So I start my fitness journey with this workout on 4/5/24 and did the workout for 6 days, had fantastic results, lost 4.5 inches and 4.5lbs 🤩 I have since challenged myself to doing 2 of Lucy’s 7 minute workouts 6 days a week and as of today 5/7/24 have lost 15.2lbs and many inches, love her routines and the results and will continue on my journey to losing 70lbs, I have also made changes to my diet by going low carb/low sugar 😊 thank you Lucy
Have you lost all of those inches in one month with 2 of her workouts? Please can you let me know what the other one was?

@@Fatema20221low carb low sugar are the key words. If you eat high protein higher fat, you fill,up, but it’s a lot to do.
I started these exercises in 2021 and lost 18lb and became so fit. In 2022 I did them occasionally as life was so busy, but I didnt feel as fit and well as I should. Lesson learnt! I am back this year doing thse exercises again and starting to feel my old self again. So thank you again Lucy, these exerciss are so good and easy and so worthwhile 💜 Yiou can still keep on learning about life, I do, and i'm 76!

I was about to comment and realized I made a comment already 4 years ago. This workout in particular, is one of my favourites. Whenever I feel like I’m slipping or getting out of shape again, or gaining belly fat, I do it again for 7 days and right away, brings me back in shape. I love it! I have a list of your workouts that I pull out whenever I’m feeling I need the extra help, and they work right away. Lucy, I’m such a fan of your channel. Thank you for making things simple! I can’t believe I’ve been at it for 4 years already!
This really works. Did it for 2 weeks straight last year. My clothes were fitting so much better…then I got busy…fell back into my old habits and put on the inches again! Consistency is key, with any exercise programme really. ❤

I have been following Lucy's exercises since about Mid-April 2023. I feel so much healthier, fitter and happier. I’m 62 now and can run up and down the stairs practically pain free. I've dropped at least 2 dress sizes (not in 7 days) but noticeable differences in that time frame. I can wear some favourite old clothes that I haven’t been able to wear for more than 20 years! (Yes, I've hoarded them for that long). I only exercise tops 7-20 mins a day. The results have been so mind blowing, I actually stopped exercising for about a month and a half, because few of my clothes fit me and I wasn’t expecting such amazing results. I was in shock and possibly started self sabotaging. I simply couldn’t believe I was capable of getting into UK size 12 clothes again! I'd been size 14 for years, then crept up to size 16, then 18 and I realised I needed to get myself in check as I was heading towards a size 20.
Lucy is truly a national treasure and she should be made a Dame. She has saved my life, because the exercises have improved my mental health as much if not more than my physical wellbeing. Thank you, a thousand million times. ⭐️🙏🏼⭐️

So I've done this workout for 9 days and I've lost 2 inches off my midsection. I've been doing one hour cardio with weight training, but didn't see major results until starting your workouts. I feel these 7 minutes have been more effective than the hour cardio! So glad I found you. Thanks for sharing your gifts with us!

Stick to,the weight training,because it’s so good for optimum health. Fit muscles protect your joints and bones. And help with metabolism.

I have lost 1 inch. Started with 39 waist and now it's 38. Thank You Lucy. Originally I was 40 but did your other 7 days challenge and lost an inch. Now tried this one.
Although I did not see any changes in my hips or thighs I will continue this workout for another week as I am feeling better each day after doing this one.
I am eating home cooked meals. Did not change my diet at all.

I’ve been doing this for 3 weeks and I now have a waist...I love the ease of the exercises and the stunning results. It really does work. Every morning at 6.30 AM i complete this workout.

I came across your channel 2 weeks ago and I love it. Started exercising regularly about 2 yrs ago and lost a decent amount of weight (can't say how much as I don't own scales, but I know by what clothes fit me). Unfortunately I fell back into bad habits, eating rubbish foods etc and was horrified a couple of months ago when I could barely fasten a pair of trousers that fitted no problem this time last year. Sometimes it takes something like that to wake you up. Although I immediately began eating better I just couldn't find the motivation to get back into regular exercise, although I'd never completely stopped (slacking off and eating badly was enough to reverse all the good I'd done), I think I was just repeating the same exercises too much. I really enjoy your workouts, and definitely feel a difference in the 2 weeks I've been doing them. What I especially love is the fact that there's no pictures of "6 pack abs" or bums etc 😂 not saying there's anything wrong with that, I'm happy getting healthy and of course I want to lose a couple of inches off my waist - but I don't expect to look like someone off of baywatch. Your workouts are easily done, fun - never a chore! Thank you ❤
I've been doing this workout for nearly two weeks now. I used to wear a medium size when it came to tights. With the lockdowns I've put on weight and haven't been able to lose it until a concerted effort recently and I've had to wear XL tights. I tried on a pair of L tights today and they fit perfectly! The didn't a couple of weeks ago. These seven minute videos are perfect. When I have time I do more and at the very least do one seven-minute video a day. Thank you so much.
I did this workout for a week and ate clean and my waist reduced from 31 to 29 😍🤞🏻 going to continue it further!

