Hi everyone, I just want to say - it works! I did it, 7 days in a row. I lost 3 centimeters in the waist and about 1 kg of weight. It was a great restart and I feel much better in many respects. It is just 7 minutes... incredible. So everyone, TRY IT! DO IT! Don't give up! And many thanks to you, Lucy, for your expertize and for creating and posting such videos for free.
@@hopelove789 I ran twice for about 20 minutes, plus did some yoga stretches... and no special diet, just no junk food, no sweets, some fruit and vegetables every day...., and definitely no starving😊 I decided to continue with this workout at least every other day to get in shape and boost my mood
if anyone needs some motivation, start right now because if u don’t, a year from now u would’ve wished u started earlier. do it so ur future self will thank u!!
I literally workout in the bathroom since my room dont have a door. Because the negativity of my family members telling me there's no way i can lose weight. Im surely gonna prove them wrong
12K!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG, look how many of you guys and gals made a leap or chnage, leettss gooooo!!!!!! Decided to really give this a go and here was my journey: Height - 176CM Weight - 109.3KG Waist - 107.1CM Day 1 - OMG, this was harder than I thought especially move 7. Gosh, struggling with breathing. Day 2 - Felt a bit more easier and natural, but move 7 is still killing me. Day 3 - Getting more used to it and the moves more fluid. Feeling stronger and move 7 getting more like it. Day 4 - Pushed through it hard!!! Day 5 - No idea why, but pumped and I added Lucy’s other 7 minute work out on top of this one after a 2 minute break! Really tough Day 6 - Tired, probably shouldn’t have done the 2. But doing it again and made it. Tough Day 7 - Done the 2 again, feeling a lot stronger and I can already notice the change myself. Recovery feels a lot more quicker also. Now: Height - 176CM Weight - 98.9KG Waist - 101.6CM Additional things: 1. Warm Up and Cool Down - I warmed up for 5 mins before each day before starting and did double the stretch down moves at the end 2. Calories - I stayed under my recommended calorie count each day by 500-700 3. Sleep Patterns - I made sure I took at least 8 hours of sleep each night (prior, I slept between 7-5 hours a night); 4. Eating habits - NO Junk/Bad food (No soft drinks, No alcohol, No Fatty stuff etc) This was substituted by Healthy cereal with light milk, mixed salads with chicken breast or Salmon and vegetable soups. Drinks were simply green tea of silver white tea or just plain water. I also stopped snacking between meals - but started doing this on day 3. Day 1-2 I was snacking on fruit and nuts, but found my own weakness I was eating way too many Olives and nuts, despite being under my calorie count. I just felt hungry quicker. 5. Mental well-being - It was really tough to want to continue to day 2 to be honest. I just felt so tired and in some ways looking for an instant change and move 7 made me feel “why bother”. But I found that once I got over that hurdle and focused on trying, the rest became easier as time went on. 6. Vitamin Tablets - I started taking ZMA tablets after day 4. ...................................... Well, 2nd week is in the bag! Additional notes/ comments 1. People at work have already started noticing the change visually, so its working greatly. 2. I have added Lucy's other glute 7 minute exercise onto the the 2 i do here, and have pushed myself through it. 3. Im going to take a day off tomorrow for once. Im finding my muscles arent fully recovered from the day before and they need to rest up. I really do think a rest break between here and there is the way to go, i dont think im geared to work out each and every day non stop. 4. My metabolism has changed alot. I have adjusted to having an earlier dinner and a later breakfast the next day, so my body doesnt produce insulin non stop and for shorter period. But i have started eating an extra 200-300 calories. I just didnt feel i had the energy at some points at my old calories count level. 5. Skim milk wasnt doing it for me, so i have alternated with soy milk and changed the rice i was using to be more friendly on the stomach etc ....................................... Week 3 update! 1. On day 7 of this week 3 i added her other "Homeworkout 7 mins glute" work out on top of what i do, bringing it to 28 mins of exercise time. Not including warm up and stretches and transition between routines. Supperrr hard to make it and i rested the next day afterwards. I will continue this routine for now as i really struggled to make it to the 4th - main thing i found was my legs werent able to keep up the work out. Especially the "pulsing" items. 2. I actually lived a little. Had a night out eating what i wanted at dinnertime at a restaurant and NOT FEEL GUILTY. Hard work needs reward in my opinion and we still have to balance being heathy and doing the right thing, and being miserable and not eating anything nice like comfort food once every 3 weeks in my case. 3. Ive increased my water intake between each series due to what seemed like semi cramping in my legs ie: the Pulses etc I was half thinking its the form i was doing, or pushing myself too much or heck, just cause i have never used these muscles much before or, just not enough water. It seems to be ok for now, but its something i have noticed myself. So Hydrate. 4. Self motivation - I have invested in a nice quality yoga mat to help keep me motivated of course (plus, my knees and back were hurting doing this after a while on the bare floor). I also bought a stretch cable to help with my pre-warm ups before i start my routine. Just little things to help keep me positive and going. ..................................... Week 4 update - Over ONE THOUSAND LIKES - WOOOOOOW! 1. I literally feel sooooo much stronger and fitter doing this routine, compared to when i first started. My body is clearly feeling stronger, especially my thighs. They have gone from the flabby tree trunks i had to fairly firm. I only did 6 days this week, as on Friday i wasnt feeling too good and gave the day a pass. My Yoga mat and doing the workout without shoes has been interesting and i feel way more better for it. Has helped so much of the floor exercises, rather than the hard floor i was doing it on before. 2. Food - Soups etc were getting boring, so i added a "steam boat hot pot" option for dinner. For those that dont know what that is, ist like, think of a steaming boiling pot on the table and you cook stuff in it and eat it. Its helped keep those healthy greens up and i can mix different kinds of meats (fish, white meats) and vegetables that i desire, keeps dinner interesting. Ive still stayed below my calorie count and away from junk food and haven't touched a chocolate or soft drink since this journey. If I can do it, so many others can too. Its just about trying and realising it takes time and effort. Thank you Lucy.
@@ilied4money86 Hello, i didn't weight myself each day. But on reflection, i felt that i was looking/feeling different on day 3-4. Im on day 9 now. Biggest noticeable changes was i felt my cardio improve 2 fold each day i did it and had a lot more energy for the next day. Not on day 1 or 2 though - i felt sick and like i was going to have a heart attack on day 1 and 2. towards the later days, i really powered through the moves focusing alot more on form and getting in more sets. Really punching hard and doing more repetitions on sets ie: really pushing myself. The other biggest change is im finding im hungrier quicker. I put that down to me staying under my calorie count and the exercise. I'll have to look into what else to eat to make me more filling it seems.
wow.. i’ve lost 12 pounds in 5 weeks and got 6 inches off my waist, deserving of the 1M likes, this is incredible thank you. I 100% recommended this! it’s worth it

