    Thankyou Roberta's gym for this initiative. Please also make workout videos for people with lower back issues as some exercises like squats, windmills etc. are difficult to do with a bad back.

    I am 34 ..but my knees and back didnt allow me to do ur other exercises but still i was used to do ..but this one good can i do too....

    Its great for senior but I am 64 Years old and I practice sport since 45 Years so I prefer the other session I need rythm, cardio and movement!