I did this workout for 5 days before injuring my knee and having to stop. I then switched to Lucy's seated workouts. I still lost 1/2 inch off my waist, 1 inch off my hips, 1/2 inch from my arms, and 1/2 inch from my thighs. I love these workouts! I'll be back to doing this one again once my knee is better. In the meantime, the seated workouts are so fun!

I've been doing it for a week without any diet and so far I've lost 2 inches from my hip and 1/2 inch from my waist. I feel more energetic and confident. Lucy really a life saver. Got my confidence back. I recommend everyone to try this out. Guys it's just 7 min a day for 1 week.

Well did this for 7 days. Didn’t drop a dress size but lost an inch of my waist and an inch of my hips so I’m going to keep it up. Also I’m 57 next month and I find this fun, not too hard and doesn’t get boring. I don’t find it a problem motivating myself to do it 😊

I have been so depressed I couldn't even get up working out other than going on walks. I'm so proud of myself for getting work out clothes on today and starting this challenge. Thank you, Lucy! This workout works! I did it for 7 days and lost 1.5 inches from the highest part of my waist, 1 inch from my waist around my belly button, .5 inch from my hips and 1 inch from around my bust line. In just 7 days I have a slimmer looking body. This video was the only exercise I did and I did not change the way I eat (though I eat healthy but never starve myself) and I even went to Red Lobster one day and had the 3 course meal! I'm now on to another 7 day challenge. Thanks again!

I simply love these videos. Me like the last person started using Lucy's tummy video last year and lost weigh and toned up, then I stopped doing. After putting on 5kg from Feb I am back on it and realise the importance of exercising. Her commentary with all videos are the best. They keep me motivated. Thank you for doing. I am now alternating between three to ensure I don't get bored.

It's not a 7 day job you should try this regularly at least for one month then you will loose inches .
Did you change your diet at all?.... At the moment I'm just doing the workouts and I'm shaping up the scales tell me I've stayed the same weight?
@@clarissaduffield5578 I didn’t go on a diet, but I did cut out any unhealthy food like chocolate or chips. I still ate as much as I usually do, just replaced the unhealthy snacks with healthy ones. I also recommend that you do a 20 minute walk for more results. I didn’t do a walk at the time that I did this workout, but I’ve started doing that with other workouts and it’s really sped up my results.
Used to do this workout a couple of years ago. I’m now back because of my gained weight during lockdown 👏🏼. You’re incredible at what you do Lucy 💕

I have been doing this working since she released it. Also been doing her 7 min belly fat workout and a kickboxing working that is around 10 mins. Hi Lucy! I just had to take the time to thank you. I was so depressed because of the weight gain from baby #2....especially in my thighs and mid section. So many clothes in my closet with only a few of the same things to wear because nothing else fit. One day in May i cried to a friend of mine about my depression and lack of energy. Let's just say that was my last shed tear. That same day I stumbled across your channel and I've been hooked ever since. There have been times where I wasn't consistent in my workouts but I always got back on track. As of today I am 20lbs down and i am fitting into ALL of my clothes with ease. I still have work to do but is so worth it! My energy is up, I'm healthy, and happy. Again thank you for sharing your knowledge and keep up the great work!

After not doing any exercise for a year, I started this routine (April 2021), feeling energised. No weight loss, my body is stubborn that way. But clothes fit better ,sleep quality has improved. Going to continue.
2 weeks completed, weight loss is very slow, clothes that were tight are now comfortable, I'm feeling energised and motivated.
That definitely sounds like weight loss. Dont mind the scale its not a good measure. Try measuring yourself. And the fact clothes fit better is a sure enough sign of inches lost!

Woohoo. Thank you, Lucy. Just completed day 7 and I have lost 1.7 kilos, 1 cm around my hips and 2cm around my waist. It also helped to put a chart on the fridge to mark off every day - as you suggested. I wrote 'YES' and 'WELL DONE' on there each day to celebrate and keep me motivated. And I noted how each day went and how I felt. Thank you for you.

