I love the workout, but what a mini workout
I follow your entire exercise daily ❤ I work to loose weight since i got hypertension which make my day worse if wrongly took food I watch out my food and do exercise if possible want to skip the medication which is in long term not good Thanks a lot for the exercises ❤
