    Lucy such a blessing you are! I am a digital nomad and have always used that as an excuse to not have a routine. Then i found you, no equipment or large space required! Your workouts are the only ones i stick to. One WEEK so far of 4min arms/3 min arms/7min belly fat challenge/quick ab thigh booty. About 20 mins total. Awesome awesome thank you!

    Lucy, I have been exercising with you for many years now and I love all your videos because they are fun and so effective. I love this particular video because it is fun and I have seen the results. I exercise with your videos almost everyday. I do all your new videos but I always go back and do your older videos because they are wonderfully effective. You are an inspiration! Keep up the good work and I look forward to all the new videos.     Thank you Lucy! This is just what I needed after recovering from another bout of Covid -
    I feel better and energised already! In my mid 60s working to push inherited raised bp and cholesterol down and have been working on that with you since the first lockdown. Thank you so much for all you do, you are the perfect trainer and such an inspiration with your friendly and health based exercise routines. You've taught me to love exercise! X

    Tried this today for 1st time,i,m male so hope it will be ok for me,61 and i try n walk 4 miles each day but i could do with losing a bit around the waist,i thought the walking might have helped.Found this quite comfortable pace and got on with it ok,i,ll stick to this for a while and see how it goes,nice to see the cat.Many thanks.

    Thanks for this video! I don’t need to go to the gym. I don’t need exercise tools. I’m able to exercise considering I’m lazy to exercise. This is the right exercise for me - a lady who is thin and lazy to exercise. I’ve done this exercise for 3 times now as of this writing (one each day).

    Just to say how much I appreciate alll your workouts and look forward to continuing on into 2025. Appreciate all that you do to keep us motivated and in shape especially since many of us are in our late 70's and are finding that some exercises we have always done we have to modify.     I have been doing your 10 minute glute exercises for a year now, 3-4 times a week. Sometimes none due to sickness. I believe my knee problem has greatly improved. I’ll move up to this knee friendly cardio. Thank you for your no music exercises 😆. I add my own. Thank you for motivating words. God bless!

    Hi Lucy, I just started doing your 15 min standing workout..enjoying it .I'm 64 and it's just the right pace for me ,early days yet but hoping to to see some results soon ,I do a lot walking anyway at least 2 hours a day .thank-you fir your videos 😊

    I started doing your standing workouts during Covid lockdown as couldn't go to the gym. I've not been back in the gym since as your workouts give me everything I need and suit me well as I hate doing floor exercises and using equipment. Since doing your workouts, I always get told I look in great shape . Will be adding this one to my playlist 🙌👌💪 ❤

    Brilliant thanks restarting my plan after holiday! The extremely uneven floor in my hotel meant i couldn't but I did walking. This was easy to follow and I feel I did a workout. Thanks again. Love your cats too!

    Yess! I really like this one!. I'm 61 years old, and the skin of my belly, after three pregnancies, including twins, has become quite loose. There is approximately 1 kg of fat around my waist. I'm 1.53 meter and way 54 kg. I'm okay with that, just not with the muffin top... This new video is fun to do. 😅😅

    Thank you, I love this one, it went by so fast. I am currently doing the 7 day drop a dress size and other 10-minute ones. These are all so much fun to do, I actually look forward to exercises now. I would like to get fit and need to lose about 10 pounds and suggestions as to what videos I should do daily?

    I am going to be setting my alarm 20 minutes earlier from tomorrow so I can do this before going to work. I have always struggled to be consistent with exercise, but this seems achievable for me.

    I have been doing these workouts and have gotten great results, especially with the 7 day challenges. My question is how do you maintain the results once the challenge is complete, how many times a week should you do the workouts once you have completed the 7 day challenge?

    Ok sooo, this is exactly what I need. Not to lengthy, not to harsh, and standing with no equipment. But I am so confused because every time I tell someone about my hereditary extremely stubborn belly fat they say
    "you cannot spot reduce fat" . This is contributing to my depression and anxiety 🥴 Can we spot reduce fat ?

      In the video I explain it is a combination of Cardio Exercise (which is what we do in this video) it is also nutrition and more importantly it is doing something consistently - which again this video is designed to be done daily. Hope that makes sense and this is for better health it is not about a six pack 💗
