Today is my 18th day.....my stomach is almost as flat as a pancake as I’ve lost 2” from my waistline....I will continue for the the next 2 months... I now have friends and family working out with Lucy.....thank you for this Lucy....you’re a Godsend....

I'm on my day 12 I haven't noticed much difference yet but maybe it depends on your age

I came across this video as I was surfing for videos for obese people. I have gained so much body fat within the last two years. My pants don't fit me anymore and I have been wearing leggins and pjs. Today was my first day. I will come back tomorrow.
so I have forgotten to post after every day I do this lol, but I have to say that I have done it! The first day was the hardest, but I got it done. My second day I felt motivated. Today, I will not lie, I did not want to do it, but I did. :)
So I just woke up, drank a glass of water and did this. I feel better than my first day.
Today I am so sore from my leg, but I completed it without giving up
a week from today , last friday, I started and I started changing my diet, drinking water, and I lost 4 lbs :) will look for more of your videos.
Did this for a week as a very fat person, lost 4cm round my waist and 2 cm round my hips. Also managed to lose 0.4 kg. Will try this for another week.

so you ate regularly? do you eat healthy everyday or? because im a very picky eater and i dont come from a family that eats healthy everyday. im gonna be 13 in a few days and im wondering if it really works. i do this and another 7 minute one everyday. tips please? :)
@@msbucket324 hi. I'm a mum so I make sure we have a cooked lunch everyday. Breakfast coffee and a piece of toast or plain cake, dinner maybe a small portion of lunch. But I do pick throughout the day and eat something sweet everyday too. You are a child, I remember myself at 13. Please please love yourself the way you are, you are the only you. Only then you will do what's good for your body. Try to eat healthy as you can and of course this works! I lost 7 kgs and went down 1 dress size, really toned up by doing Lucy's workouts through the first quarantine. Whatever exercise you do is beneficial but with these you see a difference in the first 3 days. Good luck. Love and respect yourself always!

My husband and I are in our mid 70's and have started exercises to your video last week. We are using this as a learning curve, whilst I don't think we are achieving much as yet except for our laughing muscles we are trying our best. Legs just will not raise high enough at the moment, but who knows in the future. Saying this we are both feeling better ans encouraged.
Keep at it. I am in my late 40s, never exercises regularly. I was doing horribly when I started. Now I am doing better. I recommended her to a friend who lost 52 pounds in 6 month working out with Lucy. This friend weighed 365 as a starting point
If legs don’t raise high enough, will it deduce from the workout results?
Just keep going, even slower or lower. It is still beneficial.

i use to be bullied soooooo much by my cousins , sisters and mom because how fat i was. i was always called the 'hippo' but during the pandemic and the lockdown i decided that i was gonna become thin no matter WHAT! i did your min workouts and it paid off. now im thinner than my sisters

@@-FairyGodMother- I threw my back out on day 3 (doing something else). I have a chronic back condition so it wasn’t that surprising but hurt like h*ll. I’m planning to restart at the end of the month. I’ll keep you posted. Thanks for asking.

I love this lady. I'm a middle-aged man with a sedentary lifestyle, but I've not missed a day doing these videos in almost a year (began Aug 2020). Lucy is always so motivating and positive that it sets me up for the day. 72 yrs old and going on 18mo daily with her slim legs routine plus this one. Noticed good results after 3 mos. No diet, drinking wine too. Day 1: not too bad I took 5 mins in between videos, I motivated.
Day 2: this morning I felt incredibly sore and didn't want to work out but I did and it was a bit harder than day 1.
Day 3: Today I'm less sore but I found myself struggling trying to get through the workout, basically today was rough.
Day 4: today was a bit hard but the time went by really quick and so far I've lost 5 pounds it's crazy I haven't measured myself yet.
Day 5: so I gotta be honest I skipped today I felt really tired but I measured and I've lost 1 inch in my waist and I lost pounds so far.
U can do it! I believe in u!!!

