Lovely start to the day. Got up 30 minutes earlier to exercise and already feel better for it. Routine flew in too. Approx 1800 steps!
Great workout. Im in prerehab for a knee surgery and trying to build up my strength to endure the recovery. I did 1.6k steps and .7 miles with this workout and even have a little sweat. I feel good; thanks Lucy!

Lucy , I don't know how you do it . I was feeling very meh as joints were aching and really bloated , nearing the end of perimenopause and just not feeling it . Did this and feel so much better . Off to get my cold shower done . Thank you so much for all your content .
Morning Lucy 👏 🙌 ❤️ 😘 I did this workout at 6.30 am. I was told a few months ago that I have damaged lymphatic system and no cure. I wear compression now but doing your workout really help me with swelling but this upload worked my arms alot as I was holding them upright and after shower 🚿 and dry brushing the swelling on my arms and legs improved so much as this workout really got my lymphatic system moving, thank you 😘 🤗 ❤️ 😇

I do a lot of yoga too so already get good arm workout with planks! I find doing both cardio and yoga the perfect combo

Just wanted to say thank you. I have been a doing different workout from your back catalogue each morning before breakfast. As I love music I wonder if you would put some of your exercises to a string of up tempo records (perhaps there are some 1920’s tunes that are now free to use and have some quirky lyrics?) The ten minutes exercises are the best length for me. Don’t worry if not as you say I can use my own music. I wish you well.

I am a 54 year old female. I was in a car accident back on January 11th 2018, and the impact was painful to where I had to have surgery done on my left leg on March 29th 2019 and every since after the surgery I was exercising even though it was hurting me, but I keep staying motivated.

Nice walking workout, not too many people mentioned cardio, but if you walk FAST and push the moves a bit, you will be panting at the end! I’m also interested in how much the step counts vary from person to person, is it the pedometer they use or how fast they walk? I don’t use anything to count steps, but was considering getting a pedometer.
