Sweat is water weight btw it’s only scale not body you need to be in a calorie deficit and eating some protein also make sure to lift some weights 2-3 times a week

I diet and exercise 15-20 minutes a day. After 20 days, I lost from 78kg to 74kg. Today will be my 2nd season (it starts on August 20th), I will persistently practice this exercise every day and will always check off after completing the exercise. DAY 1: ✓

The best exercise. It's killer, honestly. I want to lose 10 to 15 pounds. I hope it helps. But when I do it, I really sweat. I wore my watch, and it showed that i lost almost 300 calories in just 25 min, and that's really good. I can't expect it. ❤❤ wish me luck to lose weight.
this was perfect for me today, needed a good quick mood booster, got my heart rate up, i can do all jumps so i just modified sometimes with squats and alternate lunges , for me if i can move 30min a day while i am recovering thats good. i am recovering from pots and was sedentary for 3months after working out my whole life, love the lack of talking and longer intervals, love the punches, gets my heart rate up

I usually only bring myself to growwithjo cardio workouts. I’m happy I found this one! It was gentle enough for someone who hates cardio but so effective! The only thing that killed me were the surfer jumps lol I had to modify

Vi los primeros ejercicios de la rutina y pensé qu no era lo que buscaba porque estoy acostumbrada a los ejercicios HIIT de Alta Intensidad, sin embargo después que leí muchos comentarios quise darle una oportunidad, y efectivamente sudé como me gusta, voy a alternarla con otra rutina y la haré al menos 3 veces por semana.

Hi, came across your video. I was very interested but as I previewed the workout, I saw the jumping/bouncing. I was almost discouraged. I'm 67 and have RA, jumping is painful. However, I didn't give up n did the whole routine with some adjustments. I loved it. I enjoyed the music. It gave me energy. A BIG thanks
wow this made me really sweaty afterwards ! for first triers like me, i highly recommend following your own pace or else you might have a hard time catching your breath later on. dont push yourself too much and manage your breathing !! i completed the workout and did all the exercises but there were times when i took short pauses to allow myself to breathe as i can hear my heart beating so fast. nonetheless, i finished it and it was overall a great workout ! day 1 done ✔️

One of the best cardio workouts I'd seen, didn't it because I'm starting to exercise again and decided to do 50% and lift weights the other half, but I'll always come back to it and hopefully I'll be able to finish it. Thank you so much!

Llevo casi 2 semanas haciendo esta rutina. Los primeros días empecé haciendo solo 10 min, luego 15 y ya llevo 2 días terminando toda la rutina. Sudo mucho y me siento mejor cuando hago ejercicio, me encantó !!! Pesaba 67 kg cuando inicié… veremos cuánto logro bajar 🩷

Vi los primeros ejercicios de la rutina y pensé qu no era lo que buscaba porque estoy acostumbrada a los ejercicios HIIT de Alta Intensidad, sin embargo después que leí muchos comentarios quise darle una oportunidad, y efectivamente sudé como me gusta, voy a alternarla con otra rutina y la haré al menos 3 veces por semana.

Hi, came across your video. I was very interested but as I previewed the workout, I saw the jumping/bouncing. I was almost discouraged. I'm 67 and have RA, jumping is painful. However, I didn't give up n did the whole routine with some adjustments. I loved it. I enjoyed the music. It gave me energy. A BIG thanks

for first triers like me, i highly recommend following your own pace or else you might have a hard time catching your breath later on.
dont push yourself too much and manage your breathing !! i completed the workout and did all the exercises but there were times when i took short pauses to allow myself to breathe as i can hear my heart beating so fast. nonetheless, i finished it and it was overall a great workout ! day 1 done ✔️
