67 years young. Walking with walker plus body Blade, body weight squats, lunges, yoga stretching without dislocating hips, lol. After 3plus yrs, Have great cardio, clear mind, killer tude. 46 yrs on power line. Its all about the work. Body has taken a beating but since retirement have focused on my health and fitness.
