I have had terrible, crippling problems with advanced spinal arthritis and sacroiliac joint dysfunction for the past 10 years. I used to be a daily power-walker, but haven't exercised seriously in a very long time. After some spinal injections and lidocaine patches, I decided to give it a try -- starting with this video and moving on to cardio as my condition improves. I actually feel good after today's session, and am looking forward to doing it again tomorrow. I like the fact that it's a relatively short, no-impact session, that there are rest breaks after every exercise, and that we don't have to get up after floor exercises. I'm 70 years old. So far, I think this is a very good video for older people, especially if they need to restore a sense of balance.

I think the only time I stand is when I’m cooking. I rarely go for outdoor walks anymore. I’ve become so stiff, that even this senior workout is an accomplishment! My goal is to do some 15 minutes exercising daily. I used to be a gym freak 10 years ago. Zumba, Yoga, Body Pump, Body Attack, weights, rowing, etc. I’m now 20 kgs heavier
Day 1 after a break. 53. India. I was 115 kgs. Through eating less alone I have come to 109. Ginger and Turmeric water helped. Did this workout 2 months ago. Liked it but could not do it long. Now, I have returned to it. My problem is inconsistency. If I do your exercise routine regularly - I CAN WIN, coz you are taking us ahead slow and steady with nothing too demanding but the cumulative effect could be magical. Will return tomorrow.
I am 46, I pulled a muscle near my knee and I am not able to walk on the treadmill. I felt discouraged because I am not able to workout. I found this and i am grateful because I can do this while healing...

They are good exercises for seniors but your counting starts out at an ok pace but you increase the counting pace