@@Suhanishinde2001 Hey! Yeah I also have that but it's not stomach pain it's actually muscle soreness. It can affect people of all fitness levels, particularly after trying a new activity or pushing yourself a bit harder than usual. Hope that helps :)

hold on… you have a pretty healthy waist measurement, it’s fine if you’re exercising to become healthier, please don’t have unrealistic expectations about how your body looks
Ya for me, it was hard like anything 😮 I started it almost 6 times and loose heart and quitted after one or two days. Later I determined myself and I knew that this is a good thing for my body and if I neglect this, it will be counted as a sin as per bible and I started and now it's the 6 th day.. Hurrah💪💪

Thought I’d motivate some people. I’m a 12 yr old fem and weigh 81KG, I don’t have a scale but visually my stomach is getting thinner. Do this for yourself, not for anyone’s approval. I’ve also been dieting and I have a trampoline and go on it 4-5 hrs a day. I promise you’ll get the results you want! Continue this otherwise, in a year, you’ll regret it. Keep going people, you can do it! Update: I lost 5kg 🎉

Tomorrow is the last day I'm so excited. Day 7: I finished. This actually worked i was 34 inches at the start now I'm 33 inches
I exercised every day. I definitely ate healthier(as in no fast food and no junk food) but every once in a while I ate junk food to satisfy some cravings (like twice a week). Drank way more water and consumed way less sugar
I’ve done this for 5 weeks now every morning with a healthy diet and have lost 4 and a half inches from my waist incase anyone was wondering if it works 😂
I am on 10,000 steps/day challenge for 30 days. Today is my 14th day of brisk walking. I started with 5-6k steps per day and from past 5 days I am keeping my steps between 8.5 to 10k. I have decided to club this 7 minutes routine as well. Today is my day 1- had a lot of sweat (fortunate that i am doing brisk walking from 14 days so It was not too bad for me)
I’ve been doing this for almost 2 weeks and I definitely got results, my stomach is flatter (not all the way ofc , that will take time) and my lower belly and waist have changed shape. :) keep going guys it’s worth it!!
Do you keep messing up the 1st one like I do? Or, you do it perfectly, cause I don't know what happens when I mess one every time. (Btw thanks, know I can eat whatever I want, not worrying about my belly fat , cause of Lucy's exercises.
Aghhh me lol. I was losing weight consistently then I went on a long vacation and let it drop! I have about 3 weeks till classes at my new college starts so I'm doing what I can!
Ive been struggling a lot with depression, and my self image, so I started doing this yesterday. It was so tough, but I felt so good. I made a new routine and I plan to follow this vid every day.
If you're watching this video and doubting, DON'T. It is a great workout, I've been doing it for three weeks now, it has made such a difference. You can do it.
I did not change my diet much, but I didn't use to eat breakfast, now I don't skip it. My results started really showing in the third week tho, probably because I didn't change my diet 😬
Doing this for a month!!! ❤️❤️❤️ Week one: Completed ✅ Results: I started to lose a little bit fat from my belly fat! Results are 100% visable, even though it's not much! Week two: Completed✅ Results: The results are very visible! I feel like my belly is much flatter now! Week three: Completed ✅ Results: Now I have much more energy than ever, but my belly fat is still visible because I wasn't dieting this week. Week four: Completed ✅ Results: They are very visible! Results are amazing and I recommend doing this excercise with a diet!!! I wish you best of luck guyssss! ❤️❤️❤️
@@evanpetersluvv Hi! I think I lost around 4kg / 8.8 pounds. I lost a bit of my belly fat, but not all. Hi thanks for your feedback I was wondering when you did your workout did u just do it once a day and also did u do ur workout in the morning, evening, or at night? Thank you for your time.
I started this workout 2 years ago. I was 218 pounds, after about 6 months of doing it almost everyday and eating right I was down to 140. Here I am still doing the workout 2 years later and the weight is still off. This is the best exercise routine, nothing has worked like this for me. I've always been fat but not anymore.
I did this video along with the back fat video, and BRUH, I LOST 3 POUNDS IN A WEEK, this is so motivating to me, I almost cried, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THESE VIDEOS!!!
