@Amara Ezeoke from middle of May until now. But during first and second month I just did for half an hours😅. I also only eat below 700-500 calories per day. 2 weeks before this I eat a lot and not do any exercise for 3 weeks, then my weight gain for almost 2 kg. I start to do this exercise again and I got my weight back.
OMG!! What a wonderful find. I am 71 yrs old and I was searching the web for exercises that I could do. These animated routines are easy to follow, it's like putting WD-40 on my old joints to get them moving. I actually enjoy doing the different routines. I thank God for you Roberta!!!
This workout save my life after so much suffering after meal, working in front of the computer in a whole day. I got headache, pain and strain all over my body, and sometimes weird heart rhythm, and the digestion is very bad that it ruin all my sleep. But after this workout, everything is so much lighter!
I do this in the morning, along with a 10 minute arm workout and a 10 minute collarbone workout, 20 leg raises, 120 bicycle rotations, squats and crunches - I repeat this at night as well and I've seen the biggest difference in only two weeks. And it only takes just over an hour each time. It's really worth it!

Samia Jahan I just took control of what I eat and I stopped eating chocolate ,chips and junk food. I ate fruit for lunch and I ate my dinner at 7:00 pm. That’s all.
I honestly love it, after doing this twice a day and a full workout daily for 2 or 3 weeks I have lost 2.5 Kg!!! Thanks Roberta, I didn't follow any diet, I just stayed away from too many cars and sugary fatty foods, and replaced all drinks with water!!!

Subscribed 4 years ago I was 97kgs, started doing the 30 minutes workout everyday before my first meal and did intermittent fasting. In 3 months I was 64kgs. Last year I fell pregnant gained weight I was 89kgs on my last month of pregnancy. 3 days after birth I was 79kgs. 10 months postpartum (today) i am 86kgs🤦. I've started on the workouts, I want to see how long will it take me to be 64kg again. I trust Roberta's gym with my whole heart I know we'll do it💪

My baby who is now a year old is my boss she runs everything 🤦 I try working out on her nap time but sometimes I get busy with the house work that I couldn't finish while she was awake. Now I work out at least 3 times a week and my diet is on and off. But im happy with the results so far, I am toned and I feel energized. Hopefully next year I'll be able to workout 6 days a week Ow and im still breastfeeding, so its hard to do intermittent fasting

This is a great beginners workout for any age. As I progressed along, I turned it into a dance, using my arms way more than the video does. Then, to make it more challenging, I added ankle and wrist weights. It definitely gets your heart pumping.
I m obesse and weigh 143 kgs. Doing this twice daily for three days. Now I feel easy to move. I mean instead of asking someone to bring water I go myself and take it. Easy to work out. I want mobility first. Hope it will help me carry myself easier

I only do the standing workouts on this channel and I love it. I have issues with my back so I can't do floor exercises. It's also a migraine trigger for me. Thanks for these simple yet effective exercises.

I was doing few excercises from reborta's gym. I was getting this on my recommendation but didn't do it. But because of WFH, keep on sitting and can't go for walk outside. Then I started doing it before my call at home. It is so useful and my digestive system got sooo much better. I love Roberta's gym for making this ❤.

yes you can do any exercise after 30 minutes it's recommended

I did that to get out of boredom in my workouts and it was so refreshing. Plus I burnt 55calories in 15min. (Tracked by calorie counter in fitness band). Awesome Roberta gym.
I only do the standing workouts on this channel and I love it. I have issues with my back so I can't do floor exercises. It's also a migraine trigger for me. Thanks for these simple yet effective exercises.

@@ranaiqra9529 maybe more than 2 months.. Coz i have a endomorph body so i get fat easily.. But i really try my best to do it in the morning and before i sleep.. And i eat rice everyday but in the evening only bread and tea.. And more water.. More water.. More bathroom.. 😅

Day 1 : OK this was harder than I expected! Just finished it, had to take a tiny break after the 6th min mark 😆 I also did the stomach fat reducing workout + 15 min stretches before this

I do the exercises of this channel twice a day with my two little girls and we all enjoy more then just exerciseing thanks
I was doing few excercises from reborta's gym. I was getting this on my recommendation but didn't do it. But because of WFH, keep on sitting and can't go for walk outside. Then I started doing it before my call at home. It is so useful and my digestive system got sooo much better.