I have been consistently doing this workout once every day for 4 days straight and have seen massive results! Though, I started seeing results on day 2! TRUST ME GUYS DO IT
Day 1: ✅ I did it.. it was easy. I’ll for sure update soon
Day 2: ✅ Just finished my workout. Easier than yesterday, sides were hurting me from yesterday’s workout but I made it through 🥳
Day 3: ✅ Loving this workout so far. My obliques are sore but that’s means it’s working!! I’ve cut down on sweets, bread, rice and juice and been feeling great.

Day 6: ✅ My waistline is getting slightly firm and I’m starting to lose some belly weight I’m definitely seeing a difference omg y’all need to do this workout fr (Your diet plays a huge part as well ☺️)

I am 57years and the last 2 years I struggled getting rid of bally fat. I was not in a good health condition to make sports. So I started with the 7min workout, less sugar, 8000 steps a day, drinking more water, enough sleep and now on day 10 I have lost 1inch at the waste. I am so happy and motivated to keep on going and doing more for my health. I feel more power, strength and motivation. This works for results for the first Time in the last 2 years. Thank you Lucy, thank God, I found this.

I've been following u 6 months and my body has completely changed...some times I do one video sometimes i do 4 to 6 in a row.they are so easy and attainable..My body has finally lost all that covid weight!!! U are the best and have changed my life..love u Lucy
I have done this ab belly fat workout 2 times a day for 5 days,then 4 times a day for 2 days .1 day 1 mile walk in the park. I am doing low carb diet for a while now. This video has toned me back up all over and I can see my abs coming back in.when sitting down I still feel that I could still lose 4 or 5ib of belly fat. So I'm going to stick with this for 4 weeks and see how it goes to be more realistic in my goal. I'm 5ft 10 in tall and 11 stone fairly toned all over but can't seem to shift this under belly fat. I'm 65 years of age but my friends say I can pass for 35 to 40. Gonna give this exercise another 3 weeks to see how I progress. Thanx Lucy.
Day 5 of this, and I'm already seeing the weight drop off. I love this workout - thank you SO MUCH Lucy for these wonderful videos.
I'm going to keep going with this one, and then add in more as build up my stamina and strength!

I've been doing this for 20 days now. I haven't weighed or measured myself yet. I never do but my clothes feel a lot looser and I'm not binging o junk and I have changed my eatting habits because ot this. Not hungry for junk. Mine are pretzels & popcorn. The 7 minutes do fly by.I imagine how much faster the time will seem to go faster once I do it for a few days.
I am 73 and this is my first day. I could not complete all of the exercises, but took a break for a few seconds during some of them. I will return tomorrow and keep doing it. I find the exercises that switch from one to another within the exercise difficult and may just do one part and then stop the video and do the other part. I get too out of breath when I change after 4 steps, etc. Thank you for a workout that I can do standing - it is much easier to do it while watching the screen.
I would love more of these because they are effective and don’t involve walking on the spot

I'm guessing these workouts are primarily for females but as a 50 year old guy recovering from a back injury I find these 7 minute workouts brilliant. They really get the heart rate up without putting any strain on my back. I've tried a few of them but this one is my favourite. Thank you!

I was watching and said no I can't do that. I have osteoarthritis in my knees and now I'm starting with a frozen shoulder, which I'm told has to be kept moving otherwise I will be in trouble. So I said to myself it's 7 minutes have a go. I did and its amazing 👏. Thanks so much. I am going to do this challenge. I already lost some weight but don't want to be flabby. Lucy has the best workouts - I always come back here because anyone can take 7 minutes out of their day; it's just making it a part of your routine. (also a plus that these are low impact so easy on the joints)

I was very fat and felt very tired and hard to do things before this workout. By doing this workout for a week, I lost a whole of 2kgs. I did this workout with the 7 min thigh and 7 min arm workout. The changes are very visible in my body. love this