Yes the workout works you can stop scrolling trough the comments are the 1M likes not enough for you?🥰 Btw I used to the do this workout in the 8th grade along with Lucy’s arm and leg workout and lost so much weight and gained it all back in quarantine😕 so now I’m staring again wish me luck☺️
I am going to do it for 7 days to see if this works!: Day 1: No results of course, but I did sweat! Day 2: I definitely feel sore around my waste. Very little change for now. Day 3: My waste has become a tiny bit skinnier which is cool! Arms are a tiny bit sore for some reason. Day 4: I feel more energized when I do this workout now. I always feel great after. Day 5: Ok, I can do this. Day 6: I definitely see some results! Can’t wait for the last day! Day 7/Final Day!: Wow! I really did lose some inches comparing myself to day one! I would definitely try this out. It’s worth it. Something I would consider doing everyday after your workout is taking a picture. You could compare yourself from the start or the day before. Like or comment to remind me to update you guys!
When you work out regularly your body releases endorphins that do put you in a better mood. This is why people say that working out is a good form of stress relief. I used to teach group X classes and I would teach 2 hours of high intensity work outs, smiling throughout!
Day 1-✔️ tysm for the likes and support I’m back at it! Day 2-✔️ Day 3-✔️ Day 4-✔️ Day 5-✔️ Day 6-✔️ Day 7-✔️ Starting waist- 35 Ending waist -32 1 like equals more motivation

@@chelseapersad2263 I did it for a week and didn't really see results but Im doing it for another week and Ill let you know if its worth it. It may have just been my body type but mine is similar to the one in the before picture and during this workout I did not eat junk food or soda type drinks. I'm not saying this won't work for you but you will definitely feel sore the first days and it will be at the waist hip areas. Hope this helps!
Hey guys i am starting this and promise i won’t let you down; just remind me by liking/commenting just to grab my attention. I know how frustrating it is when people don’t complete the challenge so i’ve got you guys x Day 1✅: It was quite tiring but manageable with a extra few seconds on a break. I’m sweating quite a bit but that’s good. Struggled most with the knee drives due to muscle fatigue but completed the workout. Day 2✅: Found this day slightly harder. As much as i hate being tired, the workout seems to slightly be working. Took 0 breaks Day 3: ✅ Seemed to be getting a little more manageable. The knee drive pull in seemed to be my highest point of fatigue taking a few mini pauses. Day 4: ✅ In comparison to how i was feeling after the workout on previous days, i’ve noticed my fitness is getting better. Still have muscle fatigue on the knee drive pull in. What’s keeping me doing this workout is seeing slight differences in my stomach already and because i don’t want to let you guys down x Day 5: ✅ i pulled something in right calf because i stupidly did the workout yesterday without stretching. When i looked in the mirror today i could see some definition in my stomach; i haven’t got an hourglass figure but my waist seems more visible. Day 6: ✅ Today i found what i struggled with most slightly easier (knee drive pull in). Day 7: ✅ Today was the last day of this challenge. I noticed today my fitness significantly improved and that goes to show that some basic exercise can benefit you in not just making you slimmer. I compared the morning after day 6 to before i began and i am pleased to say i could see the change; i understand i haven’t yet eaten but i know what my body usually looks like in the morning, and this had change. I love this workout because is short but effective if you push yourself; as the days of this challenge went on i was able to push my body further. To do this, when doing the walkouts i would include a mini push up (i can’t do them correctly but it increased the difficulty just by including this extra move). Throughout this challenge i had two cheat meals which most likely contributed for the change not being as intense; besides this i was eating healthier meals such as porridge and rice, also increasing my water intake. I hope this has helped you guys. I KNOW you guys can do it. It is worth it. Just remember to try and maximise this 7 minutes by pushing yourself as hard as you can. No pain no gain, so i’ve learnt from watching many videos. I’m here to support you guys along the way. Also comment down below if you want me to let you know something i haven’t addressed so i can help you guys out as much as possible

