Hi everyone, I just want to say - it works! I did it, 7 days in a row. I lost 3 centimeters in the waist and about 1 kg of weight. It was a great restart and I feel much better in many respects. It is just 7 minutes... incredible. So everyone, TRY IT! DO IT! Don't give up! And many thanks to you, Lucy, for your expertize and for creating and posting such videos for free.

@@ilied4money86 Hello, i didn't weight myself each day. But on reflection, i felt that i was looking/feeling different on day 3-4. Im on day 9 now. Biggest noticeable changes was i felt my cardio improve 2 fold each day i did it and had a lot more energy for the next day. Not on day 1 or 2 though - i felt sick and like i was going to have a heart attack on day 1 and 2. towards the later days, i really powered through the moves focusing alot more on form and getting in more sets. Really punching hard and doing more repetitions on sets ie: really pushing myself. The other biggest change is im finding im hungrier quicker. I put that down to me staying under my calorie count and the exercise. I'll have to look into what else to eat to make me more filling it seems.
So am I, I live with housemates and I don't really want them to know what I'm doing to maintain my body unless they ask me. I did this before for a week and it did really work! Now I'm here again because I'm attending a wedding in 5 weeks time. Good luck to me and you! 😃

Ya for me, it was hard like anything 😮 I started it almost 6 times and loose heart and quitted after one or two days. Later I determined myself and I knew that this is a good thing for my body and if I neglect this, it will be counted as a sin as per bible and I started and now it's the 6 th day.. Hurrah💪💪
Ive been struggling a lot with depression, and my self image, so I started doing this yesterday. It was so tough, but I felt so good. I made a new routine and I plan to follow this vid every day.
I'm on day 6! I literally see so much improvement in not only my waist area, but in my thighs and arms! I use to not fit well in my bras, now my bras fit PERFECTLY! The King - I didn‘t measure inches. I just see it and feel my Jeans fit better. As a truckdriver I have a rough lifestyle, I don‘t need to be skinny. I just wanted to be healthier and look better.... this works for me! 🙂
Y’all this works. I’m 5’3 and 130 lbs. After just one week of doing this I could definitely see my waist getting slimmer. As well as my school pants don’t fit me as snug anymore. So do what you will with that lmao. Update: I’ve gone down about 5 lbs in a month!!
I’ve done this for 5 weeks now every morning with a healthy diet and have lost 4 and a half inches from my waist incase anyone was wondering if it works 😂
I am on 10,000 steps/day challenge for 30 days. Today is my 14th day of brisk walking. I started with 5-6k steps per day and from past 5 days I am keeping my steps between 8.5 to 10k. I have decided to club this 7 minutes routine as well. Today is my day 1- had a lot of sweat (fortunate that i am doing brisk walking from 14 days so It was not too bad for me)
updating everyday day 1: just finished, feeling excited for the next days day 2: damn this is exhausting 😂 day 3: i lost 5 cm 🎉 day 4: my old jeans fit me again 😊 day 5: another cm lost day 6: this definitely works!
Aghhh me lol. I was losing weight consistently then I went on a long vacation and let it drop! I have about 3 weeks till classes at my new college starts so I'm doing what I can!
I exercised every day. I definitely ate healthier(as in no fast food and no junk food) but every once in a while I ate junk food to satisfy some cravings (like twice a week). Drank way more water and consumed way less sugar
Today was my 7th day! 66 yrs old, 5'2" 142lbs. I didn't lose the inches in my waist or hips, but in the belly. My starting point was 40" in the belly loosing about an inch. Down now to 140lbs. My goal is 130 lbs. I gained balance by the 5th day. Because of my right hip, the 5th excercise was a challenge. I kept losing my balance. The cool down excercise where you grab your ankle and pull behind you was a big challenge at first. I had to hold on to a wall to do that one, but by day 5 I didn't need the wall and kept my balance on all the rest of them!!! I will continue doing this everyday and I'm even starting Tai Chi today!!! I'm on a roll (sorry for the pun...ha!!) Happy excercising everyone!!!!!!
Great job!! Try some of Lucy's other 7 minute workouts too, so you dont bored doing the same ones. It will enable you to work other muscles a bit too. Keep it up 😃👍

