    Great workout. Breaks a sweat. Those complaining about too long breaktime..breaking... not obligated to break. I workout straight thru with no breaks.

    I take a water therapy class and we do these in the water. Easier there but these are great.

      You are so right except you will get balance slowly
      whatever balance you have is good enough for now hold onto something if you need to

    How can I excercise fingers and hands. I am losing the strength in them. I can barely make a fist. I dont want to lose the use of my hands.
