir fazer direitinho. Pessoal estou feliz, por ter começado, hoje tenho 1, 69 e 81 kl, minha meta é menos uns 6 kl, já fico feliz....Mas, se conseguir mais melhor ainda. gratidão! depois eu volto pra falar se conseguir continuar, porque sei que tudo depende da nossa força de vontade e foco no resultado.

      @@lérotttttt поделала два дня и мне прям очень тяжело было..перешла на другой похожий аккаунт, там по 30 минут тренировки в марафоне и комфортно) по сей день тренируюсь - скинула на тех тренировках 13 кг😁 но и к этому профилю обязательно вернусь, как буду готова морально) потому что прям очень тяжело мне далась эта треня

      Sweat is water weight btw it’s only scale not body you need to be in a calorie deficit and eating some protein also make sure to lift some weights 2-3 times a week

    Я со своими 90 кг чуть не померла, на 5 минуте думала что мне конец, на 10 почти отошла в мир иной, но всё равно доделала😂💪 пусть и немного с перерывами, но от этого не хуже надеюсь

    I watched this Vedio yesterday and thought to do it but was doubtful if I can complete it….
    After 15 mins my legs were shivering. But I did it!!!

    I diet and exercise 15-20 minutes a day. After 20 days, I lost from 78kg to 74kg. Today will be my 2nd season (it starts on August 20th), I will persistently practice this exercise every day and will always check off after completing the exercise.

    I wanted to stop in the middle, but I continued until I finished. Sweat was pouring out profusely, my stomach was a little nauseous because I also rarely exercise. But after taking a shower I feel fresh, wow, thankyou!

    The best exercise. It's killer, honestly. I want to lose 10 to 15 pounds. I hope it helps. But when I do it, I really sweat. I wore my watch, and it showed that i lost almost 300 calories in just 25 min, and that's really good. I can't expect it. ❤❤ wish me luck to lose weight.

    this was perfect for me today, needed a good quick mood booster, got my heart rate up, i can do all jumps so i just modified sometimes with squats and alternate lunges , for me if i can move 30min a day while i am recovering thats good. i am recovering from pots and was sedentary for 3months after working out my whole life, love the lack of talking and longer intervals, love the punches, gets my heart rate up

    I usually only bring myself to growwithjo cardio workouts. I’m happy I found this one! It was gentle enough for someone who hates cardio but so effective! The only thing that killed me were the surfer jumps lol I had to modify

    Llevo casi 2 semanas haciendo esta rutina. Los primeros días empecé haciendo solo 10 min, luego 15 y ya llevo 2 días terminando toda la rutina. Sudo mucho y me siento mejor cuando hago ejercicio, me encantó !!! Pesaba 67 kg cuando inicié… veremos cuánto logro bajar 🩷

    Vi los primeros ejercicios de la rutina y pensé qu no era lo que buscaba porque estoy acostumbrada a los ejercicios HIIT de Alta Intensidad, sin embargo después que leí muchos comentarios quise darle una oportunidad, y efectivamente sudé como me gusta, voy a alternarla con otra rutina y la haré al menos 3 veces por semana.

    what a challenging and fun session, after having two anxiety attacks, I am pushing myself to commit to working out now and my toddler joined in which was so much fun. I was sweating throughout and kept pushing myself even when I felt like quitting. Thank you for this.

    Tô amando fazer esses exercícios foi o único que gostei pra mim nesse momento, amei é básico e faz soar muitooo e deixa o corpo mais relaxado dps do exercícios gostei já estou fazendo a 4 dias e tô amando ❤❤❤❤❤ escrito nova aaa ganharam uma faaaaa❤😊

    Tried this today, to change up my usual routine.
    I liked the clock, the count ins etc, i even like how the guy tries out the move before it goes into that move.
    Will be doing this quite often.

    Hi, came across your video. I was very interested but as I previewed the workout, I saw the jumping/bouncing. I was almost discouraged. I'm 67 and have RA, jumping is painful. However, I didn't give up n did the whole routine with some adjustments. I loved it. I enjoyed the music. It gave me energy. A BIG thanks

    wow this made me really sweaty afterwards !
    for first triers like me, i highly recommend following your own pace or else you might have a hard time catching your breath later on.
    dont push yourself too much and manage your breathing !! i completed the workout and did all the exercises but there were times when i took short pauses to allow myself to breathe as i can hear my heart beating so fast. nonetheless, i finished it and it was overall a great workout ! day 1 done ✔️

    Comecei a treinar dia 12/12/23. Comecei fazendo 8 minutos, depois 10 e agora consegui 12.
    De pouco a pouco a gente vai progredindo. No momento estou com 53kg e quero chegar a 50kg ate o Natal.
    Ótimo treino e depois que faço, me sinto ótima e animada. ❤👏