If you're watching this video and doubting, DON'T. It is a great workout, I've been doing it for three weeks now, it has made such a difference. You can do it.
I did not change my diet much, but I didn't use to eat breakfast, now I don't skip it. My results started really showing in the third week tho, probably because I didn't change my diet 😬
Hey is okay to take rest during the exercises, because today is the first day i started doing this workout ? Also i wear a corset the entire time, should i take it off ?
Marigona Karavidaj I would say yes, take off the corset. Obviously you’re allowed to have breaks as well, otherwise it’s quite unhealthy not to have any breaks in between.
@@aosksnneen I’ll just answer your question, eat all the food you want, just squeeze in some fruits and vegetables and have healthy lunches or dinners more often, like chicken and then squeeze in some fruits and a bag of chips and a drink of your choice 🥰
Sianni Strickland I believe you can do it and if you already gave up its time to get up and give it another try because everyone is able to make the change to loose weight in their life all you have to do is be in the right mindset ❤️❣️❤️

Week 3 update!
1. On day 7 of this week 3 i added her other "Homeworkout 7 mins glute" work out on top of what i do, bringing it to 28 mins of exercise time. Not including warm up and stretches and transition between routines. Supperrr hard to make it and i rested the next day afterwards. I will continue this routine for now as i really struggled to make it to the 4th - main thing i found was my legs werent able to keep up the work out. Especially the "pulsing" items.
2. I actually lived a little. Had a night out eating what i wanted at dinnertime at a restaurant and NOT FEEL GUILTY. Hard work needs reward in my opinion and we still have to balance being heathy and doing the right thing, and being miserable and not eating anything nice like comfort food once every 3 weeks in my case.
3. Ive increased my water intake between each series due to what seemed like semi cramping in my legs ie: the Pulses etc I was half thinking its the form i was doing, or pushing myself too much or heck, just cause i have never used these muscles much before or, just not enough water. It seems to be ok for now, but its something i have noticed myself. So Hydrate.
4. Self motivation - I have invested in a nice quality yoga mat to help keep me motivated of course (plus, my knees and back were hurting doing this after a while on the bare floor). I also bought a stretch cable to help with my pre-warm ups before i start my routine. Just little things to help keep me positive and going.

For those that dont know what that is, ist like, think of a steaming boiling pot on the table and you cook stuff in it and eat it. Its helped keep those healthy greens up and i can mix different kinds of meats (fish, white meats) and vegetables that i desire, keeps dinner interesting. Ive still stayed below my calorie count and away from junk food and haven't touched a chocolate or soft drink since this journey.
If I can do it, so many others can too. Its just about trying and realising it takes time and effort.
Thank you Lucy.
omg good job !! 🦭

How long did it take u to loose weight?
109.3 ponds or kg im really confused tbh

And how much weight did u lost ? Means what was ur weight before and after challenge

(Edit) Omg 4 months and I'm back... 1.8k likes!? Thanks guys. Also, I tried it and it definately got me a bit more fit to do the things that lead to weight loss! It didn't really make much of a difference on it's own though 😊
BubblezPlayz girl sameee im trynna get that glow up
Oof i was doing this today every hour and i sweated like crazy.. Watched subliminals and did other excersices. The crazy part was i lost 1,5 lb 😪😪😱😱😱. I reccomend this a lot. Good luck mate

day 2- much better! i could get through the last exercise pretty well. stomach feels a little firmer but for some reason im seeing a big difference in my arms LMAO
day 3 - I LOST 2 POUNDS ALREADY!! EXCITED :p last exercise is getting easier
day 4 - Nothing much happened but the last exercise is like a piece of cake
day 5 - i can see my waist getting slighty smaller and my stomach had slimmed much more (i lost 3 more pounds!)
day 6- basically the same as yesterday, excited for the final day!
day 7- (I forgot to weigh in yesterday in today so I don't know how much I lost between the two) Final day! here are my final weight measurements