Day 2 - Felt a bit more easier and natural, but move 7 is still killing me.
Day 3 - Getting more used to it and the moves more fluid. Feeling stronger and move 7 getting more like it.

Day 5 - No idea why, but pumped and I added Lucy’s other 7 minute work out on top of this one after a 2 minute break! Really tough
Day 6 - Tired, probably shouldn’t have done the 2. But doing it again and made it. Tough
Day 7 - Done the 2 again, feeling a lot stronger and I can already notice the change myself. Recovery feels a lot more quicker also.
Now:
Height - 176CM
Weight - 98.9KG
Waist - 101.6CM
Additional things:
1. Warm Up and Cool Down - I warmed up for 5 mins before each day before starting and did double the stretch down moves at the end
2. Calories - I stayed under my recommended calorie count each day by 500-700
3. Sleep Patterns - I made sure I took at least 8 hours of sleep each night (prior, I slept between 7-5 hours a night);
Additional notes/ comments
5. Skim milk wasnt doing it for me, so i have alternated with soy milk and changed the rice i was using to be more friendly on the stomach etc
.......................................
Thank you Lucy.
omg good job !! 🦭
@@rie1156 thanks! Hardest part is 100% starting and getting to day 2-3. Once you get going its definitely easier 💪
How long did it take u to loose weight?

@@Suhanishinde2001 Hey! Yeah I also have that but it's not stomach pain it's actually muscle soreness.

Sore muscles after exercise
Feeling your muscles ache or stiffen for a few days after exercise is normal and is known as delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS). It can affect people of all fitness levels, particularly after trying a new activity or pushing yourself a bit harder than usual.

You can do it.
did u eat healthy tho?
I did not change my diet much, but I didn't use to eat breakfast, now I don't skip it. My results started really showing in the third week tho, probably because I didn't change my diet 😬

hi! i wanna try this but do you know what you weighed before and after ? also were you losing belly fat or water fat?
@@evanpetersluvv Hi! I think I lost around 4kg / 8.8 pounds. I lost a bit of my belly fat, but not all. I started to see abs and now I'm currently doing other excercises for them so I recommend doing this excercise with diet and more other excercises like cardio for fast results! Hi thanks for your feedback I was wondering when you did your workout did u just do it once a day and also did u do ur workout in the morning, evening, or at night? Thank you for your time.
@@riftbell5397 I did it once every day , right in the morning. On a empty stomach, drank alot of water and green tea and did the intermittent fasting.
That’s so awesome to hear!! What was your beginning weight?? I want to lose a lot on my belly too and curious how everyone does!!

Day 1: No results of course, but I did sweat!

Any diets?
Hey guys i am starting this and promise i won’t let you down; just remind me by liking/commenting just to grab my attention. I know how frustrating it is when people don’t complete the challenge so i’ve got you guys x
Day 1✅: It was quite tiring but manageable with a extra few seconds on a break. I’m sweating quite a bit but that’s good. Struggled most with the knee drives due to muscle fatigue but completed the workout.
Day 2✅: Found this day slightly harder. As much as i hate being tired, the workout seems to slightly be working. Took 0 breaks
Day 3: ✅ Seemed to be getting a little more manageable. The knee drive pull in seemed to be my highest point of fatigue taking a few mini pauses.
Day 4: ✅ In comparison to how i was feeling after the workout on previous days, i’ve noticed my fitness is getting better. Still have muscle fatigue on the knee drive pull in. What’s keeping me doing this workout is seeing slight differences in my stomach already and because i don’t want to let you guys down x
Day 5: ✅ i pulled something in right calf because i stupidly did the workout yesterday without stretching.