I am a 41 yo, 5’3 over weight woman. I’ve been doing exercises similar to these & eating better for a little over 3 weeks & I’ve lost 9 pounds! Never leave reviews about work outs because 9/10 they never work, but I must say thankyou so much Lucy for this workout it’s my second week and I’ve lost so much belly fat from having my son in 2019, I mix this workout with Lucy’s waist workout both in the morning & night, and I’m so impressed with the results! Quick and simple workouts are far better then going to the gym! I can do my workouts around sorting my 3 children in the mornings! And it’s helped loads with my 🍑, a few squats after you’ve warmed down on both works wonders with these workouts! Thankyou so so much!❤
Yes!!! Been doing your other 7 min workout for a while and it works! I was looking for one to now focus on belly fat, and came straight to your channel! So excited to try this! Your workouts are short and effective and I love that! Hate long workouts. Find then incredibly boring and ineffective. But yours work brilliantly and are easy to incorporate into a busy life. No more 1 hour a day exercise!
Trying to lose 10kg and get my flat stomach back. Bit of a pipe dream at 68 maybe. Been doing this in conjunction with kito diet. 20 days so far and, to my amazement, am now over half way to the target and 2" off the waist. Lucy - big big thank you!

Did you ever find out if it was a hormone problem which was why you were gaining weight instead of losing? You didn't lose any inches on your thighs and hips at all? Just curious.

At the start I had to force myself but now I have lost nearly 3 pounds and I feel more active and I no longer have too force myself. I can't see the result physically but I can feel the result mentally ( better mood ) and I've been eating healthy. Thank you for doing this 💜

Day 1: it wasn't that bad. this was my first time doing standing ab workouts so that was exciting.
Day 2: i wasn't sore at all and it was easier to do today than yesterday.
Day 3: i was sooo sore in my hips and legs from doing the crunches and kicks. besides that, the workout went by so fast because I am starting to get used to it.

I actually have an entire playlist with my favorite videos from your channel and I do them 5 times/week 😁 At the moment I am doing the back fat one combined with the abs and belly fat ( the 7 minute challenge😍). I also have some of the walking ones and the full body workout :) Last year I tried the losing one dress size and in 10 days I lost almost 2 inches from my waist 😁 Right now I can see that my belly is smaller and my abs area is flatter 😍 I got addicted to your workouts and I looove it 😍
Which one is best for reducing hips and thighs
@@moreorless45 You can check her 7 minutes leg challenge for reducing hips and thighs :) I would combine a full body workout ( she has severals) with the hips one, I think it will take you around 30 minutes or less :)

HI! I have a playlist on workouts I’m going to do! 2 full body workouts that are 10 minutes long! And Lucy’s viral lose belly fat and I added this one and also a slimmer waist one! I also do PE! On Tuesdays on fridays! Do you recommend her workouts? I’m going to start working out this week again:)

This work out was also my top favorite out of the videos of the “seven days workout” that I have been watching. But I’m gonna keep it going with different things but the same program. It’s been a helpful routine as well. Keeping it different from the same program is the way to go! Makes it not so easy and that helps you keep that competitive mind set with yourself to keep challenging yourself every day during the seven day work out routine. Great work ladies.

Day 2 and it’s definitely easier today. But I just cannot get my head around exercise 2. My co ordination is rubbish but I can manage all the other exercises. I’m determined to conquer exercise 2.

Okayy soo on 28th April 2021 I measured by lower belly it was 35inches. And today 13th May 2021 my lower belly is 31inches🥰 I have been very much consistent with lucy's workouts. As she says in her all videos that not only it improves your physical health but also your heart health & mental health. I used to do workouts before but I never enjoyed it as much as I enjoy now. My diet and my portion intake has improved alot.. I do crave for junk but now I eat it in a correct portion or most of the time I really don't feel like eating it.. I feel more confident & I have started to wear clothes I thought that I would never fit in. Thank you soo much Lucy ❤️ am grateful for you😘💛

Its day 5 and my upper abs are more toned & I can actually see a waist line. Ive not seen my waist line since having kids 😭 My waist line and I had a wonderful reunion thx to this video.. my lower abs/pouch though is a stubborn bastard
