My husband and I are in our mid 70's and have started exercises to your video last week. We are using this as a learning curve, whilst I don't think we are achieving much as yet except for our laughing muscles we are trying our best. Legs just will not raise high enough at the moment, but who knows in the future. Saying this we are both feeling better ans encouraged.

I alternated this video with other 7 min belly videos for 7 days in conjunction with the 30days shred(series1) and I've lost 1.5 inches off my waist and hips , 1/2 an inch from my thighs, arms, chest. I've been doing your workouts since 2019 I haven't actually lost any weight I've actually gained weight but I recently found a doctor that listens and we are thinking that's do to a hormone problem. Did you ever find out if it was a hormone problem which was why you were gaining weight instead of losing? You didn't lose any inches on your thighs and hips at all? Just curious.

I came across this video as I was surfing for videos for obese people. I have gained so much body fat within the last two years. My pants don't fit me anymore and I have been wearing leggins and pjs. Today was my first day. I will come back tomorrow.
so I have forgotten to post after every day I do this lol, but I have to say that I have done it! The first day was the hardest, but I got it done. My second day I felt motivated. Today, I will not lie, I did not want to do it, but I did. :)
Okayy soo on 28th April 2021 I measured by lower belly it was 35inches. And today 13th May 2021 my lower belly is 31inches🥰 I have been very much consistent with lucy's workouts. As she says in her all videos that not only it improves your physical health but also your heart health & mental health. I used to do workouts before but I never enjoyed it as much as I enjoy now. My diet and my portion intake has improved alot.. I do crave for junk but now I eat it in a correct portion or most of the time I really don't feel like eating it.. I feel more confident & I have started to wear clothes I thought that I would never fit in. Thank you soo much Lucy ❤️ am grateful for you😘💛
This work out was also my top favorite out of the videos of the “seven days workout” that I have been watching. But I’m gonna keep it going with different things but the same program. It’s been a helpful routine as well. Keeping it different from the same program is the way to go! Makes it not so easy and that helps you keep that competitive mind set with yourself to keep challenging yourself every day during the seven day work out routine. Great work ladies.

I am 57years and the last 2 years I struggled getting rid of bally fat. I was not in a good health condition to make sports. So I started with the 7min workout, less sugar, 8000 steps a day, drinking more water, enough sleep and now on day 10 I have lost 1inch at the waste. I was watching and said no I can't do that. I have osteoarthritis in my knees and now I'm starting with a frozen shoulder, which I'm told has to be kept moving otherwise I will be in trouble. Okay so I’m gonna start today and update as much as I can for the next week and a half! Initial weight: 65kg Height: 165,5cm Waist: 93cm Hip: 71 cm Tights: 60 cm Day 1: Not easy but not hard tho, combined this with the original 7-minute-workout video, drank lots of water & ate healthy (but also some unhealthy) food. Feeling motivated!
I'm guessing these workouts are primarily for females but as a 50 year old guy recovering from a back injury I find these 7 minute workouts brilliant. They really get the heart rate up without putting any strain on my back. I've tried a few of them but this one is my favourite. Thank you!

Its day 5 and my upper abs are more toned & I can actually see a waist line. Ive not seen my waist line since having kids 😭 My waist line and I had a wonderful reunion thx to this video.. my lower abs/pouch though is a stubborn bastard
I've been doing this for 20 days now. I haven't weighed or measured myself yet. I never do but my clothes feel a lot looser and I'm not binging o junk and I have changed my eatting habits because ot this. Not hungry for junk. Mine are pretzels & popcorn. Day 2 and it’s definitely easier today. But I just cannot get my head around exercise 2. My co ordination is rubbish but I can manage all the other exercises. I’m determined to conquer exercise 2. Going to keep going until Christmas Eve. Then take it up again after new year Brilliant exercise routine and 7 minutes is definitely do able Update. I have finally conquered exercise 2.
I've only recently discovered Lucy but her videos are right on the ball for me...never been able to do floor abs without immense pain in my neck as it is just where I hold all my tension, and despite best efforts and advice I've never found a way that was comfortable for me. Wish I'd known about standing abs workouts years ago! Also still gentle on the knees :)

I am seeing result slowly but surely lost 6 lbs in four weeks 2 inches less on my waist line. Doing it 16 mins in the morning and 16 mins at night. I have to mire than 7 mins because my fat had been with me for mire than ten years already. Im telling you all its working i feel great. Thank you lucy.
Day 1 - I did it and it was not easy at all. Later I will do 3000 steps walk. And I intend to do this as long as I don't get the wished results. With dieting of course :) Later, I believe I will be able to go with 4000 steps walk alongside this 7 minute. Fingers crossed!