I love your workouts Lucy. Thank you for thinking of simplicity. I discovered your workouts about 3 weeks ago. I was already trying different workouts to train at home after not having results, and being stuck in a plateau, these little workouts are truly giving me results. I have lost 5 pounds, and I'm certain I've lost inches on my waist. I haven't measured because I'm more focused on feeling healthy and energized, but even my husband has noticed, and my clothes are loose. What I like the most is the length of the work out. It makes me finally feel like I can accomplish a work out in my day, regardless of how much time I have. It is so simple! 7 min. you are done, energized, feeling healthier and it helps beat the mind barriers you may have. I feel there is no excuse, if I don't have 7 minutes to dedicate to myself... what kind of life am I living right? Great results! Thank you!

This morning was my 8th day of this routine. I definitely have not dropped a dress size. That said, this routine feels like a good workout while also being relatively easy to complete, which made it easier to stick to every day and can be done in a small space.
So I would generally recommend it but not for dropping a dress size in a week.
But hopefully if I stick to it I'll see results longer term 🙏

Day 1 done : honestly couldn't finish 7 workouts was extremely tired at half way through 6 somehow completed ...👍
This DOES work! As long as you stick to it for 7 days it works! Sometimes I do 2 or 3 sets (so I do this 3 times a day) and I've lost almost 2 inches in 1 week! I've also been eating better too.
Results only this workout 1/day for 7 days.

Day 1 this morning. Thus evening I feel it in my glutes!!
I’m 49, and have weight issues, so I have to watch what I eat.
Day 2- AM, was mindful to hold my core today. Afternoon…I can barely sit down! Glutes & quads, Very sore!! It’s great! I CANNOT believe 7 minutes made me this sore!
Day3-7 completed.
Day 6 put on pants that zip on the side I normally struggle with, but not on this day!
Day 7: lost 3.5 lbs. I didn’t measure but will next workout.
This was good. First time I’ve been been consistent with exercise in over a year. I’ve been working out since I hit puberty.
I haaaaaaate working out. I was a gym rat, have hundreds of $$$$ in home workout dvds, etc.

Thank you Lucy for this amazing video! Tip for the ones who wanna drop a dress size doing these exercises: also keep yourself in a good low carb diet and repeat exercises more than once. You can also add some more exercises depending on the place of your body you put the weight on, if you know it. Though I didn’t do the squats, after 5 days I was able to really fit (ok by sucking my stomach a bit ) in the dresses that I was not able to.
I lost 2 and a half inches in 2 weeks, did this workout for the second week and tummy workout for the first week combined with Lucy's 4 minute HIIT workout. I couldn't be more thankful. Have started with the back fat 7 day challenge now. Hope to reach my goal soon. If you are doing this right and consistently, you will definitely see a change. I will keep updating my progress here. Hey! If any of you are wondering - this works. Ive lost from 1-3 cm through out my whole body in one month. Additionally, ive cut out sugar, oil and im eating mostly meat and vegetables. Also drinking smoothies with protein powder and matcha.

I have let myself go abit and especially during quarantine I've gotten a bit out of shape. Remembering this I came back and I can't wait to feel better! Hey I've just saw this today n so this workout n I'm sweating 🥵does this really work cause been doing others n not been working n so my stretches then my sit ups every morning during the week n don't at the weekend n I'm just going around in a circle not getting anywhere 😭👎x
@@derriemcfarline5479 omgg heyyy, I never did the workouts after this comment LOL🤣😭,but when I did this back in 2019, it really did work, back then I didn't see a huge diffrence but when I look back at pictures I can definitely see it. The thing is that I've been told and felt like I was the world's fattest person, so I would refuse to believe I had lost any weight. Then my clothes started fitting right and I stopped working out all together. So the workouts do work, I would do them twice since they're short and it started to become easy, and I would walk also. I didn't alter my diet much either. Keep it uppp!!!!! It's okay if you backtrack or lose progress, and dont let others make you feel horrundus about your weight lol, I wish I had heard this back then, but anyway, try your best and you'll see results eventually😚🥰

Danielle Grasso I was also sore..... And did this while my one year old walked around testing out his legs. I had to pause to go see what he was doing but I kept moving and that's what counts.👍🏾 love the workouts!!!

I started on Tuesday so this is my 3rd day . At first this was hard but I realised that this was easier when I did another 7 minute workout along with this daily. The 7 min would pass by so fast so I would make myself do this as the last workout so I have to get through all the others to do this!!!

I tried Lucy's different activities,but these Are for me definitely the Best for loosing fat in all parts of the body. They Are short, but not do easy. They really work. Thank you Lucy. You give me motivation.❤

Last week I did this faithfully along with no sugar or treats and after measuring myself three times I can confirm one inch off the waist and the hips! Stunned and amazed. Into week two to build up stamina and then onto other exercises. Excellent commentary to keep you company and keep you going. Thanks.

finished 7 day/7minute and the arm exercice. lost 2.5kilos in 8 days and almost 2inches from the waist and 1 from the hip. Started this one today!!!!