You can do it 🙌🙌🙌
I’ve been doing this for almost 2 weeks and I definitely got results, my stomach is flatter (not all the way ofc , that will take time) and my lower belly and waist have changed shape. :) keep going guys it’s worth it!!
Did you have to diet as well?
@@isobelb8880 nope i’ve been eating super randomly . my results would probably be much better if i ate right too .
@@kj9054 cool ty
Do you keep messing up the 1st one like I do? Or, you do it perfectly, cause I don't know what happens when I mess one every time. (Btw thanks, know I can eat whatever I want, not worrying about my belly fat , cause of Lucy's exercises.
did it make ur waist area small? i have a small waist but i have a bit of belly fat, could this help with it being more defined/ smaller?

are u serious?
Any diat u should
now your comment is really motivating! I think I'll try it for that long as well, ty!
Thanks!
Sorry only just seen this and I wanted to say thank you so much.💝
If you're watching this video and doubting, DON'T. It is a great workout, I've been doing it for three weeks now, it has made such a difference. You can do it.
did u eat healthy tho?
I did not change my diet much, but I didn't use to eat breakfast, now I don't skip it. My results started really showing in the third week tho, probably because I didn't change my diet 😬
@@roxydots5153 did it help with belly fat though?
@@zainabkriel5429 For me it worked mainly in the hips, but the belly is improving.
I've lost 15lb so far, I haven't skipped any day for almost a month
2 days in and a huge difference noticed I highly recommend this. Not even on a diet I’m just eating less and a little healthier
ItsKaden me too good luck 👍 😉
i did see a difference after around the 5th day it does work!
Hey is okay to take rest during the exercises, because today is the first day i started doing this workout ?
Also i wear a corset the entire time, should i take it off ?
I cant even do the move seven properly because of how painful it is into my thighs lmao
Marigona Karavidaj I would say yes, take off the corset. Obviously you’re allowed to have breaks as well, otherwise it’s quite unhealthy not to have any breaks in between.
Let’s just appreciate the fact that Lucy’s programs are totally free, accessible and helped so many people around the world! 😊🤚
I love being able to help the world get fit and healthy for free💗💞 Lucy❤️
@@lucywyndhamread you probably won't see this comment Lucy but one question can I eat normal food or do I go for a diet to lose even more weight
Give it up for Lucy!!👏👏🏾👏👏🏾
Exactly.. no business.. only help with heart. ♥️♥️🙏
@@aosksnneen I’ll just answer your question, eat all the food you want, just squeeze in some fruits and vegetables and have healthy lunches or dinners more often, like chicken and then squeeze in some fruits and a bag of chips and a drink of your choice 🥰
I lost 3 inches off my waist and 2 inches off of my hips. Thank you!
in how many days, welldone!
Moment of silence for everyone that completed day 1 months ago and haven’t come back, hope they come back and stick to the workout
G M that’s about to me. 🤦🏽♀️
Hahaha epic. I am gonna give it a go. Gotta find a tape measure now
I'm pretty sure I won't finish it after 1 or 2 days. I don't trust myself.
Sianni Strickland I believe you can do it and if you already gave up its time to get up and give it another try because everyone is able to make the change to loose weight in their life all you have to do is be in the right mindset ❤️❣️❤️
@@user-pc3sw6dp1f I'm pretty comfortable and confident with my body. I'm not like fat or anything but I rarely ever exercise and I feel like my stamina is low (I almost passed out during this video) plus I was really bored.
Just started my work out yesterday and to tell you the truth my tummy hurts today.
Skipping lunch and super meal .

So far am at 68kg was planing to update you after 90days

Update am @64kg my target is 62 will update you on day 90 of workout
Day 90 at 62kg it hasn't been easy been eating one meal a day the rest of day drinking water and skipping a rope 1000times a day.thanks to those who motivated me and to those who are planning to start all the best.
God bless you all.
I have started today with weight 82 kg, i will update everyday
No.. Please dont skip your meals.. Your body needs food.. If you skip meals like that you body gains more weight after some days.. Eat lots of protien and fiber containing foods and you are good👍🏼hope this helps.