It’s my day three, with a day of rest in between. But I’m telling you, the first two days killed me! (I’m a smoker) but I think the day of rest and then moved on the next day. It was heaven. I did not have to keep taking breaks in between each move! I was able to keep control of my breathing and also, my body isn’t soar anymore and I am mentally motivated to keep on keeping on ladies! Day 1: literally so hard, I took like 9 breaks Day 2: on move 1 I wanted to give up at 43 seconds but some how convinced myself to push until my legs eventually gave out at 10 secs Day 3: my head hurts from a long day at school but I dont want to skip days and loose motivation. So far I have seen a tiny bit of progress but i dont think it's from the workout alone, I'm also in a calorie deficit of 1477 calories

For a girl who's got asthma, I'm gonna try this out for sure before I go back to work! I'm currently 18 stone (Lockdown, lol) and my aim is to get to 14 stone before my 21st! Finally! I found exercises that I don't have to be on the floor. Lucy thank you I like the way you encourage us to feel better. Yesterday was a week from the 7 week. I don't feel loved me stopping when reaching the goal. I just checked your 8 minute and think I will do them. I do this as soon as I am out of bed. Mmm I am not measuring me but that I feel sore ...yes. In the afternoon I do a long walk uphill and then uphill. Definitely I will share it with family and friends.
I just got through my first workout! I will continue this workout routine even past the 7 days. Pretty simple, not complicated, even though I struggled in the end, because I am so out of shape. Thank you. Love it!

Just keep going, even slower or lower. It is still beneficial.

I have been doing this everyday for 5-6 weeks whilst eating well and have gone from 78kg - 71.2kg so far🙏 look forward to more results!

I'm guessing these workouts are primarily for females but as a 50 year old guy recovering from a back injury I find these 7 minute workouts brilliant. They really get the heart rate up without putting any strain on my back. I've tried a few of them but this one is my favourite. Thank you!

I've been doing this for 20 days now. I haven't weighed or measured myself yet. I never do but my clothes feel a lot looser and I'm not binging o junk and I have changed my eatting habits because ot this. Not hungry for junk. Mine are pretzels & popcorn. I'm not a sweet eater loving how I feel and I'll be 68 in May
Day 2 and it’s definitely easier today. But I just cannot get my head around exercise 2. My co ordination is rubbish but I can manage all the other exercises. I’m determined to conquer exercise 2.

I've only recently discovered Lucy but her videos are right on the ball for me...never been able to do floor abs without immense pain in my neck as it is just where I hold all my tension, and despite best efforts and advice I've never found a way that was comfortable for me. Wish I'd known about standing abs workouts years ago! Also still gentle on the knees :)

How long did it take?
I am seeing result slowly but surely lost 6 lbs in four weeks 2 inches less on my waist line. Doing it 16 mins in the morning and 16 mins at night. I have to mire than 7 mins because my fat had been with me for mire than ten years already. Im telling you all its working i feel great. Thank you lucy.

Day 1 - I did it and it was not easy at all. Later I will do 3000 steps walk.
And I intend to do this as long as I don't get the wished results. With dieting of course :)

It’s my day three, with a day of rest in between. But I’m telling you, the first two days killed me! (I’m a smoker) but I think the day of rest and then moved on the next day. It was heaven. I did not have to keep taking breaks in between each move! I was able to keep control of my breathing and also, my body isn’t soar anymore and I am mentally motivated to keep on keeping on ladies! Great work and training techniques. I am so happy to have found you and I am ready to say bye bye to my baby fat that never left! Thank you. 🙏🏼🤦🏻♀️

Day 1: literally so hard, I took like 9 breaks
Day 2: on move 1 I wanted to give up at 43 seconds but some how convinced myself to push until my legs eventually gave out at 10 secs
Day 3: my head hurts from a long day at school but I dont want to skip days and loose motivation. So far I have seen a tiny bit of progress but i dont think it's from the workout alone, I'm also in a calorie deficit of 1477 calories

For a girl who's got asthma, I'm gonna try this out for sure before I go back to work! I'm currently 18 stone (Lockdown, lol) and my aim is to get to 14 stone before my 21st! Which is in 3 months and 12 days. I hope this helps someone out who struggles with asthma or has a goal within a couple months. :)

Finally! I found exercises that I don't have to be on the floor. Lucy thank you I like the way you encourage us to feel better. Yesterday was a week from the 7 week. I don't feel loved me stopping when reaching the goal. I just checked your 8 minute and think I will do them. I do this as soon as I am out of bed. Mmm I am not measuring me but that I feel sore ...yes. In the afternoon I do a long walk uphill and then uphill. Definitely I will share it with family and friends.
I just got through my first workout! I will continue this workout routine even past the 7 days. Pretty simple, not complicated, even though I struggled in the end, because I am so out of shape. Thank you. Love it!
