I wear compression now but doing your workout really help me with swelling but this upload worked my arms alot as I was holding them upright and after shower 🚿 and dry brushing the swelling on my arms and legs improved so much as this workout really got my lymphatic system moving, thank you 😘 🤗 ❤️ 😇

A new favorite! I loved it. The compound moves, length, side steps, timer bar, countdown clock. Time flew by! Clocked 291 calories 🔥 and 1,616 steps. Thank you for the new April challenge! I'll do my best to up my daily step count. 🙂
Down 10kg since July but most importantly feel great and have enjoyed each day doing this as well as 3 other Lucy's 5min exercise on rotation. This coupled with good healthy eating. Lucy your a star and have helped keep me motivated and on track massively. Thank you!

Great workout. Im in prerehab for a knee surgery and trying to build up my strength to endure the recovery. I did 1.6k steps and .7 miles with this workout and even have a little sweat. I feel good; thanks Lucy!

Lovely start to the day. Got up 30 minutes earlier to exercise and already feel better for it. Routine flew in too. Approx 1800 steps!
